I liked the swimming pool area, very nice family friendly place. Good size apartments and very clean.

The food in the restaurant was tasteless.

This hotel is located 6 minutes walk from the coast and beach. It is great in so far that you are away from the buzz (pool and entertainment, meal times) with your room or apartment and you don't feel built in by huge hotel properties. The kids' pool area is fantastic, a great family hotel. We booked self catering, but had the odd drink in the evening or from the pool bar. Quite cheap considering we are from Ireland (Cocktail 5 Euro). Cleaning is done every day except sundays which is great. We also had rented a car and could park in one of the streets surrounding the apartment blocks. No problem at all. We travelled with a 2 year old and he loved the kids' disco in the evening (between 8-9pm). During the day there is plenty of activities for all, even pool aerobics.

We were only missing a toaster and a kettle.

A lovely hotel that had everything needed for family holiday. We liked that rooms are spread in smaller houses, making the areal quite spacious with playground as well. The pools are nice with enough space for everyone, even when crowded. Short distance to shops and to the beach. We did not try the food - overall an ok experience.

Maybe work on the cleaning in general - we have seen trash on the floor for days, until we have picked it up ourselves. Make sure your lifeguards do their job and not hide at the pool behind first aid kit sitting on their phones - then there is no benefit of having life guards at all..

Firstly, the food was delicious. We had only breakfasts but on Sunday we were even offered champagne. In the end, we ordered some lunch and dinners at the hotel for most of the days too. That was cheaper than in local restaurants. Secondly, they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day except Sunday. Also, having three pools (of different depth) at our disposal we were sometimes too lazy to go to the sea. Finally, the animation team worked all day offering activities for children and adults.

It took us some time (around 12-15 minutes) to get to the sandy beach because the closest route to the sea led us to the rocky (yet beautiful) embankment. So we had to walk along the shore for a couple more minutes to get to the beach. But the children even preferred the pools at the hotel, so we can't complain.

Facilties were great, everywhere was clean with lots to do and reception staff were so helpful and friendly.

There was limited assortment of alcoholic drinks, not even house brands were available so we had to pay extra for drinks. Good choice of food but hot food was luke warm or cold. Snacks were very limited to hotdogs and ice cream only. We had some family come to meet us for a meal and a day pass, yes they had to pay to join us, which we didn't mind but was made to feel unwelcome, they continued to check there pass and ticket multiple times. We contacted the hotel to check this option was available before booking, but feel as they had paid nearly 150 euros for the day, they may have been treated like a normal guest.

From Arrival at reception to the apartment we had booked, all was above & beyond, everybody was so helpful, despite the fact we did a self catering option. I could see those that did all inclusive seemed happy with their choice. The actual appt had a pool view, it was amazing, the appt was spacious, clean & linens etc changed frequently.

2 little niggles, more like personal choices really, a kettle would of been useful for tea making, I know us Brits & tea, used a saucepan to heat water. 1 sunlounger would have rounded of the balcony space, again personal choice, neither of the above should detract from the high standards the apartments are kept in.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the aparthotel. The reception is working 24/7, which is very convenient because we arrived at night and were quickly checked in. The restaurant has very tasty, varied food. You can find something to choose from in the menu every day. As well I really liked, that every evening there is entertainment for children and adults. The beach is not far away, no more than 10 minutes walk from the aparthotel. We highly recommend this aparthotel for a holiday with family and children as well as with friends.

The toddler pool was amazing for our wee one, she loved it. Room was clean, with a really nice balconie view, we would advice paying extra for the better view as skme balconies didnt look out a much. Shop is a 5 min walk, beach is a 10 min walk and lots of restaurants by the beach.

The only thing is they do play kids music from 7 and then adult music from 9 every night very very very loudly that can be heard very clearly in your room, so if you want to sit on you balcony for dinner or at night its annoying. We where quite far away from the music and it was still very loud, if we had been in a room closer it would of been a big issue for us. However you might like this kind of entertainment, it wasn't for us, it was the one thing that we found annoying

Staff was friendly, the whole resort was pretty clean, selection of food wasn’t huge but quality better than in some 4star hotels we stayed in, I liked the fact they had darkening curtains in the bedrooms as I can’t sleep in a bright room, pool area wasn’t overcrowded even though the pool isn’t very big and people were well behaved not to reserve their seats, location away from crowded area of Cala Millor but still walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops Possibility to do laundry on site which is handy for a longer stay

The walls of the building are very thin which means you can hear everything. While we cannot confirm that you hear the entertainment in the rooms until midnight as some people claimed, you sure can hear every scooter passing or people talking. Our room was straight over the restaurant and we heard all the chairs moving during service. As this is a general problem in hotels in Spain we had ear plugs with us, so for us not a big deal but could be annoying for light sleepers. For the rest no complaints, just a few suggestions: More equipment in the kitchen of the apartment (barely enough for a family of 4) The bathroom had enough space to put more shelves in More storage/shelves in apartment for clothes and shoes (again when traveling with 4 people it gets tight)

We stayed in room 204. The room was spacious and the location relative to Cala Millor center was very good. Offered facilities were very decent.

The room's bathroom was not well equipped, e.g. shower amenities. The AC was broken and needs repair. Rooms in general need some renovation. The price asked for the room is a bit unmatching what was offered.
