The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic; reception staff, restaurant, bar and cleaners, every single member of staff I had contact with were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was plenty and lots of choice, plenty of tables in the restaurant and kept extremely clean. The pool is great and there are a large amount of sunbeds with a strict rule of no saving beds with towels which is fantastic! The location is further out from where we usually stay in Sa Coma but still only a 10-15 min walk to the beach, main bars and shops. The hotel do provide a shuttle bus running up and down a few times a day but we always just walked. The rooms are great, for an all inclusive it’s not just a room, they are all apartments with bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen area with fridge, cooker etc and all have a balcony. The cleaners are every day apart from Thursday and change all towels, provide toilet roll etc

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, overall it was a great but probably not for our group. I’d say it’s more for families with children or older couples taking a break together. We were a group of ages early 20’s and 40’s, we requested rooms near each other and they provided that so we were all together but I’d definitely say it’s not catered for our group range. When my children were younger it would have been perfect for us and I’d go again with just my partner but not as a group :)

Lovely hotel and staff. Moved us to a quieter room after the first night, staff great especially with the kids. Granted its not a 5 star but for the money it's great. Pool really good, all inclusive really good value for money, food was amazing. They even have a private transfer to the fab Sa Coma beach if you can't do the 10 minute walk. Would defo go back. We'll done team 😁👍🏻

Rooms are ok, no luxury but we had a kitchen, nice big balcony with the pool view :). The food was amazing. But I have to mention THE best animation program I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not just for kids but also for us moms, we enjoyed the stay so much thanks to this wonderful group of people. They do their job with passion and smile on their faces. I’m thinking about coming again next year because one week wasn’t enough ❤️.

Maybe the only thing I don’t miss is every morning cleaning the area around the swimming pool with some noisy vacuum cleaner. The noice woke us up every morning, but to be fair it came around 8-8:30 AM, but it is holiday, I might appreciate a better “alarm”.

The accommodation was good value for money. On the first day we had a small issue with our room, but the reception solved it immediately without any questions, which was a big plus. The restaurant felt a bit monotonous for us, but we could always find something that suited our taste, so overall it was still good value. However, I think the children’s options could be improved. The animators, on the other hand, were excellent – very kind, entertaining, and there were fun programs every single day.

The food choice was very good and varied. The pool area and restaurant were kept spotless and there were plenty of sunbeds. The staff were all really friendly and made us feel valued, especially the restaurant staff and animation team. The apartment was fine and the beds were very comfortable. The entertainment was aimed particularly at young families, but as a couple in our seventies we loved the friendly, laidback vibe of this hotel.

Children in the restaurant serving areas picking up food and putting back onto the serving platters, very dangerous as hot food and drinks with small children running everywhere, personally witnessed a child burning their hand on the toaster

Staff was always helpful. While there are some activities for adults most of the entertainment is tailored to kids so travelling with families is a BIG +. Nothing was overly expensive. Food is nice, while there are some common things that repeat on our stay we always had something different at lunch/dinner and cooking staff is able to accomodate dietary needs with no problems. Beach is a 10-15 minutes walk distance directly on the same street. On summer hotel has a shuttle every 10 minutes that goes there but we found it pointless as it is just a short walk. It does help if you have elderly people in your group to avoid the walking time.

I thought the manager and older female receptionist was very arrogant and rude, we had a problem which booking.com sorted, but the staff were very unhelpful....the other staff members to be fair were very nice, The kids play park is bit dated but to be fair we couldn't get them out pool anyway!

The entire hotel was spotless The bar staff were accommodating Always space at the pool Restaurant was well replenished and mostly good Hotel was nice and peaceful and very good for a family stay. Lots of activities for the kids If they wanted it. Swimming pool was a perfect temperature for the little ones. Water pressure was fantastic in the bathroom. Room was not noisey (well insulated from sound). cold estrella, slushie machine and ice creams

Quite far from the beach for little legs. The snack bar options were very limited ( sliced bread and low grade cold meats/cheese a few fruit options). Spirits were not great quality at the bar. Cocktails were dispensed from a machine so not the best.

Best animation team, best hotel staff, so many activities!😍 This hotel staff is one of the best. They are kind, nice, and work very fast and do everything right away after you request. They are very nice and fun people that makes you feel like you are really on vacation! The most important feature that this hotel has its animation team. They were amazing! I loved the employees and animation team of the hotel the most. Plus, facility is good, they have clean rooms, nice pool, great food, activities all day long and not boring. I strongly suggest this hotel!
