Great location, very spacious, spotless and made for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. Lots of great restaurants and facilities around. Close enough to the action without being in the middle of it (and believe me, never book something in the busy areas - you’ll regret it). Good mattresses and a/c. Big fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer (couldn’t figure the dryer out). Great water pressure in the shower.

The only thing is we asked for more toilet paper as we were staying another night and they don’t refill stocks. We were able to buy it cheap at the markets and shops nearby so wasn’t a big deal but would have been nice.

Large apartment in a nice, upscale neighbourhood with plenty of bars and food options (Eixample - far better than staying somewhere like Las Ramblas). About 10 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia (shopping street) and Casa Battlo. About 5-10 minutes walk to main public transport links. Apartment was spacious with lots of amenities - like a washing machine, couch, dining table etc. Very well-stocked and set up kitchen. Big and relatively comfy bed. Great to have a reception to do check in and leave bags (if necessary).

It’s just a bit dated, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. Not much street noise but above apartment can be loud. Shower has impractical set-up - the shower head faces out of the shower door, so you end up with water everywhere - and runs out of hot water if you have two showers in very quick succession.

The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. It comes with a huge bed in the master bedroom and big bathroom. The apartment has a second room which will comfortably fit a family of 4 although it was just the 2 of us. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher which makes everything much easier. We also received a welcome pack with washing pods clothes and dishes which was a nice touch from them. Despite the old age of the cupboard in the kitchen, it was still functioning and did not bother us. Sofa was very comfortable too. Powerful central heating and cooling systems. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Vale suites. We paid 337 euros for 2 nights which imo is value for money. Apartment is close to bus stops to get around the city. Buses to and fro from the airport is a little further away (700m). Travellers with heavier luggages will have to push their luggages up a gentle slope.

Nothing. City tax in Barcelona is steep! We paid 27.52 euros for 2 person and 2 nights.

Everything!!! We loved everything about Vale Suites💗Our expectations were exceeded!!! The apartment was immaculate, clean, spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. The check-in was smooth and all the staff members were friendly, helpful (specially Yulia who gave us several recommendations of places to visit and beaches) and so welcoming. We even received welcome wine and other items. Bravo to an incredible team!!! The apartment location was perfect, we were close to several supermarkets, bars, restaurants and walking distance to Placa de Catalunya, La Ramblas and many other attractions in theain city. This was the best way to celebrate my 40th birthday!! We will definitely be back in Barcelona and won't think twice to stay at Vale Suites again!!

The apartment was spotless and comfortable. We loved the keyless system. The staff was helpful in helping us arrange a taxi up the train station. Upon arrival, we received a nice bottle of red wine and water to use. The beds, pillows, and blankets were really comfortable too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location was a bit far for walking to main attractions (about 25 - 30 min) by foot. The apartment could use some ice trays to make ice during our stay. Don’t use wash and dry function because it takes over 6 hours to complete and your clothes might get damaged as they came out very hot!

We had a wonderful stay at Vale Suites. The unit was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable - the most comfortable out of the 3 places we stayed at in Spain. The staff were courteous and helpful. When my children wanted to be able to watch Netflix on the tv they were able to loan out a fire stick and extension cord for us to use. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby along with convenient bus stops.

There was one wall that made up the hallway and ran by the dining table that was a bit beat up with dings and marks. We were in unit 202. The front bedroom was a bit tight for space around the bed and you could hear some street noise. While the building was relatively central and we walked a lot, I might pick somewhere a little closer to a metro stop next time.

The location is SUPERB! Pretty much walking distance from everywhere. The apartment was great for a group of five. It was nicely furnished and beds were really comfortable. Great restaurants and cafes in the area. We definitely recommend Vale Suites and would stay here again. The AC worked well. Checking in and out was super easy. They also borrowed us an umbrella, which we greatly appreciated. There is also an elevator, which was great with all the luggage. The apartment was also clean.

Would have been great to have some more clothing hooks, especially in the entrance hall beside the door, to hang up jackets and such, plus maybe a shoe rack. Also a rack in the bathroom to hang up wet towels would be great, since there definitely is enough space for that. If you’re coming as a big group, just observe that there is only one bathroom and shower, so the warm water may not last for everyone at once. It’s obviously stated in the description that there’s only one bathroom, so this wasn’t a shock or a negative per say, but just something to take into consideration.

Staff were very friendly & although they had said they couldn't guarantee early check in as per a request I had made prior to our arrival, we were delighted to find our rooms were in fact ready ahead of regular check in time. We stayed in room 101, which had two large bedrooms & a sofa bed in the living/kitchen area. All were very comfortable. We could hear traffic in front of the apartment, but not loud enough to disrupt sleep. Black out blinds were great! Staff held our bags after departure so we could explore some more & even arranged a taxi for us to the airport. Great experience & would stay again.

The instructions were very clear about how to enter the building and apartment. We arrived very early and we were able to leave our luggage in the reception area. They contacted me as soon as our apartment was ready. Everything was very clean and neat, with instructions about the apartment printed out. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped well though we did not do any cooking there, just heating up food. There were enough coffee pods for our whole stay. Wifi worked without any issues. The bathroom was big and very clean. One thing to note is that the part of the floor entering the shower stall is a bit slanted and can be slippery when wet. We had no problems with it but could be an issue with those who are not very surefooted. We were able to reduce the noise in the front bedroom by closing the shutters and just doing that worked very well for the person who slept in that room. We used the washer and the whole washing cycle took over two hours. So plan ahead if you are going to use the washer. A huge drying rack is provided. The location was perfect for us. A bus stop is just a few steps away and we easily hopped on H10 to go to Sagrada. Walking to Plaza Catalunya took us about 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from, too! There is an Aldi's a few blocks away. Any questions I ask received a reply in a short amount of time. All in all, we were very happy staying here and would do so again if we go back to Barcelona.

The location was great and close to several places to eat, groceries, attractions, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was as described and worked very well for our family of 6. We were on the first floor and enjoyed spending time on both the front small balcony and back terrace. There are shutters on the front windows that seem to help with any potential street noise when closed as we did not have any issues with sleeping. Would recommend and stay here again!

The shower was amazing, but be careful that it does not overflow.
