This is the best place to stay if you are coming to Ciutadella. 🤩 Staff are amazing, I cant thank them enough for how kind and helpful they were throughout our stay. Toni and Irene always made sure we felt like home, and gave us amazing advices were to go to explore the island. There is free parking around the hotel and they also have a pool. Breakfast is the best I have had so far. Doesn´t have hot options, but, who wants hot options in summer? 😉 They offer you local products for breakfast including Mahon cheese, sobrasada and ensaimadas, apart from others. There is an exit on the back of the hotel to access to the cala 😊 If you have the chance to book in this hotel, you will not regret at all! From the moment i arrived at this quirky hotel i knew i had booked the right place. It was very clean, had everything one would need like a small bar at reception, nice breakfast area, lots of outdoor seating, and it is right next to a beautiful cove or clear blue water. The hotel hosts and staff were great from day one and even addressed me by my name every day when they said good morning at breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned and clean and breakfast was only 5 euros which was great value for money.

I would just say that the bathroom in my room was a little small, as a solo traveller on this trip it was OK for me but a couple might struggle with the size.

It is a litle gem, would definitely stay there again. Nice little hotel on two sites next to each other with lovely views of the cove. It's about a 10 minute walk into Ciutadella old town, there is a delicatessen /patisserie and a supermarket nearby. The urban beach is about a minutes walk away and a there is a small pool if you dont want to swim in the sea. Very clean room, with a small bathroom and enough toiletries for a short stay. Easy parking. The continental breakfast was really good, a good choice of fresh food and good value at €5 euros each. Very clean, attentive staff who made sure everything was topped up and you weren't waiting for anything. All the staff we met were lovely. Good check out time (12 o'clock). The fridge in the room was really useful.

A couple of minor points - The urn for the hot water could have been set hotter because it was only set on 2/3 andvyou cannot brew a proper cup of tea at that temperature - it needs boillng water. A kettle and cups in the room would be great as we were awake a few hours before breakfast.

It is located a walkable distance from the city. The restaurant sits above the public swimming area, Although I imagine that it's only used by locals for swimming. Because the body of water is protected it makes the water very still and clear with beautiful color, which makes for an exceptional view. Our room was in a separate building but still had a lovely view of the water and out to sea. The breakfast was delicious, varied and fun. The hotel manager takes pride in welcoming all guests on arrival and orientating them with facilities of this small hotel and excellent hotel. Overall excellent value for money, especially considering the general price in Menorca.

Location is incredible, beautiful view over the sea. You can watch the beautiful sunset at the hotel terrace or even your own room every single day. Staff incredibly kind and available to help in everything. Very good price-quality.

The only thing that’s not perfect in this hotel is the fact that you can hear everything inside the room. So if you want to sleep a bit more it’s literally impossible. But this is no reason for not deserving a 10 ! I absolutely loved the place.

The hotel is simple but clean. The highlight for me was the access to the water, which was really nice. There was also the possibility of buying drinks at the hotel. Breakfast did not have a lot of variety, but it was great for the value. The coffee was very good. I would stay there again.

Wifi doesn't work in the rooms. I asked for sea view, but got only street view. To be fair, it was possible to see the sea when standing directly at the window and looking at the corner.

Location is perfect, close to everything by foot. Amazing view from breakfast terrace. Sandy beach is just a few steps away, or you use ladders to swim in the sea, very convenient. The hotel facilities are far beyond 2-star: I had balcony, refrigerator, TV, free safe, air condition and there is an impeccably clear swimming pool too. Breakfast choice is very good. Receptionists are always available, I felt like in a family hotel, I received unique care, all my question was answered. This a very friendly, nice hotel for adults and solo travellers. I would definitely return, this was the best accommodation among the others where I stayed in Menorca.

Personnelle were very kind and always ready to assist or inform. I needed an early start and they arranged that I take breakfast a little earlier. Si close to the port. And parking was easy( though maybe in high season otherwise). They do not serve food but one is quite welcome to eat takeaway on their wonderful terrace. Generally very accommodating. The hotel could not be cleaner.. it sparkles!

The breakfast was perfect for us - a wide and generous choice of cereal, fruit, breads, etc. The proprietors and staff were constantly available and invariably helpful. Rooms and public areas were simple, clean and functional. Everything for a short break made for the comfort of the guests. Nearby is a gorgeous seaside walk into the centre of Ciutadella.

The hotel was a little difficult to find for people arriving by bus, and directions to the location would have been helpful. But, once there, we had no problems.

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff were the nicest people, the breakfast was delicous, the room spacious, clean and relaxing. The view from the breakfast is a dream and you even have a private and calm accessible beach (not a sand beach) that is calm with clear water. As a solo traveler I felt safe and really well surrounded by the caring staff.
