Excellent value for money. Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona) nearby. Easy walk into town. Ample parking beside the hotel. Easy arrival by car and good for trips to surrounding towns. Close to bus and train stations though we didn't use them. Good breakfast.

Just a shade on the far side from the old town. An easy walk but not one you would want to do several times per day. However, we knew this when we choose H2 and took into account the free parking beside the hotel and the ease of access when using a car to visit nearby towns.

Clean, smart and spacious room. One would think from the outside that it may be a bit below par, but quite the reverse. Lovely modern room, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, made this a pleasant stay. A bit of a walk into Avila, but nice enough, and not taxing. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity made for easy shopping. Couldn't fault it. If you get a front facing room, look out for the sunrise on the mountain, awesome!

Very helpful staff. The room was clean. The bed was very comfy. A supermarket and cheap gas station close.

The hotel parking is limited but street parking is free and plenty.

We regularly stop on our way down to Granada for the night . The hotel and staff are always very helpful and most of the staff speak English. The hotel is on the outskirts of Avila but easy to get to main attractions like the castle wall. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. Great showers. Parking is free and plentiful. There's a supermarket near to the hotel and restaurants are also near buy . It's a busy hotel and also has its own restaurant.

Almost everything. They do have parking, free garage connected by lift w hotel, with a lot of places and also street parking is safe and can be found even late evening, we arrived around 23h. Really great breakfast, staff was bringing cold cuts all the time, no waiting. Great for 7 euro. I would stay there again.

It is very personal but I really do not like this orange aka road workers protection color .

The location was great, we are very happy walking for 20 mins to the walled city, sometimes through the lovely park. Plenty parking on the roads and FREE parking under the hotel. Nice local restaurant and Mercadona a block away. We've booked to stay again.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and offer all a traveler may need, including soap dispenser (more of this to avoid single use plastic) in the bathroom. The rest of the property is functional and staff is very helpful.

Parking could be a bit tricky, but managed to always find parking within a couple of minutes from the hotel.

Every thing was good

It is out of town. Nearest bus stop required to walk around 10 min. Avila is small town so we enjoyed our walking and bus trip. But, food options are very less. Breakfast was not good.

We have used this hotel for the past 10 years . It's a very comfortable hotel. 20 min walking distances to the town. Staff is always helpfull and pleasant.

We were oppsite the lift, which was a little noisy than normal

comfy bed and pillows, spacious room, everything clean, the girl from the reception friendly - who offered us a map of the city and explained how to arrive in the city center. Parking inside for free. The hotel is near a supermarket from where you can buy fresh fruits.

A little bit far from the centre - but we knew that - so we just walked even if there is a bus nearby.
