Good wifi and hot water pressure. The room was very big with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. You are next to a road but do not hear any noise. Air conditioning was also very good. There is free parking on the streets but spaces are hard to find. I would stay here again

You are not really near anything and need a car to stay here but this is made up by the cheaper price you pay. Apart from 1 member of staff that wasn't very friendly, everyone else was friendly and always helpful

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast is buffet style, basic but sufficient. Location close to the airport. Garage parking available if you travel by car.

No refrigerator in the room which is a big minus in august in Spain. Restaurant was closed in august so we had to find dinner in the neighborhood

Property is centrally located in Benetusser and close to train station to go onto Valencia . Room was ideal for sleeping in

Big size/comfort of the room. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was nice and comfy.

There was not any coffee machine (coffee was prepared by stuff upon request). Cover beds (in general don't like them in hotels due to cleanliness issues)

The staff was very helpful and cared about our needs and demands instantly. Mario from Romania was the most helpful staff.

The isolation of sound was not efficient. We could hear lots of noise from other rooms.

Buffet breakfast was good. Pizza was great. Salad dressing was not. Location was very handy - an easy 10 minute walk to the train station for a single-stop journey to the city centre on several different lines so trains were very frequent. Car parking was very secure.

A great hotel with moderate and fair prices for its standards. Great customer service, excellent rooms and facilities. The cleanliness is great. Very peaceful and calm atmosphere.

The shower and bath, the hot water takes very long to come out and sometimes it doesn’t reach its hottest level and makes the shower experience unpleasant

Felt smoke in the room from previous guests, even a cigarette end in the toilet. The room itself was nice and clean but very dark as the window was faced to a closed space and there was a huge air condition in front of the room. Avoid room 216.

As hotel is placed in a dense town area it is impossible to find parking in front of hotel. Hotel providing undergroung garage, which is good, However you need to use a lift to get there which always takes some extra time...

Room and bathroom were really clean. The staff was helpful. They offer paid parking.

The cost of the hotel is little high for not being in the centre of Valencia.
