Great location in an area that was excellent for exploring the city by foot. Host sent us the necessary information including wifi and check in info which was nice and straightforward. Room was nice, we actually thought it looked better in person than it did on the listing online. We had no issues with things being broken or unclean. For the price we paid we were very happy!

Two things to note: If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because our room was above a bar which was open late on Friday/Saturday night. We could also hear other guests staying in other rooms coming and going. This didn’t bother us too much but can imagine for others this might be a bit of an issue. Accom. only provided shower gel so be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner etc

We had two apartments for 8 of us. Both were spacious, bright, and quiet despite overlooking a busy corner. They had adjoining terraces. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity, and a luggage storage place on the corner.

One of the apartments had no hot water, and neither safe worked. Both apartments had plenty of plates but were very poorly equipped with glasses or cups - we had 4 coffee cups between 8! The apartments were clean, but the terraces were very dirty .

Almost everything was nice! Apartment is beautiful, new and clean, the view is gorgeous, location very good - min away from the Cathedral square, 7 min - from the train station and metro. We had to walk a lot though - the hosts helped us with luggage storage before and after check in for free, but the storage room is located in a hostel quite far from the apartment - around 8 min walking, which is a bit uncomfortable with luggages.

The deposit is too big - 300 euro, and I believe it’s unreasonable. But they gave it back quickly - 1-2 days after check out. The check in was too late (4 pm) and check out was too early (11 am) - we prefer from 2pm to 12 am at least.

Wow, this property was AMAZING! I wished we were staying more nights here. It was exceptionally clean, modern and had all the needed amenities. It was decorated with Paris decor and it fit perfectly! As we stepped out on the balcony, it made us feel such a part of the town/community. Everything here was perfect! I absolutely could keep going on and on. You will not regret staying here! 😊 Owner was very responsive and loves that we could let ourselves in.

Most things are okay, but the price of 150€ per night is too high for this type of property. The only one reason is location 🔥❤️

Cleaning: Your apartment/room will be cleaned after your check out. The wood floor was a little dirty. And the main bed has bad matres.

We booked a one night stay and the Studio apartment suited our needs or a weekend break. Able to walk to several Tapas bars and Grand Via. Apartment block was in a pleasant location and on a one way street which reduced traffic noise. Metro and Station were also walking distance. The parking garage was very close in the same street and was open 24hrs. 14 euros a day is very reasonable for city centre parking. Overall the apartment was good value for money.

Was impressed that child safety locks were fitted on cupboard doors but several did not work. The bathroom walls were painted black therefore very dark. The biggest problem was obtaining the entry codes. It took 30 minutes of phone calls for the code despite notifying our arrival time. To make it worse you cannot stop outside the apartment block. I highly recommend contacting the host before entering Valencia centre, find somewhere to park and obtain the drop box code and parking bay number before continuing.

Location was super, the apartment had a balcony overlooking the street, the space is bigger than it appears in the pictures which is great

Nothing everything was perfect

I recommend the place. It was very clean and it had a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The only problem was that the owner did not answer the phone at first which was rather stressful as we arrived late in the evening and haven't got any information about how to get to thee place. I succeeded to contact the company after 4 or 5 attempts. However this was the only unsatisfied thing.
