We picked this hotel for the beach location and the views, We paid for a sea view balcony which was good as we so the sun go down as we chilled and in the morning witnessed the sun ended while having breakfast, the hotel is not 5 star, it is clean and gas all the facilities for a short stay, the staff were very polite and welcoming, at the time we visited the restaurant was closed for a week, we ate at the near Indian restaurant which was ok,

There was no complaints about the hotel, it was a shame the hotel restaurant was closed but it is not a complaint, they were on a well deserved break,

The property was situated in an excellent beachfront position, very clean, friendly and well presented. The staff were exceptional, I sustained an attack by my ex partner there and Jose helped me enormously by calming me down and calling the police and emotionally along with his staff, making sure I was alright and generally making me feel safe. The staff felt like friends, even before the incident. I was later moved to a beautiful room with an exceptional view in their nearby larger sister hotel which was tremendous too. I will always, always recommend this hotel to people.

There was nothing I dislike about the hotel

Our room was immaculate with very comfortable beds. We didn't have breakfast and there wasn't a pool. We had the most amazing view from our balcony looking straight out to the beach which was a very short distance away. The staff were all very friendly.

The paintwork on the balcony was peeling and flaky and could do with smartening up, but it did not cause us a problem as we just loved the view.

Ocean views of beautiful sunrise, location right on the beachfront promenade, close to many restaurants. Spacious rooms; upper floor views best (rooms without balcony), or lower floor rooms with balcony. Friendly & helpful staff. Continental breakfast of coffee, croissant/toasted roll, and juice available for 4.50€ p.p., or a la carte breakfast menu. Restaurant open for lunch/dinner on weekends (off-season hours). Mercadona supermarket one block away with bakery and wide selection, or minimart next to hotel. 10 minute walk from Alicante tram.

Would have appreciated fresh juice being offered at breakfast.

Spanish breakfast with tomato is a treat and the freshly squeezed oranges at a reasonable price, The views from the front balcony and privacy whilst sunbathing there. Great to have our own salad on the balcony. Lunchtime restaurant meals very good. The owner went out of his way to purchase a scale to check out suitcase weight.

Not able to eat in the restaurant in the evening.

We thought the property was great. The room was just right,beds very comfy and lovely bedding. Bathroom and shower good. Everything was spotlessly clean. All the staff very helpful and pleasant we will definitely be back.

Restaurant area quite dark and not very inviting. Plastic table cloths are not a good look.

Walter was kind and very helpful as were the rest of the staff. Good authentic food served in the restaurant below. I loved the location as close to everything .I had a room with sea view at nighttime you can hear the waves and in the morning see a beautiful sunrise. Lovely place Highly recommended .Will be staying again Very good valuefor money.

Friendly welcome. We were allowed in our room early as it was ready. Easy check in and check out. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Nice suitable bathroom. Lift to rooms. Drive in car parking (extra charge). Will come back again soon for extra nights. Easy walk to tram stop. Walk out of the back door onto the beach. Great location next to lots of bars and restaurants along the beach.

I have stayed many times and given a 10 every time. To sum up. La Familia is superbly located, spotlessly clean, has a great restaurant and has outstanding staff who stop at nothing to look after your needs. I will be back soon for another relaxing stay in your excellent hotel in the wonderful El Campello.

There is nothing I can add that I dislike. It remains one of El Campello's best hotels.

The hotel was very clean, the room was good size and the bathroom spacious and modern. Right beside the beach. Requested kettle and it was there plus cups and a few teabags 👍

There is no foyer to relax in but not really a problem. The bathroom could be smelly at times, I think the drain is faulty?
