The place is very easy to access, has lots of shops around, is well located and it is beautifully decorated. The support staff is amazing, we contacted them for a couple of minor issues and they immediately wrote back and sorted everything out. I loved the balcony and the fact that it is generally pretty quiet. I also loved the fact that it has a kettle, a desk and a nice bathroom! They also had supplies of coffee/tea available, so you were quite independent for almost everything (could leave your bags in a locker, the room has access through a code, etc.)

If the neighbours are a bit loud you are bound to hear them.

The room was nice and enough for one or two people. It has small balcony too. And I like the tiles very much, bring my memories back when staying in my grandma's house. It's very nice location in Girona. Lots of cafes, book stores, restaurants and parks surrounding it. And only 10 mins to go the city center (Plaza de Catalunya). Psst, numa gives you delightful free of snacks and beverages in the room

It would be great to have a small chair to sit in the room rather than sitting in the bed while eating or drinking

The room (deluxe with balcony) was very nice, great size for a one week stay for a couple, and on a great location. There is a metro station, a small supermarket, a bar and a bakery in less than a minute walk from the address. In the room, our favourites were the super comfortable mattress and the bathroom, which was spa-like. We loved the toiletries!

We were really happy with our stay, but we could hear the noise from the room next door, especially people's steps. I guess this is due to the construction of the building, so can't blame it on other guests nor the host.

Really good location within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and sights. Conveniently located for use of the major metro lines as well. The air-conditioning worked well, so did the shower (plenty of pressure and hot water). The included breakfast at EatMyTrip - a little cafe just around the corner - is really good and that place also has amazing staff which helps to start your day off in the right way!

I found communication with the property often unclear or lacking. (Tried to charge us twice for the room, did not receive mails for check-in registration, had to ask for pin codes for the building/room while on the train from the airport because of this etc.) To be clear: everything was ultimately handled correctly and most of the times the responses were swift. It would just be nicer if things were right from the get-go instead of adding stress to ones trip by having you chase them up. Basically I am not a fan of the approach of having to constantly be on Whatsapp during my holiday to sort things out. I take a holiday to escape the 24/7 Whatsapp & Slack connectivity that's required for my profession.

Very comfortable bed, the room size is big enough for a comfortable stay, the bathroom was incredible. The amenities look as new, great quality toiletries, beautiful decor. The construction outdoors was not noisy at all, not a complication. I liked the self service check in, they allowed for an early check in which was very useful and the lockers for storing your suitcase.

No way to lock the room from the inside was concerning. I could hear the upstairs person walking around the place at 5am very loudly. The room does shake a bit because of the metro but nothing crazy.

Absolutely loved the Bed, bathroom, the whole flat was very comfortable.

We would have liked to been able to do a little cooking, a simple 1 or 2 ring hob would have been ideal. Being provided with only 1 plate and bowl per person, we could have used a couple of more plates. I know we had use of a kitchen in another building but that is not convenient. Instructions on how to use the microwave would be helpful as well.

It’s a small room but it came with a lovely balcony, an espresso machine, wine glasses, a kettle, a mini fridge with free water, juice, a snack and beer upon arrival. The room has a lovely decor that was well styled and the colors are vibrant and inviting. The apt also came with a living room area and cabinets stocked with utensils, bowls and plates.

The location is excellent Their was plenty space and the bed was really comfortable. Good outdoor space. Decor was really nice and a welcome change.Although there was no staff on the premises they were easy to contact and answered straight away they were also very helpful.

The kitchen would have been better if there was a toaster rather than a microwave and although there is a communal kitchen as we were in a different building it was not easy to use. Although I firmly agree that indoor areas should be non smoking when booking a trip I book rooms with an outdoor space as i enjoy being able to sit outside and enjoy a cigarette. This was not made clear on booking. Despite this I would definitely recommend and use again

The room was cool. The furniture wasn't new however, it looked very authentic. Bathroom was nice and very clean. Balcony was super cozy. Towels, bed sheets all were very clean. Breakfast was super delicious and absolutely cost its money. The best part was a communication with property - it was super organized, everything via phone/chat.

Absolutely nothing

perfect location right on a subway station, the room very stylish, comfy, clean and has everything you need and more (apple TV!). they gave me some drinks for free on the mini bar which was a big saver at the middle of the night. no noise or anything due to constructions, maybe in other rooms but not in mine :) the stuff are only online, and they response within a few min. I’ll come back for sure and I’m highly recommend to book there.
