Street noise, as each room faces the main thoroughfare and the hassle in finding available parking close to the hotel. Watch out for the meter hours— some months you can park free from 8 PM to 8 AM and then sometimes from 9 PM to 9 AM. If you get a ticket, it’s €80 reduced to €40 if you go in person to pay on time to the office upstairs by the town Square.

The room was furnished with all the necessary items, the cleaning lady cleaned it everyday. The location was perfect, in the center and with a parking 3 minutes walking from there. Even the breakfast was really good

all features were perfect. very intimate and clean. Cute room and very comfy bed. breakfast was delicious and copious. very good croissants. Window cut all the (little) noises from the street. I had a room on second floor. cleaning service very good. products in room (shampoo and cream) were included and smell so good. I would go again, and definitely share my very good experience.

Perfect stay, the hotel is well located and the room is very clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast worths the price included in the room’s cost : tasty and good quality, with fresh orange juice. Their croissants are like those in France. Warm welcome of the owners who took time to give me some tips.

The room #1 is on the ground floor, you can not open the blinds without being seen. However it was okay for me, I just slept in the room and spent most of my time outside. It is convenient when you have (heavy) luggage.

The property was in a great location in central Ciutadella. The aesthetic of the hotel was modern yet distinctly Menorcan. The room had some lovely features and was simple and clean.

Great location, can walk everywhere and cuitadella is pretty and full of nice restaurants, very nice breakfast and staff. Adored the bathroom design and colour palette, and overall design of the hotel and rooms.

Wi-Fi didn’t work, but not end of the world

Stunning hotel in such a great location. The staff were so friendly and the rooms were beautifully decorated. We ate at the restaurant which was also lovely. Highly recommend.

perfect location. staff was kind and nice. rooms are well decorated, clean and new. charming and quiet place. fantastic breakfast. bonus: probably the best restaurant of the island is within the hotel!!!

it would have been great to be welcomed by someone instead of a message with the codes. a fan in the room would be top (air conditioned was working very well but some people prefer the fan)

The location, decor, amenities

I couldn't breathe at night... And it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open. No coffee making facility. In the morning there was some banging / probably construction work which woke us up.

Everything! Location is great, lovely HUGE rooms and bathroom, and incredibly comfy beds. Our room was spotless, the towels were huge and fluffy and the body wash etc., was beautiful. The hotel is above its own Michelin recognised (Bib Gourmand) restaurant which unfortunately we didn’t have time to try, but looked and smelled divine! We are already looking for an excuse to return before the end of the summer.
