I have been a client of the hotel for several years and visited it 6-7 times already. I like it and will read it again...But this year there were too many mosquitos everywhere. At the pool, in the restaurant, inside the rooms. It was very unpleasant. The breakfast room used to be very beautiful. Now after the renovation, it is already mediocre. The breakfast itself is also not what it used to be. I didn't like the coffee this time either. I note that after my few negative reviews about the food and service in the restaurant, there has been an effect and they have already improved significantly. Apparently someone from management though, read these reviews.

Room was large and well-designed with a very nice feel to it. The whole place works very well with the palm gardens that surround it. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast better than I'd expected. The whole thing was just more comfortable and more pleasant than I'd expected for the price.

The "gym" isn't really worth keeping; either re-equip it properly and maintain it or don't bother - it felt like the one half-hearted thing in the place. A bar would be nice, especially as there's not a hell of a lot within quick walking distance once you're done for the day.

Excellent pool

The pool bar service is completely hit or miss - sometimes a staff member is there, other times it can take 10 minutes for them to show up. Also they seem to be sharing the cash register with the main restaurant so when paying the staff member disappears for several minutes before returning with your bill. All this time your drinks are sitting there getting warm

Spacious rooms and the rooms are kept very clean. The breakfast is a good one. There are enough parking spaces in the parking. The staff is helpful. Close to the city center, it takes 10 min. Walk.

There is an issue with the sound isolation. When someone talks in the hallway a bit noisy or someone opens/close their doors, you can get awaken by this in the middle of the midnight.

Loved the setting. Rooms were very comfortable and clean as usual.Very helpful on the desk especially one night when we were unable to contact a taxi firm to get us back to the hotel late one night.

Unfortunately the alterations to the outside of the restaurant were a little noisy and the ambiance in the restaurant was spoiled with the blinds being down. I am sure it will be lovely when finished.

Very clean and comfortable room. Large bathroom with plenty of space to put toiletries etc. Air-con worked on demand, not controlled centrally by hotel. Helpful staff. The restaurant for dinner, which was in a separate building adjacent to the hotel, was surrounded by palm trees and very relaxing after a long drive. We enjoyed an excellent meal, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold foods and very attentive and helpful staff. Have stayed there previously and will do again.

Nothing to dislike!

The property is nice enough. Good breakfast offering and friendly staff. A nice pool area.

The water in our bathroom didn’t drain properly so the floor was very wet after showers. This was ok if the maids were still to come in but annoying otherwise. Sound also travels very easily and we were often disturbed by moving furniture and cleaning in the mornings.

The breakfast was spot on..a good selection on offer to suit all. Timings of breakfast were good. Staff were friendly and the hotel has beautiful pool and gardens. Room comfortable and cleaned every day.

The evening meal was slightly repetitive, the staff removed plates before we had the chance to finish. Menu wasn't always available in English so was hard to translate.

Strange to have 2 locked doors inside of the room, directing to the rooms at the left and right, even though I understand the point.A bit poor sound isolation.Otherwise I like everything.

Great location, town centre and botanical gardens within easy walking distance. Lovely gardens and setting. Clean room and comfortable beds and pillows.

Quite noisy because of tiled floors but luckily it was quiet at night.
