We liked the beautiful room, the wonderful staff and the great pool. The beach there was magnificent! We enjoyed going to Vava, the beach bar close by where we had a wonderful dinner with a sunset view. Oh, and the welcome cava was really appreciated!

It was a little too quiet for our taste. I did not realize it would be mainly older people. Maybe it is livelier in the summer. We were there the second week of September.

The swimming pool is large enough to swim in. The breakfast has everything you would desire: there is cook alive for hot meals. The beach bar is very nice at a good price. There is well cooked and presented fresh fish by weight. You need to book there in advance. All the staff were wonderful there, especially Lidia with bookings and all the waiters/waitresses, all willing to help with a good sense of humour.

The parking is a nightmare. Plenty of columns, making turns more difficult. You need to be cautious if your car is large. You will need to pay for the sunshades (11.70€ per 2 people).

We loved the hotel. The staff were great and the food was outstanding. We took part in some of the daytime activities and watched some evening entertainment. Both great. Cleanliness was outstanding. Room very comfortable with a lovely view of the beach. The snacks and drinks from the pool side bar were lovely. We didn't use the indoor pool or spa but it looked nice. We were allowed to use the showers to get changed in the evening ready for our late flight. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, located right on a lovely beach. Perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is superb. I also loved the chiringuitos on the beach that are attached to the hotel.

Sun beds around the pool were very packed in and unless you are up at the crack of dawn it was a struggle to get a bed.

Bar service an issue. 2 nights under staffed behind bar plus operational systems appear counter productive to customer service. Appeared to have been overseen by management without practical back up direct input. Amazing contrast between abundance of offerings and quantity at buffet and to beach bar having to charge extra for individual bread pieces! Clearly not a monetary issue but very bad PR taste of systems portion control overkill!

Fantastic location right on the beach. Staff were amazing friendly and helpful. We spent a week here finishing off a 3 week trip around spain, from Galicia to Cadiz - This was by far the best accommodation and location. We will seriously consider making this our "annual holiday"

Clutching at straws to find a negative.. One thing potentially to note is the times for dinner are not quite late enough - its clearly geared slightly to the northern european eating schedules rather than Mediterranean.

The hotel is part of a complex of several hotels with same entrance/parking. This hotel was right on the beach with a private gateway to it. We were met with a glass of bubbly which started our time off really well. The staff are so friendly and helpful (shout out to the bar staff in both the pool and hotel bars). This hotel caters for more European guests with more all inclusive deals (being a TUI blue). When you hear that, you think of the food maybe being bland or uninspiring but you'd be in for a surprise. The restaurant for either breakfast or evening meals - wow - plenty of different dishes to choose from and bountiful - chefs continually checking on supply and adding more food as required. The food was fresh, well cooked and the dishes changed daily so whilst there was a daily amount of set items (salad, pizza, pasta etc), other dishes were different. You could request the chefs at the cooking station to cook you what was on offer (other than the main dishes). The deserts changed daily as well. The restaurant was clean and the food areas also clean which gave confidence to the quality. Breakfast - any requirement was catered for.....cooked, continental - again, you could request something be cooked ie an omelette if that's what you wanted. The pool bar served snacks/sandwiches which were freshly made to order and lovely. Given the type of guests normally catered for, there were events on every night from music, Flamenco, sherry tastings etc - very well received. From the gateway to the beach - which was clean and again child free, there is a beach bar and sun loungers to hire. It's "dangerous" as you can just give them your room card to charge items to......easy and no problem whch means you don't have to carry any cash with you - this method swipe also included the beach bar. The room was large and comfortable - beach view with a balcony.

Wonderful beach with bar and pool. Nice bar with evening entertainment. Excellent buffet with fresh cooked options. Service is great.

Tip: bit more parking space would be nice and more sunbeds. They were all gone at 9 in the morning.

The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a LOT of expensive 5 star hotels! It is beautiful. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much for them. The food outstanding. Great location! The beach was breathtaking and the staff behind the little bar there were also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Location, staff and room & hotel was super clean. The bed was bigger than usual and loved it!!

When booking half board, I wasn't notified lunch wasn't included as we usually get half board and have breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner. Wasn't able to swap nor did we get a discounted price on the whole stay.
