Hotel was beautiful, location nice and quiet, food was delicious. Apartment was very spacious, lots of activities for kids and big kids. Reception although we didn't need to ask was always happy to help, Marina especially for taking us to our apartment when we arrived late. Well done Protur for a excellent 3 night break. Its about 10 minute walk to cala bona town which is full of restaurants and bars/shops and about 20 mins to cala millor with a beautiful beach, its worth a extra walk just for the beach. Beautiful holiday ❤️ 💕

Sometimes reviews can be a little exaggerated but this is a true, the beds are 😖 awful rock hard it is like sleeping on concrete. Cocktails are a NO barman charged us for 2 pina coladas!!! Honestly I've used better for the 🚻 loo awful!!!! And we went All inclusive. I then downloaded the bar drinks on the app and found what's included in All inclusive and what you have to pay for. Extra pillows ask at reception who will always help you.

- Beautifull resort, clean and spacious rooms with big balcony - You can always find free sunbeds near pools. - Food was great, a lot to choose from, tastefull. - Personell was always helpfull and nice. - Great coctail drinks. Only 3 for free in all inclusive, but tasty. Beer was also good. - You can use washing machine there

- screaming kids everywhere. When you want calm meal or time next to the pool this hotel is not for you. We had only calm and quite dinner when they invited us to their italian restaurant where the food was even better than the regular one. You get one free invitation when you stay more than 5 days. - you can rent the bike for free, just 10€ deposit, but they are in absolutelly terrible state. I think it is even dangerous to use them. - nice beach was far away. There is Cala bona beach which was rocky and not clean. We were going to Cala Millor beach which was quite full, 20min away, but nice and clean. - coffee from the machines was terrible

Just as pictured. Several pools, lots of space. Good location near shops. Gardens well maintained with some beautiful flowers. Room cleaned regularly and cleaner so friendly and welcoming. Staff couldn’t have worked harder. Mealtimes ran like a well oiled machine! Great selection of food. Entertainment adequate and good for kids. Our son enjoyed the nightly mini disco. We took several day trips all within about 30 mins drive- stunning beaches, pretty towns, castles, Sunday market, points of interest. Never visited Mallorca before and although it is touristville you can still get some delicious authentic food out and about.

There could have been more recycling bins around for the paper cups. Other residents smoking on their way back to their rooms at night time and leaving cigarette buts near the entrance to the blocks- not sure what the hotel can do about it but just wanted to flag it! I would say it was all swept and cleaned promptly.

The staff was very helpful everywhere. We loved the variety of food throughout the week, and the restaurant and bar staff always cleaned the tables promptly. The selection and cleanliness of pools were very good.

The repetition of kids show in the evenings wasn't our favourite. The pools' and breakfast opening hours could start earlier. It would be better if the ice creams and desserts were located somewhere less visible, as that was the first thing the kids saw and refused to eat anything else.

Our room was much better than we had expected, having read visitor reviews before arrival. We'd requested a quiet room and the room was spacious. The air con worked well, given the extremely high August temperatures and humidity. Yes, the bed is firm but not impossibly uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, as was the tea/cake in afternoon.

We were not keen on lunch or dinner selection, but the overall price made it affordable to eat elsewhere. Pool areas are very busy and quite small for the amount of guests. We had a car so we travelled to local beaches.

The hotel offers a lot of attractions for kids and adults. Great buffet and pools. Room quite big with great balcony. Tennis basketball volleyball court - all playing surface were so nice prepared. Friendly and nice stuff.

Beds- for four people quite weird, two of them needed to sleep in living room so your sofas were made for the whole time so difficult to use that room as a living room. Air condition - no chance to turn on. The manual needs to be provided in every room. Bedroom without windows was stuffy quite often No hair dryer in the room! Service room - cleaning definitely done too rarely Overall the hotel was quite comfortable but these few things need to be organise better.

Great swimming pools, staff are all friendly and helpful. Our children had great fun at the kids club with the wonderful animation team. The place is always clean, and the location is close to Cala Bona Port and Cala Millor.

Although plentiful, the food can be a bit hit and miss. The entertainment around the pool can be overly loud during the daytime.

Staff reaaly good,friendly and sweet . food really good for 3+ ⭐️ hotel .everything tasty We love it. Very good hotel to families and who want really resting. We will go min 1 or 2 times this year again 🤗

Saturday night there was an incidence with the water, which might happen. The problem was not the issue but the reception-they kept saying the problem would be resolved in 10 minutes, but turned out to be 4 hours. I would recommend them to say they are waiting on it instead of timeframe they cannot accomplish.

Great atmosphere with beautiful natural surroundings. The animation team was really entertaining and they encouraged all of us to participate. There was always diploma presentation every evening so that every guests feel valued. Tye all inclusive was also great and they always ensured guests get their drinks. They serve also delicious cocktails, some with a small price to pay. Rooms are ok, apartments with basic kitchen and bathroom is outdated. Yet they all worked and we find them functional and ok.

The beds are a bit hard but they fit us well because I need good strong support for my back. The so called harder beds hier work well for us. It would of course be nice if they upgrade to a more comfortable bed, but we slept well anyway. Sounds from other rooms can be heard easily, and we needed to be careful in moving furniture by dragging across the floors to minimize the noise. Room cleaning is pretty basic, but our room was equipped with broom, I just cleaned the floors around the room myself every now and then to get rid of the sand or dust.

Well spread out with many swimming pools. Good for a family. Close to the beach, just 5/10 minute walk. Clean and well ventilated room It was our daughter’s birthday and the staff surprised us by bringing a cake for her. Very sweet gesture.

Missing breakfast option when booking. All included option cannot suite all tourist.
