Location we have stayed here three times now Great location easy for walking and plenty of bar's And restaurants to choose from

Have visited this hotel now three times in the last four years Was I little shocked on how much the room price has gone up buy from last time neatly doubled in price When the rooms haven't been updated in all the three times visiting this hotel saying that it's in a Great location and the staff are very friendly And is spotlessly clean

Great location by the beach + gorgeous balcony area out front of the hotel where you can sit+ watch the world go by! Altea is a lovely chilled town if you want a relaxing holiday.

Customer service is not great. Staff are not friendly it is a chore for them to do anything except for three young staff who were lovely. Breakfast is €10pp for a very basic breakfast. The hotel lacks atmosphere. Lots of hairs on bathroom floor first day we arrived+curtains were falling down in bedroom.

The personell of the hotel, the hotel is very centrally located, nice room inclusion. bathroom etc.

The hotel had problems with personnel and the kitchen (I guess)as the breakfast we had the first day was actually very little to to be used as a "normal" hotel breakfast in addition to a rather high price (10 Euros pp!). So we went to the local restaurants (as we knew well from earlier visit to the town). The price of the hotel´s local parking was also rather "stiff", 150 Euros for the 14 days.

Location was perfect, close to the pebble beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel was also very close to the beautiful old town within 10 minutes and plenty to see along the way! We also enjoyed the promenade and the beautiful view from our balcony.

There wasn't much privacy on the balconies, you are directly beside your neighbours and you can hear them at night.

The location was perfect! Directly across from the beach and many different resturants either side

No fridge in the room was the main issue. So without that we were unable to keep cold water in the fridge. We found out that our friend had a fridge in her room. Also, 1 pillow not enough with no spare in the closet.

A charming little hotel right on beach 2 star but better than some of 4 stars I have been in Lovely sun terrace looking out to sea with a mist water spray keeping you cool..bedrooms with sea views Very central

The only thing to improve is remove the plastic shower curtains

The position of the hotel was perfect beautiful views of the sea. Lovely large room with a bath and separate shower.

The breakfast. We only had it once but a cold boiled eggs with a cold croissants, and unriped fruits are not my idea of a good breakfast

The location of the hotel was perfect. Straight across to the beach. Lovely restaurant and places to have coffee and snacks.

There was nothing I did not like. I will definitely visit the place again.

Loved the location and it was quiet. Only a couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to tram, and bus stops.

It was a little tired and we were told there was no breakfast in December but we saw people having breakfast
