Booked this hotel as we had an early morning flight. The reception area was bright and welcoming. Staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were modern with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

Hair dryer was very difficult to use as there was an awkward handle which was pressed to blow but it kept going off .

Stunning accommodation

The lack of taxi’s in the area. We ask reception for a taxi to Alicante airport at 11:20 am for a 14:40 flight no taxis could be found. They could not get a taxi from the airport to come to the hotel( airport is 9km away)there is no bus to the airport. Thankfully the manager gave us a lift in his own car for which we are very very great full . Advice to anyone staying and needing to get to the airport book with reception the day before.

We only had one breakfast and it is very goodb But we have stayed many times before and the breakfast is always good plenty to eat and very nice.

Every thing is ok but we noticed that people that are not staying at the hotel are going in to use the pool i think you should make it so you have to use your room key to open the door to the pool. Thanks for a nice stay Tom & Yvonne

High standard of accommodation with parking at the front. Room was lovely and very comfortable bed. Having a fridge in the room was a great addition.

It would be good if tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room.

Seating arrangement, bright and airy. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice coffee and juice selection. The cook happily provided freshly cooked fried eggs. Room was very clean, comfortable with all nice amenities. I love the decor!

The scrambled egg wasn't particularly nice. The food within the warm food section was quite cold and not appetising to the UK taste. More pastry selection would be good and cereal selection which would have made up for the warm food section. To be honest, there isn't a lot not to like - Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Very convenient location right next to a large shopping mall which has a range of places to eat, and an easy drive to the airport. The hotel is smart and modern and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had a room at the front overlooking the road so we were a little concerned about noise, but the sound proofing is very good. Staff member was very welcoming on arrival.

We really missed having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The people in the room above us were noisy until quite late. We didn't plan to have breakfast or dinner at the hotel but would have appreciated some information about what was available in terms of food.

Extremely good value for the money. Nice, very clean and comfortable rooms. Located close to Alicante airport and about 15km to Alicante city center. Many bars, Shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

A car is recommended if you are not just planning a stop over night to catch the next flight or so.

this hotel stands out amongst 4 star hotels in its internal beauty and cleanliness, you will read negative comments ( which they are entitled to ) for instance NO TEA MAKING FACILITIES then just ask at reception and they will provide where possible, and that applies to many things. The staff are lovely and often multi task and will go out of their way to help, we will be back to gran alacant and would have no hesitation in re booking at the AJ

This is a difficult one to answer, but if I could provide what I call constructive criticism then (1) Look at the opening and closing times to the hotel bar regarding residents only and look at permanent staff running it. (2) Put more in to your promotional events like barbecues, entertainment nights etc…..put weekly notices in lifts, toilets, under room doors etc. Add a few more sun beds around the pool without overcrowding it. As a hot Breakfast Englishman I did not care for the selection on offer as I found it very bland but can only speak for myself

The hotel was very clean..modern. Friendly staff. Near the airport. There is a bar and restaurant, but outside of the hotel there are many shops, and other places for food. Perfect for a weekend away. Good size pool.

Everything. An excellent hotel. A credit to everyone involved.

Nowhere to put my soap in the shower😅 I did not like having to leave.
