The terrace and gym were all wonderful extras to our stay. There was a wonderful coffee shop round the corner that accommodated dietary requirements and the location was fantastic for restaurants, travel, shopping and sightseeing.

The hotel amd our room were great for what we needed. It would have been wonderful to have had coffee facilities in the room (access to a coffee machine in the dining area was available during the limited hours of 12-4) . Ability to unpack our suitcases more fully would have also been nice but there was sufficient space in a standard room for this not to be a big issue.

Lovely hotel and great location. The rooms are spacious, spotless and the hotel is very trendy.

1. the toilet in our room was right in front of the sink. One could not sit straight on the toilet, since your chin would be on the sink and had to sit sideways, not exactly a pleasant experience. 2. The thermostat was in German and the room temperature was 0 to freezing. I blew freezing air over the bed and it made it a very uncomfortable night sleep due to the constant temperature changes. 3. There were to large glass panels in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. This meant that during the night if you turned the bathroom light on, the bedroom was lite as well disturbing my partner. Quite silly to have light from the bathroom light up the bedroom at night as a feature.

Room and bathroom were completely clean and spacious. The interior design was super modern and pretty with super high ceiling. Check-in was easy and fast with friendly staff. Gym is included until 10pm. Great location with parking, shopping and grocery stores all around.

We got the room right next to the reception which was a bit noisy until late night with people checking in or requiring things. Parking was not available on the property. It seems there are limited spots and you have to make sure to reserve one. Public parking is availablie in a car park 3 minutes from the hotel, 24h cost 21€. The water pressure in the shower was too low. It was almost a bit bothersome to take a shower and it did not feel satisfying to take a shower with such low water pressure. Should fix this

it looks like a very standard business hotel, 10 mins walking from the main touristic attractions.

The staff was really transactional, no welcome, no smile, no extra info on the city. We could not get a parking spot and we were told to deal with the closest one. On top, the bathroom was very unpractical.. the shower did not have the door (by design), hence every time you took a shower the floor of the bathroom would get wet. the hairdryer was very bad, with probably less than 50cm wire.

Very comfortable beds, useful package of equipment in the bathroom (not only basic cosmetics), super clean, comfy and practical room, excellent location but it was quite and calm. Delicious breakfast. Helpful and extremely nice staff.

In our room hairdryer was installed in way that it was difficult to use it. Wardrobe could be a bit bigger and better organised - like more shelves.

Location near train station, can walk 15 minutes to museum of fine art and Guggenheim, and restaurants. Good Wi-Fi. Good a/c. Comfortable for family of 4 with a separate area with 2 sofa beds that opened for the kids. Good water pressure shower. Clean. Towels good. Pillow not too big and hard.

Similar to all the hotels in Spain- toilet paper roll is small and only give one, so need to ask reception for additional one.

The hotel is located in downtown and close to the railway station (a less than ten minutes walk). It is the hotel I use to stay in my visits to Bilbao. The staff and the rooms are excellent. This time I got an advantaged price due to a winter's offer.

I tried to make a last minute change to my booking to get an additional room and it was impossible. I am not sure how much of the problem came from the high demand of rooms or from the rigidness of the booking system.

The hotel was very nice and modern, and the room quite comfortable. The staff was always very nice, upon check in and out and with any other question we had. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom, with all the toiletries needed. The bed was large and very nice. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the old quarter. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Hotel: As good as new and modern hotel a few minutes walk from the bustling city center and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. We were received by a very friendly receptionist (RD manager?) who immediately provided us with a lot of information about the city. Modern and spacious parking garage available. A free bottle of water would be a nice gesture. Room: Spacious, modern room with spacious and modern bathroom, unfortunately with bath (a bit old-fashioned, a walk-in shower is better). Our room was on the busy street but because of the good insulation no noise. Safe available and good and fast WiFi (both free). Breakfast: Staff had some troubles keeping up, and it's a pity there is no "welcome" because of lack of time. A morning welcome is, as a good breakfast, a good start of the day. The layout of the buffet was not the most logical. Overall: a very nice, recommendable hotel if you are in the city. Clean, modern, parking and good WiFi available. Next door to the casino if you feel lucky, give it a shot.
