Beautiful hotel with big territory, ponds and gardens, really good place to escape and have vacation. Staff amazingly nice and helpful, always smiling. Rooms good size, newly equipped, with terraces or balconies. Ask for building 4 or 5 if you not gonna party in Hotels bars and need silence to sleep. Buffet had good choice, everyday changing selection of freshly grilled meat, fish, had pizza, nachos days. Very smart solution - they assign you the same table for all staying time, so you don't have to look for it every night with plates in hands. Lunch restaurant (extra) had surprisingly good food too- I tried tuna tar tar, so it was much more better and cheaper than the one in the city. So easily can suggest to have lunch there too. Really quality time there. And its close to the beautiful beaches, Es Trenc- must go for a day, don't stuck by the pool. Crystal water and white sandy beach - amazing.

If it is possible not to like - so its guests. Drunk brits all day at the bar, not moving. People who put towels on the pool chairs and not coming half day. People, who stays whole week, and cannot learn at least one word in spanish to thank the hard working staff- Gracias! Its easy, you, lazy germans :( There is no respect for the country they came, and somehow they think, that everyone should speak german... And these weekends party at loby bar with tastless live music till 3 at night... Does really that kind of hotel needs this cheep entertaining for some drunk beer drinkers? But hotel is so big and has many other nice things, that you dont meet those people, if you dont like :)

Great place for families. Really suggested. Our room was not so big, but all new, nice and clean and with wooden floor. The hotel is super! Garden is great and always in perfect shape, 1 baby pool great as in pictures, the playground is very big, i guess it’s nice in less hot months. 8 perfect tennis court and you can rent your staff to play there. Other 3 connected pools always clean. The buffet for breakfast is super! For dinner is also nice but we preferred to go out.. colonia st jordie center is 10-15min walking and is very nice with very good restaurants. For lunch there is a restaurant aside the pool with great food (but not cheap). Every night there from 9 to 10.30 (if i remmeber well) there is animation and shows (childrens will have a lot of fun)! The staff is also very nice.

Only negative thing: The elevator was broken for 2-3 days. Moreover the village is very big.. so you may need walk 5 minutes to go from our room to the breakfast area. But it’s ok.. as walking in that garden is very nice!

Very family friendly, fabulous buffet food where our coeliac managed to find a selection of food. Evening activities were highly amusing especially the band and dancing. The two pools offered lots of space to spread out but it was busy, there were pool side activities that were rather loud if you weren't taking part but everyone was having lots of fun. Booking of the tennis courts was easy. Next time I would take more sports kit as the gym was good. Rooms were very comfy with excellent aircon and fridge. Note hotel is not on the beech but by the salt lakes - frequent free bus runs to and fro the bus. We used our car to explore but you could walk to the supermarket. Very friendly staff who made our short stay a very happy one.

Our fridge wasn't very powerful compared to the one in our daughters room. Tennis courts need servicing as clay worn. Complimentary water should be included with dinner as charging for it was a little much.

Best hotel we stayed in Spain. It is a great resort, great facilities, lots of activities, good breakfast, rooms were confortable with very good balcony. Location was good as well if you have a car. It is a family hotel, but as a couple we also enjoyed a lot. Pools were huge, good bar service and the food at the bar was also good. There is an access to the beach and in this beach there is a restaurant complex which is very nice. Also a mini market right outside de hotel, very practical.

Parking was the only thing to improve. There is a private parking from the hotel which you have to pay, but you can park on the streets for free. There are parking spaces, but there isnt enough for the amount of guests, and as we usually got home late, we could only find spots very far. And when the hotel is full is difficult to find available sun chairs when you come late in the mornings.

Nice staff and accommodation. Lovely secure setting - great for families with small children. Has evening entertainment to occupy them. We didn’t have children with us but can fully appreciate the activities, security and safety aspects. All rooms appear newly refurbished. Great selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Huge variety. Reception staff were very helpful

Drain smell from shower drain in the bathroom, likely a plumbing set up issue. Our friends rooms didn’t have that problem. We told the reception staff but resolved the issue ourselves. Odd not to have normal drinking water for evening meals but then have sparkling wine available for breakfast. Having a kettle and cups would have upgraded the room facilities. No minibar as mentioned in the write up but it wasn’t an issue for us. Unusual to have to pay €5 a day for use of the room safe in a hotel of this calibre. All minor issues as overall stay was still very good.

As a result of a flight cancellation at Palma we booked an emergency last minute stay and didn’t arrive until 3:30 am after spending nearly 8 hrs queueing in the airport for Ryanair ‘assistance’ (ha ha - thoroughly useless!). Even at that time of the morning the staff were gracious and attentive and honestly couldn’t have done more (thanks Roxy & Juan)! They showed us to the restaurant for refreshments and snacks whilst they sorted our room and went out of their way to help. Absolutely fab staff and a lovely hotel. Can’t comment on the area etc as it was a flying visit but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them on the above basis.

The reception staff is very polite and suppotive, in solving issues focus on customer needs, The room was quiet and with a nice view to the garden with pool nearby. Fabulous breakfast and dinner with a large variety of food choices. Every evening with a different menu. In one morning we had a live piano show during breakfast and in one evening chapaign was served before dinner as compliment. Every day pool entertainment and evening shows,

Lovely hotel with everything you need for a lovely holiday with friendly, helpful staff. Food choices were acceptable for a weeks holiday. Pools were exceptional.

The method used for table allocation at dinner does not work, it is assuming people will always eat at the same time with the same group of people - this does not happen. Extremely rude restaurant manager embarrassed us by questioning our table when it was the table he had allocated to us!

Great location, good facilities, friendly staff, clean and well maintained. You choose a set mealtime and table for evening meal throughout your stay, there’s a 6pm or 8pm sitting. Huge variety of food in buffet breakfast and dinner. Small convenience store in front of hotel for extra snacks, drink and toiletries. Short walk to the beach

Variation on the buffet was great, but taste and quality was missing. Would gladly have sacrificed some of the variation for better quality and more local produce. It's a bit ironic to have the view of a salt lake and eating underseasoned food. That said, great value for money, so would also be happy to pay more for better food.
