Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Food selection wide and although a buffet, temperatures were well monitored. Everything we tried was more than satisfactory.

The VERY loud daytime entertainment which seemed to be attended by about 12 people, but was so loud it impacted on the experience of everyone else.....sadly it meant that we were glad to leave - when everything else was perfect.

We had an exceptional room, connected directly to the pool. Food was great. Especially dinner, where we could choose from variety of different meals. There was a cook who prepared freshly pasta. Because we booked via booking, we received gratis access to the infinity pool once. Stuff was extremelly helpful and nice. The room was huge.

It hasnt been cleaned daily and somehow I got the feeling that the cleaning stuff was new or changed recently, because the previous comments on the booking were great, but not our experience. Floor was never mopped during our stay, which was a pitty since everything was great, so as the cleanliness outside of our room.

Breakfast was ok, typical of hotel. Abundant but not so delicious. However, it is overcharged compared to other restaurants in the zone. Pool was very nice, however the nice rooftop pull and the warm pool are restricted access. So be aware of that. My wife and I chose the hotel because of the extra facilities (rooftop pool, spa and gym) but to our surprise all of these were not allowed for our package (not premium)... which was very frustraring because we had similar hotel as alternative but decided for this one because of these 'advantages'. The hotel is very new and well-maintained.

I did not like the fact that they segregate the guests and restrict access to their most atractive facilities (roof top pool, gym, hot water pools).

Lovely hotel, great staff, great food on all inclusive (although you do get a little fed up at times, we went out to eat 4 times just to break it up.) the all inclusive buffet was fab though best I've experienced.

Shouldn't allow people to reserve beds (one couple put their towels on two sunbeds which had the only remaining parasol. They then went out for the day and never returned and they never came and sat at the pool for the whole day or at all (meanwhile there was a young family looking to shade their young baby with no parasol available) The hotel should have signs saying DO NOT RESERVE BEDS we went in March dread to think what peak season will be like :(

This hotel was absolutely amazing, it was better than expected! We were in the suites overlooking the pool and the view was spectacular. The food and cocktails were great, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The staff were lovely and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, it was really close to the town centre, especially when using the electric scooters. The pools, and spa areas were great. Me and my partner will definitely be returning! Thank you for an amazing holiday and experience x

Friendly and supportive staff, good cocktails and bar service, nice and big rooms, sufficiently good SPA (but if not included in your stay it's a bit expensive), breakfast full of alternatives, 15' walking distance from Corralejo center, some electric kick-scooters available in front of the hotel

Cold swimming pool water, better wines at the restaurant would be appreciated, some guided tours not so much convenient, pool table to be renovated, in the rooms your toilette will be separated from the shower; a piano at the entrance could be nice!

We got the all-inclusive which included infinity pool access, food and drink which was definitely worth it! • Great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner • The staff were very friendly and accommodating • The hotel was very modern and the layout is very accessible for everyone’s needs • Spacious rooms and comfortable beds

Not much negative to say to be honest… • Distance to town is approx 15-20 min walk • Floor in room seemed quite dusty • Wishing there was more atmosphere/music in the infinity pool/bar area

Stayed in Junior Suite which was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and always helping you. Very modern and new furniture. The swimming at the roof is amazing and the gym and spa is great, you can only access one day (unless you book all included).

Wifi was not working properly in my room. You have only one free pass for the gym and spa. You’d need to pay after that (unless you book with all inclusive)

The property was exceptionally clean and a great understanding of Covid regulations a few adjustments needed to lack of clearing tables in restaurant a better system for sunbeds being reserved by guests needs to be addressed not enough sunbeds per number of guests some guests reserving up to eight sunbeds each day and not appearing till after lunch towels should be removed after a duration of time if not being used
