It is situated in a great place vís-a-vís both the Sagrada Familia and the marina (Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter). The breakfasts were rich and quite tasty, we especially enjoyed coffee and fresh orange juice (as well as the ability to have champagne on New Year’s morning.

Not everything in breakfast was amazing, but you can always find something to eat, so it isn’t really a problem at all.

Clean, had all the amenities I needed for my stay.

There were a few small but annoying issues. 1) how our room is positioned the lights in the hallway kept coming on during the night as they were motion sensitive. Whilst we tried closing the curtains to not be disturbed they weren’t thick enough to stop it. 2) the toilet door never closed properly and was always slightly ajar. So using those facilities meant someone had to leave the room. 3) the AC never felt like it was cooling adequately. It was cooling but at the minimum effort. 4) the bathroom body wash dispenser never gave sufficient soap when pressed making bathing a little bit more tedious. 5) the cupboard door opened smoothly with on sliding door but the other had to always be given a good pushing to open.

Excellent Experience at Secrcotel Caspe My family and I recently stayed at Secrcotel Caspe, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, conveniently close to key attractions. There were lots of food outlets nearby, and the train station was within easy reach, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the beach was very close, adding to the hotel's appeal. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, with cozy beds and a well-appointed bathroom that included both a shower and a tub. Despite a minor AC issue upon arrival, the staff promptly resolved it, ensuring our room was cool and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional breakfast. It offered a delicious variety of options, including fresh orange juice, which we looked forward to each morning. A special thank you to the staff for their outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We had requested a note for our children's celebration, and the staff not only provided it but also included complimentary sweet treats, which made our children very happy. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our stay and made it memorable for all of us.

I liked almost everything. Absolutely loved that we could leave our cases till we had to get our flight with no additional cost. Also a kettle in the room is an excellent touch. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space. The pillows were also a nice touch. The staff was lovely and helpful.

The showerhead had some limescale on it as did the shower itself. It didn't really affect our enjoyment of the room. The TV wasn't connected to WiFi or at least we couldn't make it work to connect to our netflix and enjoy a movie. If this hadn't been the case it would have been a 10/10 stay!

We loved our stay at this modern and comfortable hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, with coffee and tea available every day. The hotel has a good location, neighbourhood is safe, with a lot of restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large enough. Staff was very lovely, they even packed us an early breakfast because we checked out before 7 am the last day. We would for sure stay at this hotel again another time.

We would love to have more diversity when it comes to breakfast (we stayed for 7 days so it became a little bit dull with time, we would like to have some new options every few days), but the food was good so we recommed that you take the breakfast option.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Caspe. Great courtesy from all staff members, who were ready to give us any advice about places we were interested to reach. The room was clean and very silent, with all main comforts. The hotel also provides a (check-in/out) luggage storage service for free. We recommend the structure for your pleasant stay in Barcelona.

Three of us shared a room and there was plenty of room for us all and our luggage. Rooms very clean and well equipped (fridge, hair dryer, iron and board, safe, kettle). The beds were comfy. All the staff we dealt with were helpful. Excellent choice at breakfast and had good gluten free options. Would highly recommend

It's about a 20 minute walk to la ramblas and gothic quarter area, we didn't mind when we booked the hotel but after a few days of a lot of walking it felt a long walk back.

Staff was professional and very friendly (shoutout to our receptionist, Conrado). The room itself is modern, big enough for a couple, intimate, with enough light. We really liked the fact that the bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The hotel provides all the necessary toiletries (toothbrushes, hand soap, shower gel, even a feminine kit) which was a nice touch. Location is great, close to the Arc de Triumph (and a major metro station-Tetuan) and the hotel has a bus station right across the street. We chose a stay with breakfast included and I must say that it was really worth it (though breakfast time could be a little bit extended to 11 AM in weekdays, too): a buffet which has everything, cooked well and the desserts were really delicious. If we’re coming back to Barcelona, I believe that this is where we’ll book a room again.

-The AC, while it cooled the room to a really comfortable temperature (I believe between 20-22 Celsius), was a little bit weird to use and it didn’t have that much power (we needed to let it run all day in order to have a good temperature), but it is a minor flaw. -Noise insulation wasn’t top notch, we had a really loud family in front of our room (albeit this depends on one’s education) and we could hear them with both our door and theirs closed, BUT since we came in our room at 2-3 AM, we could sleep well, without disturbances and we were lucky that they didn’t stay too much. -The mattress was a bit too hard for our taste, but then again, this depends on one’s preferences.

Perfectly clean, good sized room, great location within walking distance of everything, and very friendly staff.

The only reason we didn't give 10 / 10 was that the bathroom "finishing" needs to be updated. The bathroom is an excellent size, and everything is perfectly functional, clean, and usable, but the corner sealant, shower walls and floor need updating. Given the rest of the room and hotel is in great condition, I'm sure this will be done soon, and the current condition wouldn't stop us staying again👍

It was way to get to main touristic places within 20 minute walk. We liked the airy, large rooms. The shower was great. Lots of complimentary stuff, although only one per person; e.g. one toothbrush was available for a room of two. Staff were so friendly and helpful both at the reception desk and at the restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic, a very large choice and the food was very good quality. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the last evening and it was one of the best we had during our stay in Barcelona. It was also the cheapest.

Beds/mattresses were a bit too hard and it would help having a few more pillows in the wardrobe. The two available were flat and hard
