Location was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful.

They charge you for parking which I feel shouldn’t happen when you’re paying up to +100€ per night.

We arrived for a wedding and the location was perfect for our stay. Close to some great restaurants and an easy drive out to explore more of la Manga or visit surrounding areas. Some places along the strip were closed, but we were there early in the season. The hotel staff were wonderful and receptive...room was spacious and comfortable.

No complaints for us aside from the showers leaking some water under the shower door into the bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal and can be easily remedied.

Very smart looking. Lovely reception area and staff very helpful. Good sized room with lovely sea view. Spacious bathroom. Good sized balcony. Good sized fridge. Staff in bar/cafe area were very helpful and friendly.

Wi-Fi unreliable. No method to dry swimwear on balcony. No sun cover/parasol on balcony. No kettle in room. Bottled water not replaced daily. Towels not replaced during stay. No instructions in English.

The breakfast was excellent as I thought that it would be a continental one so I was surprised that it was a self service full English one.

The evening meal was excellent in what was available again as self service. However it was not always as hot as I would have liked. I usually went in at about 20.10 and some of the food was only lukewarm. I learned to avoid the chips and went for potatoes instead. This was a slight disappointment. The TV was advertised as International but it was only some the news channels that were in English.

Breakfast and staff were all great, we had dinner in the main restaurant one evening also and this was really nice. location was perfect and parking under the hotel was really ideal. the shower and air con in the bedrooms were amazing

The beds were a bit hard and i feel you need more than one pillow as these were very flat, apart from that everything in the room was great.

Good food (for a buffet). Spacious room and a nice big balcony. Easy parking. Whole area was getting quiet by mid October. Weather was still good so nice time for a holiday.

Like many Spanish buildings the soundproofing between rooms could be better. The hotel was generally quiet and we only had neighbours on one side so it was never a problem.

Very modern , clean and spacious with very nice staff. Large balcony and fridge in the room. Nice pool and lounge area. Excellent shower.

Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. I love a bath but appreciate most people prefer showers.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. Plenty of coffee tea & juices Self service doesn’t suit everyone though

Hot dishes were a little tepid. Pancakes were too crispy. Same selection on both breakfast were were they which would become a bit tedious if you were they longer than a few days

The hotel was very clean. Our room had a small balcony and 2 Juliet balconies with great sea views from all of them. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast quality and choice was very good. Evening meal was buffet and there was a good choice. Bar prices were very fair - normal bar prices. Easy, free parking on the roads.

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but thats quite rare in Spanish hotels anyway. The shower temperature fluctuated but we didn't mention it as only there for one night.

The location is excellent, at the start of the La Manga strip and very close to an excellent beach. Close to the great city of Cartagena. The pool area is good. The cafe bar is also good.

The only issue we had was that the buffet dinner was disappointing. The salad was good but the hot food was quite poor, not a good selection and sometimes cold.
