We ended up with an apartment which was very clean and way above our expectations. Comfortable, clean bed and and brilliant shower. Hob and oven excellent and plenty of dishes and crockery. We adjusted the heating to suit ourselves which was great as it was very cold outside. Close to all amenities. Overall, excellent.

The hotel doesn't have a reception and booking in and getting our room key was quite stressful as the machine didn't recognise our passport or NIE card, so we had to enter all our details manually. After that, all was good.

Excellent location for visiting the centre of Aranda or for exploring further afield. The computerised check-in was straightfoward and worked perfectly. Facilities were sufficient for making our own breakfasts and one evening meal. We had a really enjoyable stay.

No kettle! Had to use a saucepan all we wanted was a coffee. The blinds were quite thin, and let in light. My partner did not sleep well.

Perfect location and well-designed clean apartment.

The apartment was big enough for 2 people and it had a great terrace. The bathroom was good and the shower was great. It had a heated towel rail which was a bonus.

The towels were small but they did give us extra ones when I requested them. The kitchen was very poorly equipped:- There was only 1 wine glass, no sharp knives, no drying cloth for the dishes! We had only 2 coffee pods but no milk or tea bags or sugar. Then did leave 2 more pods ths second day though. The bed had a very poorly-fitted bottom sheet which kept riding up and exposing the mattress. Finally, the only mirror was in the bathroom!

The self check in was easy. The apartment has all the modern comfort: big smart tv, kitchen, iron board, microwave. It is a nice 5 minutes walk to the city center and close to a supermarket and pharmacy.

The room wasn't clean at all. I had to remove lots of hairs from the shower, the bed looked a bit like someone just had a nap there and the freezer was also not not clean, with crumbles etc.. Overall all the surfaces didn't really look clean. One other thing to keep in mind is that there is a construction site just in front of the apartment. And as they are rebuilding the street in front, you can't really pull your luggage but need to lift it few meters.

Our experience was unbelievable for any hotel, not to mention four star hotel. There was no toilet paper, just some smashed napkins near the sink. The toilet seat cover was not compatible. The mirror in the bathroom was cleaned but was left with streaks. It was difficult to see through them. The bedside shelf had two sticky circles of the previous users' drink cans. In the shower water didn't go away. The pillow cases were wrinkled and obviously used. There were breadcrumbs, hairs and even blood stains on the duvet cover, the pillowcase and the sheet. Even the bottles in the refrigerator have been opened before. Whatsapp helpline provided another appartement. Cleanliness was good in this apartment. This time the bed linen had been washed. However, blood stains were still visible both on the bed itself and on the sheet.

The automatic check-in didn't work. 30 minutes of my life I won't get back. The document reader couldn't read our passports and no one answered the phone helpline. I thought it was me but when we returned to the hotel at 11pm we found a Spanish family, including two kids under 5, having exactly the same difficulties - including no answer on the helpline. They had to book a new room via the online check-in at a higher price than their original booking. However, they did tell me the following day the hotel had resolved the problem. Hotel is fine but the hassle of registering means I won't stay here again
