The location was very good, there were several buss stations near the hotel. It was very close to Park Güell and the Diagonal street were you can find casa Mila and casa Battlo. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. There is a terrace that everyone could use. There were a lot of stores and restaurants near the hotel.

The fridge din not work properly and it had a strange smell. There was no toilet brush. Poor natural lighting because the window was on the side, very close to another building. You could not let the windows open because of the noise from the cars outside.

The location was perfect! We traveled conveniently everywhere we wanted to go, whether via transportation or by walking. Our room was immaculately clean every day and all our needs were met. Great place to stay for your first time in Barcelona.

My only complaint is the room was dark because the window is small and we didn’t have a view of anything. But we booked last minute, so we didn’t have high expectations.

Very gentle, assistive and informative personnel (receptionists & cleaning professionals alike), awesome bed 🛏, absolute cleanliness, modern interior and comfortable environment, minimalist design. Good proximity to public transport, nice neighborhood. Very positive is the offering of water and coffee at the receptionist floor. Also positive is the hotel's booking confirmation platform, however it would be much more functional if it were interconnected with the booking platform.

Insulation could be better, even though we did not eventually encounter any trouble with noise. But you could hear loudly when people passed on the passway.

Hotel was very clean and my room was also cleaned every day. Room was very comfortable, including the bathroom. There was free **decent** coffee (not an easy find in Barcelona, in my experience). Great place all around - just some details to improve. Breakfast had a decent range of options, including fruits, bottled water, etc. - it was just missing a little bit more variety to make it an *excellent* breakfast buffet.

I asked for a late checkout and got a confirmation that I could keep my room until 4pm, for a specific cost, which I agreed to. On the day of checkout, I was informed that it was no longer an option and I would have to checkout by 2pm. Not the end of the world, but it did mean changes in plans.

The location was great. It’s one road behind the main avenue diagonal which has all the shops and main hotels. I would call that the main strip so you’re just off that. It has a neighborhood vibe which is nice. Located about 5 minutes walk to gracia metro and 10 minutes to diagonal metro. For me it was convenient. There is a supermarket right next door which was extremely convenient and a pharmacy around the corner. There is a pastry shop walking toward the gracia station at the stop lights which was delicious and loads of food options. The hotel it’s self was nice. It has only one floor but has a nice terrace you can eat at and also has a small gym. I got a single room and it was very small. A typical European size room and it’s expected since I paid for a single bed. I prefer more space and a bigger bed even when it’s just me so next time I would look for a bigger room option but it was good enough to sleep. Sometimes you hear people talking in the hallway or next door but nothing crazy I assume if you have decent neighbors. The staff were really nice and friendly. I travelled solo and felt very safe even when I came home a little bit late at night and leaving early in the mornings.

Single bed room size is small but it is expected if you choose that option. This is suitable for one person only.

The reception staff and cleaners were all super helpful and friendly. The courtyard seating area was really spacious and chilled. And the little gym (1 treadmill and 1 cycling machine) was a bonus.

The breakfast was 730 to 1100 which is great but sometimes some of the food choices had run out, especially later in the morning. And the rooms are very nice (clean, nicely decorated and good bathroom) but there’s very little natural light because there’s just one tiny window and it faces a wall 2 metres away.

The room was incredibly spacious, immaculate, and well-designed. I absolutely adored it and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The bed provided comfort and the bathroom, appearing new, was also spotlessly clean. The entire atmosphere exuded a sense of space, freshness, and cleanliness, providing great value for money. The availability of complimentary coffee in the lobby 24/7 was an excellent and tasty perk.

Everything was amazing. Will come again.

This is such a nice hotel! Decor was chic and the room was extremely comfortable, amazing shower and comfy bed and plenty of space for clothes in the wardrobe etc. The communal areas are also fabulous, large inside lounge room (also used for breakfast) and huge outside area which often has a large breeze due to its position which was great in the heat. Plenty of lounge chairs and also a gym! The staff were always friendly and helpful and 24hr reception really helped as we were attending a festival. Only 10-15mins walk from metro stations and bus stops very close, so it was easy to get everywhere. Also the put-put golf was a nice surprise!

Recommend hanging towels outside the bathroom as they often stayed damp in the bathroom - however if you request new ones/a room clean this is quickly sorted :)

The room had a huge bed, the design was very modern, everything was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was amazing. There was a store just next to the hotel.

No toilet brush, no place to hang hand towel, there were ants in the room, no balcony, TV did not want to connect to a phone. Almost no direct sunlight.

The next day, there was no power. They told me in advance, but i guess it is not their fault but they could have offered something like free breakfast, but thats ok, and i lwft a pair of shoes and they sent me an email letting me know which is good. Overall, a very good experience!
