Fantastic apartment in the heart of Barcelona! The location was perfect.

The cleaning kit did not have enough products in it. For example we were only given 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 people for 4 nights. Also not enough toilet tissue, so we had to buy quite a few bits that I would have expected to be provided. Also not enough towels.

Had an occasion where the key got stuck in the door. This was around 8 or 9 pm. Had to call the emergency number. Was told someone would come over soon. 3 ladies came in and also tried. Key would not come out. Finally after attempt after attempt, the key came out. When Juan, manager, came the next morning, he basically was giving me a lesson on "how to take a key out of the lock." That was very insulting after I had repeated the scenario to him a few times. I just basically let him continue and waited for him to just stop talking. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Also although I liked the apartment, was disappointed in the size of the second bedroom and the fact there was no TV in that room.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean and nicely furnished. We have been traveling in Spain for 2 weeks, and this is the best apartment of our stay! The staff were friendly although we didn’t interact too much as we checked-in after office hours, but the process was seamless. The location was very central too - we walked to most places, or took the metro/ buses nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it! It was also very well-equipped with kitchenware and detergent for laundry and dishes!

Comfortable accommodation in the city center, within walking distance of Gaudi's work (Sagrada família, Casa Batllo, Casa Milá, etc.) Bus and metro stops are nearby. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby and two streets to the left, there is a nice and big fresh food market. There are also quite a few restaurants where they cook well. The accommodation staff was very good, Judith in particular was great and very helpful. Judith, you are number one! I recommend it, according to reviews and our experience, it is a long-term high standard of services.

The apartment is beautiful and provides everything for a comfortable stay. The location of the house is convenient eventhough it is 25min walk distance from Catalunya square. You can find everything you need to buy (supermarkets, bakery) in a walking distance of 1-2min.

2nd bedroom is a little bit small for a couple of adults. Noise from the street but the apartment is very well insulated!

The receptionists were amazing. They are kind and accommodating. Super helpful in all inquiries and requests! The lighting in the apartment was amazing as well. There was cleaning kit provided which includes detergent. There was Netflix access on the tv. Location was also very continent, walking distance to all major attractions with the option of public transportation. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We stayed for 4 days in Fuster Apartments and everything was perfect. The apartments are very, very beautiful, spacious, everything was clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the living room was nice to sit together after a day out in the city. There is a nice view from the balcony to Sagrada Familia. Right next to the apartment are great places to eat and also various supermarkets and a metro station are nearby. Contact with Juan the reception manager was great. He responded quickly all the time before our stay and as I arrived a litte bit before 6pm when the reception closes I even got a personal introduction to the 2 apartmens we booked (I picked up the keys from the lock box as it was unsure if I would arrive before or after 6). Nothing. If there is anything that could be better then it's the size of the 2nd bedroom. It's a bit small for 2 adults, but it was no problem for us as we were a group of friends and just left the door open while sleeping.

We had the best time at the Fuster Apartments! Juan, the manager was super friendly, helpful and caring! The apartment is great! 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, super comfortable and beautiful! The neighborhood was amazing, full of delicious restaurants, bars and the metro was only few blocks away!

Nothing to complain about it, we had a great experience, would love to go back sometime!!

The apartment was clean and lovely. The location was great. It was nice that my sisters and I could have our own rooms and also a space to lounge after a long day or walking.

The was a bar on the ground floor that could get loud. I thought the windows did a good job of keeping most of the noise out. I also sleep with earplugs so didn’t really bother me too much.

1. Location is good. Easy access to popular attraction places and subway. Near to a very nice market place and few small supermarket. There are also drug stores and many eating places and bakeries around. 2. Place is spacious and facilities are good. Clean and comfortable. The heating system is just nice for winter.

1. The second room is a little small and stuffy. 2. Would be good the apartment can provide slippers.
