everything great location and rooms, very clean, great garden and good restaurant affiliates at 120m. rooms have nice styling and great attention to details. staff friendliness is what makes the stay even more special. great value for money when compared to other hotels along the Camino.

everything was good, space in hotel restaurant is a bit limited for evening and especially breakfast that makes the breakfast service a bit complicated and cumbersome but that is structural and a minute detail to otherwise outstanding place

Luxury 101. Best place to stay on the Camino. After a long day walking arriving at this motel was like stepping into a dream. The rooms are amazing, the outdoor space even better and the food, exceptional. The staff were wonderful. we went outside for a sit in the sun by the pool and were promptly attended by a waiter very shortly after had a lovely glass of vino. The decoration of this motel leaves nothing to spare. So relaxing we didn't want to leave.

I can't fault one thing in this hotel. My biggest surprise on the Camino trail. You could easily drop this hotel in any of the major European capitals and I'd still choose it over any hotel. The decor, individuality of the rooms, the attention to detail is all fantastic. The couple who own this hotel are the most hospitable humans, you'll feel at home. Breakfast was wonderful. We even plan to come back here after the Camino. Don't think twice, if you're sleeping in Arzua, stay here.

That I couldn't stay longer...

There is not enough space here to describe how amazing our stay was at this property. After a long day of walking, we were warmly welcomed by the owners and checked in quickly to our gorgeous rooms. They kindly booked dinner reservations for us at Nene which was the best meal of our entire trip. Drinks on the patio and breakfast in the morning were also exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

this was our 2nd year staying here and we couldn’t recommend it enough. it’s perfect. the young man in reception had a lovely welcome for everyone. all staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel itself is beautiful and full of character and it prides itself on attention to detail and delivers. there is a beautiful garden with pool and sun lounge area. the rooms are lovely and each room is individually detailed but so beautiful and comfortable. bathroom facilities are great. we had both dinner and breakfast which were delicious - highly recommended. we will definitely be back.

couldn’t fault it in any way at all.

This is perfection. A truly beautiful destination for any reason of travel. The owners are a delightful couple who have thought of every detail and you can see their love and passion at every turn. We normally stay at Paradores; however, when you stay at 1930, you can experience what Paradores and all other world class hotels can only aspire to achieve. Sadly we could only stay one night but from the moment we met the owner at reception, we knew that this was paradise - something very special. We will find any reason to return (again and again)!

I wouldn’t change a thing.

We loved everything about this hotel, thanks you Adrian and Roseanne for your hard work in creating such a high 5 star experience, and fine dining. Thanks also to Deborah who talked us into desert after our meal, on reflection the best good ever was the slow cooked veal that Adrian recommended for my mother and the Deborah insisted we have the cheesecake for desert, 10 out of 10. Also the breakfast and most comfortable beds I've ever had in a hotel. Made our pilgrimage go on hold for a night as we were pampered and then fully recharged for our onward journey. And only approx 30 yards from the camino trail. We will be back.

That we had to leave in the morning.

An absolutely amazing property located very central to the Camino de Santiago. Cedrique welcomed us very warmly & gave us each a bottle of water on arrival which was much appreciated. He showed us to our room “Las Palmeras” which was stunning & really spacious. Added to this, it was most certainly the best bed I have slept in whilst doing the Camino. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to experience lunch or dinner however breakfast was just beautiful and served prepared on a tray with meats, cheeses, nuts, yoghurts, orange juice,breads etc, all of which were amazing. We also got lovely eggs & bacon & was offered some delicious cakes which we had to decline as we were just too full. The gardens are a lovely place to relax and the pool was a rare treat. All the staff were a pleasure to speak to and they went out of their way to make our stay a very pleasant experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A pearl in an ocean of average places. The decor, by the owner's mother-in-law, who is a decorator, is spectacular. Rooms are wonderful and all open directly to the back terrace/bar/lawn/swimming pool. Breakfast was the best on the Camino and served in a beautiful, sky lighted, top floor setting. Staff could not have been better.

Everything was beyond criticism. The hotel could easily be a 4 star, not a 3.

very kind and caring staffs! They moved our luggages to our room. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent, high quality and breakfast was also great! Very close to the church.

There was no phone in the room. Each time we went down to talk to the receptionist .
