We really loved our 5 night stay at Numa Roca Rooms! Great place to stay that is outside the ultra-touristic areas of Barcelona, but still an easy walking distance from most of the city’s attractions. The property is well located along a strip with many great cafes, restaurants and trendy bars in short walking distance, yet not in a noisy area at all. Amazing coffee shop right across the street too. There are laundromats, mini supermarkets, nail salon, anything you need right outside. The check in process was very easy, we just followed the instructions sent via email on the day of arrival. We did get a little confused finding the place, because there are two Numa Roca properties on the same street, but it didn’t take long to figure it out. The rooms are located within a beautifully styled shared living space with gorgeous heritage architectural details, nice furniture and decor. The room itself was very clean and tidy. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and definitely seek Numa stays in other cities!

No dealbreakers or major complaints, however: Our room was quite small, just enough walking space around the bed with a little corridor and ensuite. Not an issue for us though as we didn’t stay inside often. The AC unit leaked water the whole time which created a puddle on the floor, however this didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. Acoustics of the room weren’t great - some mornings we were woken up early by the sound of loud neighbours.

It was pleasent. Little terrace and room were comfortable. Small but it was good. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything from next door room.

I didn’t like that one week i have stayed and cleaning in that one week was not included and I didn’t know. Via whats app i couldn’t reach to service to order cleaning. I saw cleaners on the hallway but, they couldn’t do or help me to change my towels or clean the room. So that was down side that nobody around to ask for a help on anything. Whats app is good but automated.

The location is excellent! Beautiful neighbourhood. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. We stayed in the room with a balcony, very beautiful. There are markets nearby, restaurants and it is close by walking to several tourist attractions, such as the Sagrada Família, Cidadela Park, Passeing di Gràcia. There is a metro nearby too.

No breakfast included. The price is high. Sometimes the shower water was cold during the second shower.

Goooood location, metro is 1 min from apartments, there is variety of bars, restaurants and shops around the place. Easy to walk to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Ciutadella Park, Rambla etc. No so loud, but also not a super silent street, it was mostly comfy to rest here. Very aesthetic apartments, for those who love vintage and retro style. Plus small cute balcony with plants and furniture. Super comfortable huge bed and pillows! Spacious bathroom. Cosmetic products are also pretty good. There were Nespresso machine with capsules, tea pot and variety of tea, wine glasses and cute welcome gifts in the room. We were really enjoy self check-in/out, also there is a possibility to leave your luggage in boxes in common area if arrive earlier or leave later. Also I’ve requested an early check in and received a massage that I could came in two hours earlier than indicated in rules.

The floor is so beauty but so cold, that some home slippers would be a great addition to the stay. Also there are almost no place for wardrobe in the room, but there are enough surfaces for any other stuff.

The location is superb, the room is beautiful. The common areas are quite big. We especially love the balcony!

All the facilities is there but the shower did not drained well. After 3 nights it was quite messy and dirty a bit. It’ll be nice if we were given some cleaning tools like brooms or any possibility to change the bathroom mat.

Great apartment. There is everything that you need in 11 square meters. The bathroom was clean, supplied with all higienic needs, respecting environment and sustainable development. I have never have communication like this with a landlord - getting all necessary information timely, by WhatsApp and e-mail. The location is also very good, close the metro station Girona, one station distance from Passeig de Gràcia...

The place is very easy to access, has lots of shops around, is well located and it is beautifully decorated. The support staff is amazing, we contacted them for a couple of minor issues and they immediately wrote back and sorted everything out. I loved the balcony and the fact that it is generally pretty quiet. I also loved the fact that it has a kettle, a desk and a nice bathroom! They also had supplies of coffee/tea available, so you were quite independent for almost everything (could leave your bags in a locker, the room has access through a code, etc.)

If the neighbours are a bit loud you are bound to hear them.

The room was nice and enough for one or two people. It has small balcony too. And I like the tiles very much, bring my memories back when staying in my grandma's house. It's very nice location in Girona. Lots of cafes, book stores, restaurants and parks surrounding it. And only 10 mins to go the city center (Plaza de Catalunya). Psst, numa gives you delightful free of snacks and beverages in the room

It would be great to have a small chair to sit in the room rather than sitting in the bed while eating or drinking

Great location we were walking all the time to the main sightseeing and the beach. Very convenient check-in and check out. The apartment is in old building and it make special atmosphere and make us feel more locals than tourist.

The access to the balcony was through the window and sometime there was smell like cats visit the balcony too.The floor is old and nevertheless it was clean it feels like it isn't clean enough.

The location is just perfect! Right next to the metro station and plenty of places to eat around. All the most exciting attractions are reachable on foot. It was really nice to find complimentary drinks in a fridge and see the street from the balcony.

I think there was not enough light in the room and one of them was not working properly.
