this hotel stands out amongst 4 star hotels in its internal beauty and cleanliness, you will read negative comments ( which they are entitled to ) for instance NO TEA MAKING FACILITIES then just ask at reception and they will provide where possible, and that applies to many things. The staff are lovely and often multi task and will go out of their way to help, we will be back to gran alacant and would have no hesitation in re booking at the AJ

This is a difficult one to answer, but if I could provide what I call constructive criticism then (1) Look at the opening and closing times to the hotel bar regarding residents only and look at permanent staff running it. (2) Put more in to your promotional events like barbecues, entertainment nights etc…..put weekly notices in lifts, toilets, under room doors etc. Add a few more sun beds around the pool without overcrowding it. As a hot Breakfast Englishman I did not care for the selection on offer as I found it very bland but can only speak for myself

Clean and nice looking rooms plus has its own car park

My car was damaged whilst parked in the hotel’s car park. The staff would not help to look at the cctv so it’s going to cost me 250€ to claim on my insurance. Really not happy as there are cameras where my car was parked.

The location, friendly reception staff, clean rooms, large balcony, comfortable beds. The bars, restaurants and shops in very close proximity. Roof-top pool.

Being 5' 2" I couldn't reach any of the hangers in the wardrobes and accessing the safe proved difficult too. I even found the wall-hung toilet a little high! The only mirror was in the bathroom. Bedside cabinets would have been useful instead of a wall-mounted shelf, which I managed to hit my head on when getting out of bed. More sunbeds are needed round the pool. Instructions on how to operate the lights in the room would have been useful. We managed to work it out in the end!

We stayed as we had to reschedule our flight due to my husband putting his back out. It was just what we needed space to move around easily & clean & comfortable.

Having a kettle in the room would make it much more comfortable, & more pleasant stay that was the only thing letting it down, having a tea or coffee first thing is a massive small detail that's missing.

The hotel was clean, quiet and near the airport - just what we needed. Breakfast was awesome and swimming pool on the roof was perfect. Extra points for the lovely bathroom, there was plenty of space.

Everything was just great.

My husband has a disability and was excepted with his scooter,we managed so well ,I even had a break because every item in the disability room ticked all the boxes. We have booked for Christmas ! I booked my daughter in for 1 night last week as her plane was delayed from England ,and I live here . I had breakfast with her in the morning. She was impressed and pleased for her father that we had found a fully funcional hotel !

The hotel was lovely very clean with lovely staff that were there if you needed them.The pool area was great but not enough sunbeds and was on the third floor there are lifts but obviously no grounds around the hotel which was disappointing. .The area took some getting used too as it was on an urbanisation but we ended up loving it when we started to look around.

Didn't like the area at first but it grew on me so ended up liking it. The beds were not very comfy but the bedding was clean.Also could have done with shelf in the shower there was nowhere to put your soaps etc and there was no mirror in the bedroom area which made it difficult to get readywhen there's two of you and its hot an sweaty in the bathroom.

The hotel really made us feel like we were on vacation. Great staff, lovely views, delicious food and access to the rooftop pool. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, high-quality cleaning. There is a variety of entertainment options, because of the great location, access to shopping centers and nice restaurants. There's not even anything to complain about.

I get very cold, so I have a bad habit of sleeping under a blanket even in warm weather. That's why I didn't have enough blankets in the room.

The cleanliness was outstanding. The room was cleaned every day of our 12 day stay, including clean towels daily. It was central to everything in Gran Alacant, which was easy walking distance. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous and always immaculate. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. We loved the bathroom, with its awesome shower and copious amounts of hand/ hair/ body washing lotions. The little fridge was an added bonus too! Wonderful.

Not enough British TV channels and no tea/ coffee making facilities.

We stayed for one night, booked because of how close it is to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised, it was very clean, with great staff, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, the rooftop pool was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and the shower pressure better than in any other hotel I have stayed at in the Alicante area. The closets were big and the balcony was nice, even tho we had a view of the 332 highway :)

Nothing i did not like about this hotel. It exceeded all my expectations and was great value for money.
