The view from our balcony to the golf course was lovely. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. Pool area was lovely with more views of the golf course. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It could do with more sun loungers around the pool. On two occasions we had to sit on the grass. The shower over our bath could do with updating as the button was hard to pull up and the tap was wobbling on the wall. Also a bit tatty on the ceilings and walls of the bathroom. However the shower still worked and gave a good powerful shower.

The staff were great, the food and drink was good value, and the beds were comfy.

The sun loungers around the pool were very uncomfortable, and there wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel. The bath taps were hanging off the wall, the patio door lock didn’t work and there was no handle outside. The whole place needs some TLC. The safe also didn’t work.

Nicely situated with pool and really nice palm garden. Hotel is spacious and well maintained but starting to get a bit outdated.

There are only very few vegetarian options at breakfast and dinner - this should be looked at. We were told we are to tell at reservation and make a special request as if it is an allergy or handicap. The std food selection and quality is very good.

The hotel was very nice, very clean. The restaurant/bar had lovely staff and the food was great. We didn't have breakfast included, but it looked nice. We were there in low season, and there were very few people there, the hotel was very quiet. Our room had a pool view, which was great. The pool bar was also very nice. We stayed here for 1 week with my family and 1 child. Not a lot for children to do, when we were there.

There is not a lot to do around this hotel. The closest shop, to even just buy water, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. To get to the beach is a 15 - 20 minute walk. There is only a small number of restaurants (about 3-4) close to the hotel. We were there in May, low season and most places were still closed. There was one day that we were in the hotel, where the pool was closed due to maintenance - there was zero things for my child to do on that day.

The friendliness of staff was very great. They were helpful throughout. I had a view of the golf course from the room which caught the sun all day. The room was comfortable and clean, and was fit for purpose. The hotel is in a nice quiet area with a short walk to the nearest tram stop. Only about a 20 minute walk to the beach at San Juan.

The room was not run down at all but could do with a touch up here and there. The public areas were exceptional but the room didn't match this. Directions for hotel facilities could be improved but you can find areas if you ask or just enjoy exploring.

Class Hotel. Large rooms. Happy, professional staff.

Couldn't turn the AC off in the room, only by removing the key card activation master switch. It may have been possible but couldn't find the control (also didn't ask). Patio doors wouldn't lock but would be extremely difficult for anyone to access the balcony any other way so not a big problem overall.

bathroom could do with a update, and the air conditioning noisy and performance not the best. Bar and Restaurant staff could be a little bit more attentive at times.

Beautiful rooms with a classic touch. Nice view from the balcony. Lots of sports and wellness facilities available for the guests. Beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Large parking available. Nice restaurants inside the property. Good breakfast with lots of different options.
