This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic service and a tasty breakfast. The room was spacious and very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (essential in August!) and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the valet parking service as parking and driving into the heart of Andalusian cities can be a challenge! A great location, just a short 10 minute walk to major squares with plenty of choices for food and only a 15-20 minute stroll the the Mezquita-Cathedral. The location also benefits from being very accessible by car considering it’s proximity to the city centre - a real bonus!

The room is spacious, bright, and clean, and, despite a few minor details like a loose towel hanger, it was generally comfortable. The location is very convenient, being close to both the train station and downtown area. The front desk, as well as bar staff, is really attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great, and any hotel that serves smoked salmon in the buffet has my heart. Finally, the spa was in general good value for money.

Only minor cons: the forementioned loose hangers, the absence of enough non-decaf coffee capsules in the room, and a hazardous finish on the shower door at the spa that could potentially cut someone's foot.

well positioned north of the town center all the staff was very kind, they offered excellent restaurant suggestions the decoration is a nice mix of the old and new, calming, specially the very luminous courtyard the room had its litlle seating area separate from the sleeping area great all-dark curtains so the sun light will never wake you up very calm, specially if your room overlooks the courtyard (we visited during a busy party time in the town but could hear nothing from our bedroom) very clean

the spa area is lovely to have but a little small and lacking proper lying down area due to probably a translation error I did not get the treatment i expected - the lady was very kind but spoke only Spanish

The lady at reception (think her name was Rosa?) who helped move us to a better room was fantastic - friendly and helpful. This room was super comfortable, clean and big - would definitely recommend.

The room we were initially put in was downstairs - literally opposite the reception. The only window/door that could be opened looked onto the reception courtyard - felt like we were underground. No fresh air and noisy with the reception about 3 meters away. We requested a change. Be sure to specifically request NOT the bottom boxy room.

Great hotel, located at the northern edge of Córdoba's old quarter, but at walking distance to all the many cultural attractions of the city. Large, quiet bedrooms, designed around a Cordoban-styled inner patio, comfortable beds, and extremely helpful staff.

Parking is available on-site, but it is small (low capacity); if you're out-of-luck, you have to park your car in a very large, yet safe public parking venue at about 12-15 minutes walking distance where the staff will kindly point you to go. Under the summer sun, it can become a real scorching walk.

Location staff and cleanlines were all first class. Loved coffee machine in room for an early morning drink. Didn't use the spa but great having the facility. Good having a bar/coffee shop within hotel which a lot of locals used, always a good sign.

No dislikes only comments great mini bar well stocked, but without any prices. Our bathroom could do with a paint as the walls were pretty marked. Loved the cosmetics but would have liked body lotion which is normally supplied in this star of hotel.

The location was ideal, about 15 minutes stroll to the Mesquita and so within easy reach of the restaurants, bars, shops, museums and everything else we were there for. The twin beds pushed together made for a very large double, very comfortable, the aircon was excellent, the shower cubicle large and had a wide door rather than a clingy curtain, also a wide shower head and a handheld one, both just powerful enough, and with plenty of hot water. Everything was clean. Above all, the staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The bin lorry emptying the street bins right outside the window at 2am one morning. Fortunately we have a white-noise machine which made it not so disturbing. Apart from that we loved it.

room, facilities, hotel staff: all according to listing and expectations. A very charming hotel, with spacious rooms and 24h desk services; little sauna that you can reserve for private use; towels, beddings, bath robes of nice quality, etc.

The windows of the rooms give onto the inner courtyard of the hotel, which resonates quite a bit, so even a quiet discussion at the reception creates an echo all around. With windows closed, the soundproofing is quite good, however if one wants some air, there is this mini discomfort that comes with it.

Room was good when we moved to first floor. Breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were nice, especially the lady in the little cafe which was good for snacks and drinks.

Our first room on ground floor opened internally to the lobby and didn't have any light. It was horrible and claustrophobic. But they moved us straight away to a nice room on first floor with a little balcony.

Hotel is in the real Old Town city centre of Cordoba, so it is a little bit complicated to get to the hotel as there are a lot of one way streets. On the other hand, you are in a walking distance to everywhere in the old town :-) Hotel is in the beautiful building with typical for Cordoba patio :-) Breakfast was serving in the -1. level with very strong air-conditioning, however you have a choice to take breakfast in the hotel bar... As we booked the room on the last moment, we have got a wheelchair accessible room with really spacious bathroom, however, cleanliness should be a little bit improved. All in all, it was fine hotel for 2-nights stay.
