We loved the layout of the hotel, it was very clean and in a great location. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was fab. Dolores who worked in the breakfast room was lovely, she was very nice and kind to our two year old daughter. The staff at reception were also very nice and helpful.

There was a long wait at reception at times and it was also very difficult to get food or a drink at the bar. There was hardly ever anyone there serving. When we first arrived in the afternoon, we were very hungry after a long bus journey from Granada but the man at the bar, when we eventually got him, dismissed us and said they were closed and there was no food available eventhough we saw other people eating there. That was disappointing.

Location was difficult, in some back alleyway, we caught a taxi from train station otherwise would have found it really difficult to find in the dark on an evening. Reception entrance was lovely and spacious. Swimming pool was fab but freezing at 10.30am in the morning when it opened as the water hadnt warmed up (outside non heated pool). Extra pool towels were given at reception. Complimemtary cold drinks in the fridge were appeciated. Room was spacious. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and lovely.

No complimentary hot drinks facility in room. The differing floors/lifts to pool and breakfast room needed remembering. Our room was right next to the lifts and we could hear the noise from them most of the night.

A really nice hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and attractive reception areas. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast is great. It's about a 10 minutes walk into the heart of the old town and 20 mins to walk to the riverside, but there are bars and shops very close by. It's set in an attractive part of town with interesting, traditional buildings and local sights. Cordoba is a beautiful city full of amazing things to see - the Mesquita is incredibly interesting and historic; the Alkazar has gorgeous gardens; and the various different quarters all have their own stories to tell. It's smaller and quieter than Seville, and possibly a little more relaxed. Everything was easy to reach on foot. We took a couple of hours to relax by the hotel pool which was freezing but still nice to have some down time. There is parking at the hotel, but we thought it was a bit pricey and opted for one of the city parking lots where we got a better deal (once we managed to find it - driving in Cordoba is an adventure!).

Fantastic, friendly staff - Carmen was exceptional in welcoming us despite our early arrival and she showed us how to get to the old town and the main sites. Despite some reviews stating parking was an issue, we found it easy compared to some other places we'd stayed on our road-trip and the parking entrance is right next to the hotel entrance. Quirky hotel with lovely pool terrace to cool off in the 30 degree heat. Very comfy beds, air-con and fridge in room. 15 min walk to Cathedral and main sites.

No kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room but seems to be the norm in Andalucia

Location is great, reception is huge and clean. Swimming pool was great to have in 40+ degree heat. Rooms are massive and beds were comfortable. No issue with hotel at all.

Security is a huge concern. We came back to the hotel to get a few things while out at lunchtime, and some cleaners were in our room. They let us in to get our stuff. No checks on who we were, we could have been anyone, they just let us in to our room, and take stuff out of it. This is a huge security concern, as while your room is being cleaned, they will just let anyone in to take your stuff.

Nice, stylish and calm hotel not too far from the city centre. Swimming pool available. Good beds.

No free welcome-water in the room (all the other 4 star hotels have it). The water (like the other drinks only available in the fridge) needed to be paid. Garage system not well functioning, ticket blocked at exit. Furthermore, after validating the ticket for the exit, you have only 15 minutes to get out, which complicates things when a big crowd is checking out. The time table for the swimming pool is a bit restricted.

The pool, quiet AC, nice front desk staff who gave us a room with a better view. We were allowed to leave the car in the parking garage even after check-out at no additional cost. The Cordoba Cathedral is around 15 Minutes walk away.

Rooms, elevators and overall appearance seem to need renovation. Breakfast was okay but could have more variety. Wi-Fi was often very slow. The pool area could have more sunbeds. 22€/day for Parking in the very narrow garage feels quite expensive.

The reception staff were very friendly and informative. The room was a very good size and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions. Because of the weather for our overnight stay we didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the area looked lovely. Good access to the underground parking.

We may have been unfortunate that our arrival coincided with the arrival of 2 mini buses full of guests. This led to us waiting 35 mins to check in as there were only 2 members of staff on duty.

The breakfast was really nice but as a vegan it would have been useful for vegan items to be highlighted as such. Also a vegan butter alternative would have been good. The rooms were great but one thing I would criticise is the lack of drawer space. Maybe change the bedside tables to bedside drawer units.

We didn't like the pigeons and felt that the hotel could do more during the day to keep the pool area clean.

It was well situated good facilities clean tidy and the Parking underneath was excellent

I understand we couldn’t use the pool but it was such a lovely hot sunny time for November. It was a shame we couldn’t get out to sit round the pool, one small comment getting a drink at the bar was a little difficult because they sometimes didn’t seem to be any staff there, but when they were there, they were lovely
