The room was pretty large and the bed was bigger than we were expecting (it was very comfortable). The pool was closed for the season. It was in a lovely garden setting. The breakfast was very good; the buffet style offered both hot and cold dishes. As the weather was inclement, we after being out sightseeing, ate at the hotel restaurant on two nights; the food was good and the staff were very attentive. On our arrival, the young lady on reception who was called Voelentina, provided with a complete overview of the attractions of Cordoba; I have never experienced as good an introduction to a hotel and the local sights.

The hotel was almost three miles from the major sights; however the care provided by attentive staff and the overall comfort offered by the hotel more than made up for the distance from the city’s sights. The local bus service which runs every 20 minutes and takes no more than 12 minutes to reach the city centre ensured that the distance from the sights did not present a problem.

The gardens, the courtyard in the hotel, cafeteria, comfortable beds. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

No coffee machine in the room, shower head not fixed so we had to hold it. Hotel says a shuttle runs to the city but you have to take a bus outside the hotel, we were not told the names of the stops so we had to get help from the bus driver, good thing I can speak some spanish otherwise it would have been very difficult.

The location of the hotel, just outside Cordoba was very good (we had a car to drive to the city center). The pool area with garden and bar were a very nice place to relax after a day in the city. The breakfast was nice and everything was present with a lot of different items to choose from. Rooms were quiet and spacious and the staff very friendly and helpfull! A lot of parking space is present in the private hotel carpark.

The airco in the room was just able to keep up during these hot summer days (36-41°C). The breakfast was very crowded from time to time and the breakfast space was not a so pleasant to sit in. In general, the hotel felt a bit outdated in a few areas and is in need of a proper upgrade of the rooms, pool, ... to keep everything up to standard (we booked a standard double room).

We spent one day at this place during an extremely hot day in Cordoba. it was way above 40 degres that day. After visiting the Cathedral-Mosque and the centrum, we headed straight to the hotel pool, which was great and so welcoming. Value and satisfaction depends on price, and since it is the summer we had a very good price. Service was there when we needed them, check in/out was fast and without issue. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Room was clean and shower was hot. Kids loved the pool, the room was quite big for 4 people, we slept very well. The place is quite big, and the outside area is beautiful. Location is ok, it's better to have a car as it is 15 minutes from the centre of town. There are a few restaurants a few minutes by car and you can find street parking easily, at least in low season :) . I don't think I would have chosen this hotel if we went in winter time, the location makes it harder / less practical to come back in town for the night. but in extreme heat, the big pool enabled us to cool down. I have to say that with kids, the extra space in the room and the size of the place was appreciated. I would come back again.

We booked a suite for one night. They accepted our little dog for a fee. Our room was clean and tidy and of generous proportions, our lady Reyes does a great job. It has several beds so it was more a family room than a suite. We were treated very nicely and generously. At night we had dinner and as our little dog was too hot (so was I) they were very understanding and served our dinner on the grass area, were smokers supose to go. The food was delicious, we had the tuna and solomillo, highly recommended.  The hotel is set in a green area nicely manicured. With free parking.

The elevators are a bit old and small. The suite was not quiet as it has extra 2 bed instead of a lounge area.

Telling me cab fare into centre was 20 euros , when it was 10 …Because trapped by the weather , there was nothing to do in hotel .No bar , no service outside of meal hours ..Getting a drink, coffee out of hours seemed a problem. .Thats bad biz for them when they have a captive audience .If you can’t afford the staff , put a coffee machine in .. ??

We enjoyed our short stay at Crisol Jardines. The hotel presents a nice approach. The staff are very good and helpful and the facilities are also very good. We only stayed one night so only used the restaurant where we had an enjoyable meal.

There's not much to dislike. It's out of the city but we knew that when booking and the No. 10 bus runs regularly into the centre. If anything maybe the restaurant menu could be a bit more extensive but that's possibly my own taste in food guiding that comment.

The property is allocated at topical quality residential part or Cordoba , it’s ideally for traveller with a car, would enjoy a plenty of relaxation as it’s away from the noise of city :)

It’s just something can be sorted out by the ownership, the bathroom it gives a smell of heavy used which is normal at most of hotels need a constant maintenance I suppose !

Lovely big room. Very welcoming feeling. Linen and beds high quality. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Very spacious. Lovely pool. Plenty of parking in the shade. Great breakfast!

The restaurant was poor! Such a shame to be in a beautiful place and find that the food at dinner was below the standard of everything else. There was a lot of noise on our second evening/night.

pools opening hours. very uncomfortable when with children, we arrived first at 20:00 where the pool was closed and the opening hour is 12:00 after check out, when you have kids very unpractical as we choose the hotel because of the pool but at the end couldn’t use it.
