The Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and variety every day. The personnel ar the restaurant was very friendly and helpful for any need you might have.

The paved space around the swimming pools is too small considering that the sun loungers are positioned there, so when someone needs to pass there is always a difficulty. The signs for not smoking and the enforcement to those clients to still do it in the areas such as the swimming pool where other people are, including children, is not present or strictly applied. It is very unpleasant to breath the cigar smoke when you are not smoker, then you need to refrain yourself to use the hotel facilities do to that. First it is in the regulations of the hotel and second is just common sense of respect of others.

The staff made it feel like home. Where ever you went in the hotel you were met with happy faces. The bathroom was fabulousy spacious and the cleaners were spot on with the cleanliness. I would also like to add that the Mangeress of reception was attentive and always supportive. The reception staff were superbly professional, attentive and friendly as well. I have stayed 4 times over 3 years and have had the opportunity to compare other hotels in the area as have stayed at Lagos and sister boutique hotel and they do not have the magic of Grupotel Tamariscos. The Omlette lady was wonderful and absolutely lovely..... beaming smiles. Room C214 is a great room with gorgeous views and captures the sun in the afternoon.

The Manager of the Breakfast area can be a bit surely. I think because he runs a strict ship and expects staff and hotel guest to adhere. If he feels any guest has inadvertently broken the breakfast has closed rules (10.45am) he might want to advise with a 😃 smile. Otherwise, I think he is brilliant at his job and a credit to the hotel. I'll also add that he works so hard as do the staff who looks upto him.

The hotel commands a prime position on the headland, overlooking the sea, the beach on one side. Layout of the hotel means there is very little noise from other rooms and the views from rooms / balconies are superb. The buffet breakfast provides a vast choice to suit all tastes.

The hotel is showing wear and tear in some public areas and in our room poor maintenance of the showerhead had lead to damp stains and a soaking wet floor at each use. In the evenings very few chose to use the bar/restaurant because it has all the charm of an aircraft hangar. It needs little imagination and planning to make the facility attractive and encourage people to stay at the hotel rather than go out (although the range of bars and restaurants close by is a big temptation).

Position of the property is just pure gold. Right on the cliff next to the sea, with a stunning view. This is how you wake up every morning and for me this is already perfect. Then position of their restaurant is again next to the sea so you have really relaxing and magnificent view over the sea and cliffs. Definitely best location across all hotels here. Room was super big, it’s more apartment. So I found it super useful, spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed big balcony and view on the sea. Breakfast was definitely diverse enough that I could really enjoy it every morning. And lastly the staff! What an amazing group of people. Everyone from room service, front desk, restaurant staff and hotel manager were so kind and helpful. Amazing attitude which made the stay super comfortable and pleasant. I can see some people commenting property is old. Well yes property is not new but there’s a big difference between hotel being old and broken vs old in excellent condition. I found condition of the hotel very good, you can see it was built with great materials and i feel being older just gives the hotel more charm. Think of it same as wine. So overall I extended my stay here and would definitely bring my family here next time.

Best location in Cala'n Boch, close by the sandy beach, the harbour with array of good restaurants, the bus stop, the supermarkets, everyting few steps away. Excellent breakfast, clean swimming pools and decent room.

My room was few steps away from the sandy beach and it was facing the Globales Hotel which runs music events till 23:30, therefore I couldn't sleep. Other rooms, placed at the back of the hotel are quieter

We absolutely loved our stay and we'll be back for sure :) the location is amazing, especially the pools with views on the sea and beach, and the staff is very professional and welcoming. A special thanks to Espe, Paqui, Caro and Solange.

We loved our stay but would have preferred a real double bed and not 2 singles, but we understand this is pretty standard in Spain. Also we found that quite a few sunbeds were broken. Finally, some enforcement against "reserving" sunbeds with towels would be beneficial.

The beach was close by, and clean. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the marina, and bus stop. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were very clean.

The room (C003) located on the ground floor, did smell rather musty/damp. The balcony was very open, with no privacy. Other guests would pull up their sun loungers right up to our balcony. I did expect more items in the kitchen area, such as washing liquid, washing up brush, teatowel.

The hotel is located by the sea, we had an amazing view of the sea, the lighthouse, and the pool. Every morning buffet breakfast - the assortment was quite varied and had a lot of delicious food. The room is spacious with a terrace. Large bathroom. Enough storage space. Cleaning is carried out regularly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pools are clean and there is depth for both children and adults. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

The rooms are old and needed of being renovated. The bathroom has a sewer smell. Not enough kitchen utensils, as well as dishwashing detergent (sponge and detergent). Since we had 2 single beds, we combined them into one, but they constantly moved apart, as they are on wheels.

The location and the very friendly staff. We were very lucky to have a room in front of the sea and in the ground floor with an exit to the swimming pool.

The room is a bit outdated. The doors of the wardrobe need a maintenance. There are not hangers in the bathroom and also you have to leave the shampoo and soap on the floor. There are no amenities , only liquid soap in the bathroom. There are no soap or towels in the kitchen. The first day they didn’t clean / tide the rooms, they said it is for environment purpose(?) . We had a huge thunderstorm and we had a blackout that lasted 12 hours . During this time we didn’t have water and the restaurant didn’t offer food which was very annoyed.

Brilliant views of the sea and the sunset from the lounges around the pool. For a 3 star hotel the views were better than the 4 and 5 star hotels in the area from what I could see. We stayed in a ground floor unit which was just lovely, beautiful views and direct access to the pool. The aircon worked really well to cool the room down and all cutlery and crockery provided for self catering. The breakfast was fantastic, there was a chef at the hot station for Omlettes and Eggs, there was a big assortment of pastries which changed each day and on occasion Sparkling Brut wine and smoked salmon in addition to a big selection of continental options. The staff were also friendly and great. There are beach towels for which a deposit of €10 was required at reception and we were even able to make use of free beach umbrellas which were available on a first come first serve basis.
