On arrival the first impression was not good but once inside the foyer it was delightful with several enclosed courtyards with an array of plants. Room basic but comfortable bed Car park was bit tight especially if you have a large car. Plenty of restaurants & bars within walking distance. Hotel does not have a restaurant or bar & the room did not have tea/coffee making facilities. Would stay here again.

Parking, only because we have large BMW so it was a bit tight getting into car park.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the main sights and restaurants. Room was clean.

There is a parking garage but to my surprise it cost $13 to park my car for the 24 hours I was there. When booking, I thought parking was included in the price of the room. The access to the parking garage was quite difficult because very tight and same for the parking spot. It required quite a bit of maneuvering and frustration. Another thing was that I needed to use a kettle and I could borrow one, but only for the time I was using it. Then I had to return it at the front desk and ask again every time I wanted to use it. That had to happen 3 times. I would have appreciated being able to keep it in my room for the 24 hours I was there.

I liked the location near the Old City and the monuments; the local restaurants; and the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff, especially to women travelling alone. Also, when I arrived at the train station, the taxi driver knew the location of this Hotel. That was a good sign. I also liked a nearby cafe that is frequented by locals. I preferred it over the tourist restaurants.

On one occasion, I was given wrong directions in English by a non-native speaker. I was told to go "left," but they meant to say to "my left" (which is my right, when facing them). This happened to me two more times during my travels in Andalusia Spain. (I can't help paying attention to this because I teach English as a foreign language.)

This is inexpensive accommodation in the centre of what we wanted to see and do. There was ample parking (though a little tricky to get into) but therefore *everything* was withing easy walking distance. The hotel was exceptional given that it is inexpensive accommodation. The staff went well above and beyond. The rooms and common spaces were clean and tidy. The facility and comfort were well above what you would expect from inexpensive accommodation. There was even a grocery store right around the corner for us to enjoy snacks and drinks in the atrium.

A large old building with with bags of character, Hotel Maestro has good sized rooms around a massive open inner courtyard and is a few minutes walk from the river and five to ten minutes walk from the cathedral and it's historic, surrounding, area. A great bonus for an English speaking traveller, would be the English news programmes. Worth booking in there just to catch up.

The bed wasn't perfect, but OK - if I were struggling to find fault. I can't complain about the crowds, I chose to travel during the Spanish holidays but getting up before everyone else solves the problem. Then Cordoba can be seen in the Amber and changing early light.

Central location, well managed to a very reasonable price. Lovely reception.

Parking in their garage is terrible, DONT do it, we scratched our car because everything is way too small. Just take the public parking a hundred metres ahead instead.

Hotel was very stylish with ceramic and artworks on the walls and a lovely patio, much nicer than you might expect from its 1-star grading. There was a lift and ensuite bathroom. Our room was cleaned every day. The location was fantastic - 5 minutes walk from the Mezquita with loads of great restaurants round the corner in the lovely Plaza del Potro.

We were there in April so did not really need it, but we thought he air conditioning might not be up to summer temperatures.

This hotel was a nice surprise, better than expected. Central location, a few minutes walk from the Roman Bridge, the many restaurants and most importantly, the Patios. My room was exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean, pleasantly spacious for the category. Even though overlooking to the street, I couldn't hear any noise thanks to the sound proof window. If I visited Cordoba once more, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Super location in the historic quarter, in a hotel whose 1960s Spanish style might seem dated for some, but we loved all the white marble and cool courtyard. And it is spotless.

Only problem was at weekends Cordoba is a stag and hen night party town and the noise is LOUD! so do ask the hotel for an internal courtyard facing room otherwise expect a broken night sleep into the early hours of the morning ( 4am)!
