Clean and nice staff specially Mr. Gilliam Walking distance to Metro View of Camp nou Stadium Very big and nice terrace

No kettle in the room , however in the restaurant they help me to get always hot water, I appreciated

Reception team, specially Jorge, are amazing, we had some many questions and doubts about some basics and they guided us perfectly, sometimes having Google is not, you need local support. The location of the hotel and our room view were amazing, all the rest is NH style and standard, great room, bathroom, breakfast, facilities, building …. I’m big fan of NH so I knew what to expect from the very beginning.

It wasn’t very clean and actually our room for our 2 days stay wasn’t visited by the cleaning staff, no problem on that aspect for 2 nights we could survive :)

Well run hotel with wonderful staff. The room was large and comfortable. Having a metro pass allowed my access to all of Barcelona. The gym on the top floor was nice with enough space and equipment to start my day. The weather was too cold to try the pool, but I imagine it would be great on a hot day.

The cost for a small set of laundry was about 3 times what I was used to paying. They charged by the item rather than weight where a pair of short was the same 11 euros as a pair of dress slacks.

Spotless Clean Spacious room with a view at 10th floor ! Very helpful personnel always with a smile. Nice/quite neighborhood, with metro station nearby at 200 m walking distance. Variety of shops and coffee-shops near hotel. Is an ideal location for exploring Barcelona !

Nothing really, Everything's fine !

The hotel was a few minutes walk to a subway station and to bus stops so it made it easy to get around using local transportation. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room size was okay and everything was very clean. The AC worked very well. Unfortunately the walls were a bit thin and I had a very noisy neighbor, but for the most part it was a very comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel itself is a little far from some of the main tourist attractions, so if you are short on time that might be an issue. The room was a bit dated (e.g., peeling walls, stains on fabric, shower splash guard not tight so some water leakage) and the bathroom was a little small (could not open the door fully as the door hit the toilet seat).

The staff was polite and always had a fresh glass of water waiting for when we came back from the heat. They also accommodated our wish to be close to the elevator so we could take our puppy out more easily. They also provided a helpful guide of vets, parks, and pet friendly restaurants close to the hotel. The room was on the small side but had a balcony. The location was good. It was very close to a bus stop and a metro station, making it easy to get to more popular areas and attractions pretty easily.

The pet friendly amenities were non-existent. We weren't allowed with our small, well-behaved dog anywhere but our room, so we never saw the pool or gym or anything. Also, other NH hotels provide a doggie bed or something, but nothing was provided here. It seemed like the hotel hadn't been updated recently. The bathroom had some design issues that made it flood whenever we took a shower.

The hotel was super nice for the price we paid. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed on the 9th floor and, unexpectedly, had an amazing private terrace outside our room with views of Camp Nou (even though it was under construction). We mainly used taxi to get around, but overall, it was in a great location.

The only negative I have to say is the air conditioning wasn't that strong. It cooled the room to a basic comfort level, but I, personally, would've been more comfortable if it cooled better.

I came on a city break with my 8 year old boy. The staff treat him like a king. From reception staff, to chefs, to cleaning crew, all were so amazing. The pool and terrace, especially in the evening, was beautiful. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and well looked after by the daily cleaning staff. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each day. The location was perfect as we could be in the city centre via the metro in 15 minutes (including the 3 minute walk to the local station from the hotel), but then be out of the city to relax later in the day. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Gemma for been so awesome.

The mattress was a little hard for me, but it's impossible for the hotel to accommodate every person's sleeping requirements. My son slept fine.

Overall we had a really pleasant stay. - Check-in and check-out were swift. - The lady at the front desk was courteous and accommodating. - They kindly loaned us a luggage scale, which was greatly appreciated. - The rooms were exceptional in terms of both comfort and functionality. - The level of hygiene maintained by the establishment is top-notch. - The air conditioning was effective and maintained a comfortable temperature. - The room service staff promptly replenished all our towels. - The beds provided were comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. - The location is exceptionally convenient.

Just a few things. - The situation where you're required to pay for fast WiFi in a business hotel in 2023 is oddly amusing. - There's a shortage of power outlets in the room. One side of the bed had only one outlet, while the other had an unusual-looking switch that was non-functional. - On the first night, everything was quiet. However, on the second night, some peculiar noises occurred around 2-3 AM within the hotel premises. It was rather disruptive to my sleep. Moreover, around 4 AM, there was the distinct sound of a washing machine in operation, causing some disturbance.

The hotel was perfect, staff very nice, helpful, everything was clean and comfy.

What I didn't like was booking.com services - I have bought a package with breakfast and transfer and the hotel was not informed about it so I haven't received anything. I have contacted booking.com via app and also via email and never received any answer. So I will never use booking.com services anymore.
