We had room on 3rd floor looking on street. There were music in the night outside but it not disturbe you when you close balcony door. Food was very good and staff very professional and polite There are 2 small elevators so it can be an issue if you are above 3rd floor. We did not have ussue to use stairs. If there are no parking slot in front of the hotel one can find place close to the hotel There were 3 of us in the room but still it was comfortable for us, with comfortable also third bad for our big teenage boy. Room was clean and cleaned every day

We cannot charge our phones in all places, for example iphone charger was working only in bathroom.

Beautiful hotel, always so clean and fresh with such attentive staff. All staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean outdoor pool, heated indoor pool with sauna, gym & wellbeing facilities. Room was modern with a safe if you need it, air con and extra pillows. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious every day - we never at the same thing twice. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, there are plenty of stores nearby with plenty of choice for convenience items, clothing, beach gear & souvenirs. I have recommended to all my friends and family and we will return here for longer next time.

Wa had room with beautiful sea view. It was pleasant to spend time on the balcony. Room was quite nice and we really appreciate a small fridge. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent - a large selection of everything and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a great location and a short walk from a beautiful beach and small shops and restaurants. And special thanks to the gentleman at the reception (unfortunately I do not know his name) who opened the door to our room at night due to a lost card.

We often waited a long time for the elevator to arrive, maybe that could be improved, but it was not big deal for us - we could also take the stairs.

Fourth stay at this hotel, not too big and good standards. Would return again. Cleaning staff do an excellent job, hotel is immaculate throughout.

Noise from bar opposite hotel is very loud and goes on until midnight. Room was a bit more dated than previous visits (though still very clean and perfectly acceptable) and was on a lower floor than preference, but this was explained as we had paid for a standard room which were lower floors. Still slightly disappointing as previous visits (hotel under different ownership) had never specified anything other than standard rooms.

It was close to the beach and shops. The hotel itself was well maintained, breakfast was varied and of pretty good quality and also the staff was super friendly.

The rooms are quite old, especially the bathroom. Also cleaning was not quite spotless. Bed was like a hospital bed with wheels and stuff, basically two of those stuck together. Why would you put such a bed in a hotel room? Awful..

The hotel was in a fantastic location and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The food choices at the buffet were excellent.

I would have liked another restaurant to choose from as well as outside dining as an option. A proper poolside snack bar for lunch would have been good.

The food was delicious ,the Resturaut staff were very kind and professional and so helpful.I would definitely recommend this hotel .Every member of staff were so pleasant .It was a spotless hotel with great classic decor.The Poole and poole area very comfortable and no shortage of sunbeds.

Lovely hotel situated 2 minutes from the beach Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food. Good size pool and terrace area.. Reception area smells lovely...like a spa!

Lifts - just 2 for whole hotel, capacity not suffucient at all Partly older room equipment, e.g. in bathroom (in the other hand, some investments visible) Walls in a room quite soundprooved but not door - So, you can hear everything from the corridor Picnic (take away) lunch quite poor

The beach at Sa Coma is gorgeous - white, soft sand and turquoise-coloured water. The hotel is very easy walking distance to the beach and our room's terrace overlooked the beach with a nice terrace. The pool area of the hotel is fabulous! The coach from Palma that goes to Sa Coma (401) takes 90 mins, is very cheap (only €5), comfortable, air-conditioned and the bust stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Very convenient.

We were there out of season (early November) and whilst it was quiet and still amazing weather with full sun and around mid-20s celsius, most of the resort was shut so it was challenging to find places to eat. The type of restaurants they do have there looked like they mostly catered to British & German tourists.
