Close to everything so you could walk almost everywhere

We left a card in the slot for electricity so we could charge camera to take photos, but cleaner would come in and pull card out so nothing got charged and unable to take photos

Staff very friendly and willing to do so much in order to help us out. It was lovely to arrive to a free glass of cava! We also received some great food/ drinks recommendations from Viktor on the reception desk. He was a star!

Unfortunately we had some issues with the water running yellow/ brown in our room. Again, Viktor helped us out massively and called an engineer to the room within minutes, and when this wasn’t sorted we were swiftly switched rooms. An irritating issue but handled well by the staff!

Breakfast exceeded expectations - fantastic. Description is continental but there is hot food too. All staff encountered, receptionist, breakfast staff, and hotel maids were very nice. Lovely glass of complimentary cava on arrival. It was my partners birthday on the day of arrival and the hotel kindly arranged for a bottle of cava and cake to be sent to our room on arrival for a very reasonable price. The hotel upgraded our room for free from a small double to a standard twin room with a view overlooking the pool. We were very appreciative of this. Hair dryer in the bathroom by the mirror. Location was brilliant and the area felt safe at night. Beds and duvets were really comfortable. Air con was great.

The shower screen wasn't big enough, so the water went all over the bathroom floor when anyone had a shower. Not a major problem. The twin beds in the room that are pushed together move around very easily, presumably for ease/flexibility for cleaning etc). This was a little inconvenient when visiting as a couple as any time we moved the beds would move so we could not sleep together without falling down the hole that appeared between the beds.

The location is perfect. We were just a couple blocks off of the main drag with food and shopping. It was close to a lot of the famous attractions. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in November which was a great price for the location because it was off-season.

The pool didn't have a good view and was much smaller than I expected, more of a dip pool. The walls are thin, we could hear the people in the room next to us having an argument late at night.

The location of the hotel is excellent - we never took public transport once as we could walk everywhere (about 30 minutes to the beach and main tourist attractions less than 30 minutes walk). We were upgraded on arrival to a room with a pool terrace, which was perfect. I’d recommend paying the bit extra for this as rooms as small so this gave us additional space. The pool area is small but the pool is lovely for a little dip on a hot day. The reception staff were incredibly helpful - I lost my phone one day and they helped us translate with the police (I managed to get my phone back, miraculously). I wouldn’t have gotten it back if it wasn’t for the hotel staff helping

This hotel was perfect for us and we will definitely stay again, the only thing to highlight is that rooms are small but rooms are always small in European cities

The entire hotel staff is very helpful and helpful in everything. The breakfast is good. The hotel is in a central area. About 20 minutes walk from many places. I hardly ever used the bus or the metro. An affordable price for the value.

The air conditioner did not heat. A technician came to fix the air conditioner, but the highest temperature he managed to reach was 23.5 degrees. At night the room was cold. The space between the end of the bed and the wall was about 15 cm. The transition to the other side of the room is not comfortable.

I can say there was no bidet in the bathroom and had a heating towel rack in bathroom which was disconnected and didn’t work. Also they give you only 1 small bar of soap for a 3 day stay. Other toiletries were replaced daily including toothbrushes. I took a current adapter from states and one night when I came back to room mine was missing and was replaced with another. I complained to staff but only managed to give me another which only had one plug in vs mine which had two. Breakfast was good but pricey at €15 each. Hotel does not provide hand towels so bring your own! The plus was the open terrace by pool area which was closed in November.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and breakfast was included – it was absolutely amazing! There was a huge variety of options: a buffet with everything you could wish for. Fresh and ripe fruits, different kinds of sausages and cheeses, sweet and savory breakfast choices, and delicious coffee, including capsule espresso. As for the room, although it was not very large, it had everything I needed. My window faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet, and I slept really well. I didn’t hear any noise from my neighbors, only occasionally from the corridor, but never after midnight. The hotel’s location is excellent – very close to many attractions with great transport connections. However, you can also easily walk to Plaça de Catalunya and Casa Batlló, which makes the location even more convenient. Since it was my birthday, the hotel team surprised me with a bottle of Spanish cava, which was such a thoughtful and pleasant gesture. This made my stay even more memorable, and I will only have great memories of this hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the wonderful city of Barcelona!

First off the staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Victor, Robert and the rest of the staff went out of the way to help us when we arrived earlier than expected with our luggage and offered water and candy. We enjoyed their restaurant breakfast which had a good variety of choices and was very good and fresh. Restaurant personnel very friendly. The hotel itself good condition and nicely decorated. Location closed to everything but in a more quiet neighborhood which we liked. Must definitely will stay there again

The only thing that concerned us was the hallways leading to the rooms, halls were dark the hotel needs more illumination on those areas.

Our second time staying in the hotel. We really like it. The best thing to highlight is the hotel location. It's in the walking distance of almost everything. Either being Sagrada or the Rambla, or the beach, everything is close for walking. Or easy to take transportation there. The breakfast is quite nice. The staff keeps the meals really fresh. Even if the meal is not empty yet they always provide hot and fresh. Cleaning is really good and the staff is generally really helpful and nice. Its just generally really nice to stay at this hotel.

Its not really that bad. I guess just two things that I could point out. The pool area and the pool itself seems much better and accommodating than it is. The area is pretty small, the pool as well and because its in the backside on the first floor its in the middle of the buildings. Personally I don't really mind it, just I guess I expected different. This is also not a bad thing, rather maybe information for other guests. The bathroom doors are a glass sliding door, so it doesn't offer, well any isolation besides the eye for the bathroom. So if you are not staying with your partner/spouse you can expect that part.
