Just amazing! Beautiful spacious room, fully equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed, TV with streaming services if you need to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The personnel and owners are simply excellent, super friendly, all of them were always ready to help you and provide you with anything you need. I really liked the tips they gave me, e.g. when I went to Cádiz for a day. They really make you feel at home there. Arcos de la Frontera is a nice town, not too big, but location-wise also a good starting point to visit other parts of Andalusia like Sevilla, Cádiz, Ronda and other white towns in the area. As the hotel offers private parking, it was easy to make day trips by car.

This was by far the best find in Spain in our 3 week stay. This is a brand new facility (4 months). Small only 4 rooms but wonderful large room (multilevel) with full bathroom, shower on one level and additional toilet on second level plus standalone sink area. Location was perfect. Tough town to drive around the small streets. We were lucky to find a space right in front of hotel for our stay. But they have covered secure parking near by. The staff was the best we experienced anywhere we went. Two outstanding young ladies doing an internship from Hungary and Italy. Could not have made our experience any better. Great reception with lots of cava! This is perfect place and location for a couple. Breakfast was included at an incredible total cost. This will not last! Perfect stay.

Absolutely nothing is wrong with this place.

The standout here is the staff. They took great care of me, booked a table in a lovely restaurant for dinner and were generally very attentive. I stayed in the Guadalete suite, which was offered as a free upgrade. It's a very interesting room. The decor I would describe as classic Soho House. Fabulous pillows: I don't get to say that often about a hotel. Clearly a lot of time, attention, love and money went into converting the building.

The parking situation: it was fairly easy to find the garage, but I could not easily find the parking spaces within. and the lights went out while I was driving around. There are some bugs to work out there. I would update the online instructions to include more photos. There is an uneven walk ramp down to the shower in the room in the Guadalete suite. I found it a bit difficult to navigate. Totally subjective: the mattresses were a tad too firm for me.

Perfect stay in Arcos de la Frontera thanks to Boutique Suites! Gareth, Abraham and Helena really exceeded our expectations and needs. The hotel is ideally located, the facilities are great and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. The shower is perfect, our room was very spacious, etc. Everything that can be needed is also available in the room! Can only recommend picking Boutique Suites if you come to Arcos or its surrounding region. The perfect camp de base!

Nothing really - perfect stay. I don't usually review hotels and BnBs on Booking.com but I had to for Boutique Suites! It speaks for itself!

We loved the sophisticated and chic decor, the comfort and spaciousness of our three level room, and the superb attention to detail. Most importantly, the staff was extremely professional, personable and helpful! One of the staff members (female) called a day before to confirm our stay at the property. At which time I explained to her that I had lost my drivers license and had not received via Federal Express. She went out of their way to find me bus and taxi transport. Had it not been for her going out of the way, I might have had to cancel our trip through La Ruta de Los Pueblos Blancos. The owner also messaged us to make sure everything was to our liking.

The outside sign of the property was not large enough.

We have stayed in other properties owned by Gareth & Paul so knew the standard would be superb but in the case of Boutique Suites they have truly excelled! From the very personal check in from Francisco, who was absolutely lovely and kind to us, and made us feel truly welcome, to the delight when we were shown our beautiful suite, we felt very special. The suite was absolutely stunning! (we stayed in the San Pedro suite) - beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standard complete with mini bar, big fluffy towels, a choice of toiletries, hairdryer, dressing gown, slippers, even a shoe horn! The bed-SO comfortable with soft , luxurious bed linen and a choice of pillows. The continental breakfast, overseen by the friendly, professional Lucie, was delicious. All in all a wonderful, relaxing stay in the lap of luxury!

Absolutely nothing- it was perfect!

Absolutely everything - we couldn’t have chosen a more special place for our first trip to this part of the world. We really enjoyed the chilled, laid back atmosphere and the staff and owners are lovely….nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location, wonderful suite, huge comfortable bed, great breakfast and everything is spotlessly clean. And the whole place smells amazing! Our stay was over all too quickly so would love to visit again - one of the most welcoming and personal places I’ve stayed. Thank you!

A remarkable property with elegant touches throughout. Extremely capable and helpful staff, the best we have ever encountered. The owners also checked in on us and made sure we didn’t need anything. Just great customer care. Great location at the base of the old part of the town which means access was easy to both the town AND the hotel which is not true of many properties. This is the best review we have ever given and it was warranted.

What’s not to like about Boutique Suites….This property is hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived Fransico, Helena & Luci couldn’t do enough to welcome us to Arcos. The property is decorated and furnished to an impeccably high standard with a beautiful panoramic view from the roof top. Thank you so much for everything, only sorry we couldn’t stay longer but will definitely be back to this stunning property.

Everything! Our suite was perfect in every way - comfortable, spacious and with lots of little touches and features to make our stay extra special. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. I totally recommend a stay at Boutique Suites and hope to return again soon.
