The location of the hotel is good. The staff are of the top order especially the ones in the bar and restaurant. The area is always clean and tidy.

The dining room was moved from the normal one upstairs to a lower floor to facilitate renovation, however the move didn’t go well for us and there were many to be made by staff which took them away from their prime responsibility. After three days though the all was okay. The evening entertainment was the same as when we visited in March this year, they really need to sort this out as there must be more than 10 entertainers in the area.

The time of year we went was not too busy. It was clean. Plenty of space around the hotel to relax.

We were expecting a room with a balcony as described when we made the reservation. Although we arrived early ( a few minutes before 14:00) we were given a room on 6th floor without a balcony. When we asked for a change, we were told the hotel was full and just offered a ground floor room with a balcony to the street, which we refused. We were told the balcony was based on availability at the time. This should be made clear at time of booking. As we checked in early it was hard to believe that a more reasonable change could not have been made. In the end the room was fine until the last night when a trail of ants appeared around half of the room!

The breakfast was plentiful, with many choices hot and cold. Lots of seating and very attentive staff. The pool was cleaned daily and well used. There were more than enough sun loungers for this time of the year

There are no hooks in the rooms to hang jackets. There is no laundry room. Washing and ironing can be booked in through the staff, but it is very expensive. The Wi-Fi is patchy throughout the hotel. The car parking is plentiful but it can be tight when full. I had a drip from a sewage pipe on the rear of my vehicle window. I informed the staff who were indifferent. As the windows have a protective shield this will probably cost me £100 to get rectified on return to UK. The hotel does not have an EV. Hanging point, for a modern hotel this should be rectified. You also have to pay Ty use the room safe. It should be standard with the room booking.

Next to the beach, beautiful pool with nice and cool staff. Entertaining morning activities like agua gym with cool monitors. Evening singers one in the hall and another on the terrace. Nice bar with different cocktails and drinks. Clean. Professionally organised buffet. Enjoyable food with different choices. Family friendly.

The neighbourhood was a bit far from the center and it can be a bit boring if you want to go out so you have to walk 4 kms to the center. The internet connection is bad in that neighbourhood cause there are many rocky hills near by. And there is a smell in the air as there are many sea animals in that area.

excellent property, stunning view. very friendly staff extremely helpful. beautiful swimming pool and perfect location on the strip has virtually everything from restaurants to aqua park to the amazing beautiful beach. the hotel is literally opposite the beach 10 steps away, I will definitely be coming back for longer. Best hotel I have stayed in by far.

The breakfast was nice however for the price I would have expected some fresh orange juice or any juice at all. they don’t cater much for non pork eaters as every meat was pork, would be nice to have other options such as chicken or beef. Would also be nice for a different menu now and again as everything was the same everyday. But the staff were so kind and helpful and overall made us feel so welcomed.

The hotel was really nice. The breakfast is great and varied. Large rooms. The terrace was also nice to have. You can also walk to the beach straight from the hotel.

We had two minor inconveniences: 1. We had and ant situation in the bathroom. So better not to leave traces of any food, which is hard when you travel with young kids. Since we were only there two nights we did not care that much. 2. The small refrigerator was broken when we arrived in and there was water in the ground. They replaced it nor problem the next day.

Beachfront. Large room, bathroom, a small private terrace and almost private large "adults-only" terrace with jacuzzi. Garage. Music and dance-floor in the evenings.

If the room faces the inner yard/patio - then it can be very noisy until too many guests stop chatting there before they go to their beds. SPA is quite modest.

Excellent meals with plenty of choice Breakfast cereals outstanding. Plentiful fruit and always both meat and fish dishes at dinner time. Restaurant hours plenty long enough Pool and surrounding area immaculately cleaned / plenty of sunbeds. Room plenty big enough for 2 and a comfortable pillow / a rare luxury in our experience

Great location. Beautiful hotel the reception is large, clean and cool, the pool area is beautiful, we had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Whole hotel was clean

The food was good. Not excellent but food enough. Our room was a little dated, bit again not a problem. Everything worked.

Food choice and quality for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had balcony overlooking the grounds which was good.

Bed for children (11/13) was a shared sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable. Pillows are the Spanish style, long and thin, which are not great for British folks. Coffee machines at breakfast were an issue since a couple broke down. That said, despite these negatives, we enjoyed our stay here, primarily for the breakfast and dinner.
