Breakfast was the same every day, not much variety and a bit pricy, still it was delicious We did not have mini fridge unfortunately

The room was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable.

I would really appreciate a mini fridge, given that it gets quite hot in the city in summer.

The reception staff and the management was extremely helpful even standing out in the street trying to get me a taxi. It was very nice of them.

There was one staff lady about 28-30 yr old with dark hair who I thought she could be a Filipino or Asian. My first night I came down to ask her to recommend a place to eat around the hotel and she was: -rude and short - I think she didn’t like me interrupting her phone surfing. - She should not work there if she’s not into services of others

Location was brilliant. Staff were super helpful, very knowledgeable and easy going. Motorcycle friendly. Car Park was awesome. Staff recommended a brilliant restaurant. Whatever you do, talk to the staff - they are so helpful!

Location was good. 20 minute taxi ride from airport, 10 minutes walk from La Sagrada Familia and 20 minutes walk to La Rambla. We walked at a slow speed as we wanted to see the sights as we walked around and although it was very hot we managed to stay on the shady side of the streets around Barcelona. Used Googlemaps to find our way around. Breakfast is continental style with a selection of bread, crusty cobs, fruit, cheese, hams, yogurts, boiled eggs, Room was spacious enough for a short stay. Staff on reception organised a taxi back to the airport for us with no problems at all. This was really helpful.

A bottle of water in the room would have been good when we arrived and possibly a kettle to make a coffee. There are no drinks facilities in the room at all. We bought supplies once we had settled in. There is a fridge in the reception area to buy basics but there did not seem to be any water in it when we arrived, though there was at a later stage. My partner would have appreciated some cold milk at breakfast as there didn't seem to be any cold, only warm which did not go down too well on his cornflakes!

I liked everything! The stuff was proffecional and friendly. The room was extremely clean, which was very important for us! Good location, a lot of supermarkets around, farmacies, cafes. It was a perfect stay!

Wifi could be more stable, but it wasn't bad.

The hotel is very well located . It was very easy check in and check out.

Location was excellent, walking distance to lots of the sight seeing locations. Beds were SO comfortable. Separate double rooms were nice for a family of 4 for space. Friendly and helpful staff, allowed us to store luggage, provided map with direction. 24 hour reception.

The bathroom, although spacious, had no bassinet in the shower floor. It was just a curtain with a drain in the floor (not pictured) which leaves the bathroom floor wet when you shower. The room can get very hot and stuffy but there is AC in the apartment. Walls are thin (noise wise). Wifi dropped sometimes.
