The location is amazing! We went in mid October and must say it was great. Nice weather, and that amazing beach! The only thing to consider when going out of season would be to go with a car. The choice of restaurants isn't very big. It has only the hotel restaurant that's open for breakfast and dinner and a bar that prepares food up to 4:30pm. There is also a supermarket and the prices are normal everywhere. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are clean and the bedding was absolutely amazing. We were with a 4y old child who also loved the hotel complex and the beach ,so Ona Cala Pi is definitely a place where I would revisit.

The fact that there wasn't an open restaurant for the whole day. The block tables had a fantastic choice but I would prefer to eat out of the hours and have access to cook food at any time of the day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ona Cala Pi, and I must say it is a perfect place to spend a calm week with family, especially if you have three kids. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing us with a homely atmosphere during our stay. It was a pleasant surprise to find a washing machine and a full kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of Cala Pi beach from our room. Waking up to such a mesmerizing sight every morning was truly amazing and added to the overall charm of the place. The beauty of the beach was unparalleled, and we found ourselves spending a significant amount of time simply admiring the natural splendor. One of the best decisions we made during our stay was opting for the Half board option. It proved to be excellent value for money as the food served was rich in flavors and offered a delightful variety. Each meal was a culinary delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the diverse dishes. The restaurant staff were attentive and always ready to assist, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The resort also offered evening discos for kids, which kept our little ones entertained and allowed them to make new friends. Additionally, there were daily activities organized by the kids club, providing a fun-filled experience for our children. They had a great time participating in various games and events, making their stay memorable. To explore the beautiful island of Majorca, we decided to rent a car from Palma Airport. We chose Vanrell as our car rental service, and they provided an excellent experience. The short drive from the airport to Cala Pi was pleasant, and the car proved to be reliable throughout our trip. The only challenge we faced was parking, but we managed to find free spaces every time, so it didn't hinder our exploration of the island.

The breakfast area tended to be crowded, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to secure a table that could accommodate all of us comfortably. This situation was a bit inconvenient as we had to search for available seats or wait for others to finish their meals before we could find a place to sit together.

Great variety offered for breakfast. Great location for the small beach within a beautiful cove. Effective Air Con meant the apartment was a good retreat from the near 40 degree heat. Helpful staff. Very clean complex. Lovely gardens. Great view. Very handy corner shop.

A few aspects of the decor and furnishings in the apartment just needed freshening up. Coffee for breakfast was only from a machine, for which you regularly had to queue. Kitchen was very small and difficult to access / use - 1 person at a time. The swimming pool did not have enough sun loungers / shade - it was a competition each day to find one to use.

Amazing club with big spacious apartments with all the necessities for the family! Clean and comfortable rooms as well! The view is astonishing and the beach just beneath the hotel was very beautiful but a bit crowded! The restaurant with the all day available buffet was surprisingly good with variety of meals and desserts ! The outside area with the pools was very good as well ! Big congratulations to the entertainment team - they had so many games for the children and the adults; highly recommend the Aqua gym

Only negative for me was that there was no coffee machine at the swimming pool bar

Great location and the staff were really pleasant, helpful and friendly. That really makes a huge difference. The food is good and there was a couple of dishes during our stay which were incredible, one was a slow roasted beef and the other was a coconut chicken curry.

They have a real shortage of plates, bowls and spoons. Frequently during meal times they run out, it’s not a major problem as I never waited more than a minute to get what I needed but I felt it would run smoother if they have more of the mentioned items. They could also do with replacing some of the sunbeds.

The apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and a great shower. There was a bit of a view of the sea and a washing machine. The staff were very helpful and friendly and when we had a problem with a light it was sorted the same morning. It was easy to walk out into the countryside. The pools were fun. The breakfast buffet was generous and you could eat really healthily if you chose but temptation in the form of pastries usually got in the way!!

The apartment was a little tired and there was a shortage of equipment in the kitchen if you wanted to self-cater. The master bedroom had aircon but not the second bedroom. However things were outweighed by the pluses.

The apartments are simply worn, and although they have potential and are spacious, they really need a refresh. The sofas in the living room are dirty and old, needing replacement. The bathtub in the bathroom is scratched and has stains. Few things to improve and this will be an amazing place.

Nothing, unfortunately for us we were staying late in the season (end of October)so almost all the restaurants in the town were closed or closing down and the entertainment/ pool bar on site was closed already on arrival. It’s a shame because we think it was busy enough to keep going but that’s no fault of the hotel itself

Everything was absolutely amazing. The aparthotel we got was a very nice duplex, with a rooftop, and a balcony with views at the swimming pool. All the installations were clean. They had also a gym, although we couldn’t use it because of our short stay, but it seemed pretty complete! The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of variety, with many vegan options. The staff were super friendly and they made sure we enjoyed our stay. We really had an excellent experience!

They could add even more vegan options to the breakfast menu, but in general there is nothing to complain about because everything was great!
