Lovely hotel, it's brand new I think. The staff were great and welcoming. The food is really good as well, we also went to the buffet across the street in the Gran sagitario and it was the best food we had on the island. It's hard to beat. It's less than a minute walk to the beach. There's wifi and free parking on site. We will be back again.

Nothing bad to say about it. Its a great hotel. With excellent staff.

Everything about the hotel is lovely: incredibly clean and well kept, lovely staff and great breakfasts. It's a half hour walk into Ciutadella but not unpleasant and there are busus at the end of the road. The breakfasts are lovely with a great range of cold choices and hot food made to order. Our only disappointment was the 'breakfast bag' we had on our departure morning was very boring after such a lovely choice in the dining room.

The facilities were high quality... the place was extremely clean and new. Our wait staff Enrique and Julius were awesome. The location was great, walking distance to 2 beaches. The hotel also organised us daily trips which allowed us to explore Menorca ... our room was a good size which looked out onto the pool area ..

It's a small adult only hotel so was quiet which was great. However this meant there was a limited choice at breakfast although everything provided was good and cooked food was done individually. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a kettle, mugs, glasses and sachets of tea and coffee available.

Having tea and coffee delivered by the cup didn't work well for us, pots are better. The choice of fruit each day was the same and, because it had been sliced and put in glasses, it meant it was difficult to have a small amount of each of the fruits available.

The petit sagitario exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival (late night check-in), we were greeted with cava and fresh water at the reception. Despite the small size, the hotel is very comfortable. The bed was large, the bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked fine during our stay. For breakfast, while there wasn't a huge buffet, the quality was outstanding. We enjoyed FRESH orange juice, fresh coffee, and a delicious a la carte menu with various hot dish options. Additionally, on our departure day, the hotel kindly stored our luggage.

While it may be acceptable for some people, my wife and I find the bathroom lacking doors to be somewhat uncomfortable.

A very peaceful hotel. Very new and very clean. It’s not a very big hotel which makes it really nice and quiet. All employees are incredibly nice and attentive, they make you feel very welcomed and taken care of. It’s also super nicely located with a beach right in front and Ciutadella 10 minutes away bar car. There is also a supermaket right next to the hotel which is convenient to buy things for the day.

The beach next to the hotel is nice but not as amazing as the photos make it look like. That said, it was never super packed and we were there in August so that was nice!

We arrived late on the day of our arrival but were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine and a very warm welcome . The room was spotlessly clean , the bed was extremely comfortable , the shower was superb , and the view was beautiful . The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of food and the waiters were very attentive . The pool and spa were fabulous

The hotel was spotless, all areas both the bedroom and public spaces were perfect. All the staff, without exception, were engaged, and friendly and it seemed like they were all happy to assist with whatever the question or the situation was. I was really impressed as quite often this is not the case.

There was really nothing that I can think of.

The hotel is gorgeous with a very nice terrace and pool side. We loved our room and really appreciated the buffet breakfast. The spa is very relaxing (you have to make a reservation in advance).

The wifi in our room was very unstable. We mentioned it to reception but unfortunately nothing came of it.

We booked in the Petit Sagitario but were moved to Gran Sagitario which is just across the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The furniture and appliances were new and everything worked. We stayed in a suite and had two balconies facing the pool and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, so it's perfect if you're staying with children. There is no door between the living room and bedroom. Spa was amazing. Everything seemed new and clean, there was a sauna and a steam room, a pool and sensation rooms. Sensation rooms had a cold water bucket and a lot of cool functions like contrast shower and scented mist. The main restaurant was outstanding. Food was very delicious and was served beautifully. Portions were small, so you can try more than one dish during the meal. Reception staff was very helpful and assisted with a few of our requests. The ground floor bar has live music in the evenings so that's a good way to spend some of your evenings. The surroundings were great as well. Sea is just a 5 minute walk away, supermarkets if you need some gear or clothes or food, restaurants, beaches, bars were all nearby. You can rent a bike and cycle around the area.

As we didn't have lunch booked, we had to find somewhere to eat. We tried the pool restaurant but it wasn't the same as the main restaurant and very underwhelming. The restaurant just beside the hotel seemed nice but the pizza we ordered wasn't to our liking. The best lunch for me was bought in Lidl but the pool restaurant wasn't bad and it's possible to make it work for lunches. I think the problem was that the main restaurant was exceptionally good and it was difficult to match the quality😇😇
