The swimming pool and the beach , the location is the goal i was hoping for very relaxing and calm, the staff were great very kind very social and friendly, the rooms were so beautiful, everything was amazing 😍

I liked the pool it was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very very very friendly. Special thanks to the amazing concierge Paula and Carol. The booked everything for us. The beach clubs, the lounges, dinner, etc.. Literally, they were working from the bottom of their hearts. Also the coffee guy Ignacio his coffee was perfect. Even the reception manager he was doing his best to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Fernando.

The Spa because it did not open yet and the Gym were closed when I arrived and they fixed the issue.

Location was in a quiet area , being exactly on the beach was a plus . The guest relation ladies were superb in their work. Very professional and helpful all the time . Paula and Carol took special care during our stay and organized everything we asked . 5* .The other ladies were perfect also but I can not remember their names.the breakfast servers, thd pool guys , all were so polite and helpful .

Two problems we encountered . The first one was a problem in the communication system . The internal phones were not working properly . We couldn’t get the room service , obliged to call the reception . On the departure day , I called the reception several times to ask for a trolley , but no one answered . I was obliged to carry the luggages by myself . Despite the reception guys being at their post , the phone system did not work and hence it didn’t ring at the reception . The second problem was , once a while a discussing smell was coming out from outside . Was it sewage ? I don’t know.

I recently enjoyed a remarkable stay at this brand-new 5-star hotel in Marbella, Costa de Sol, called METT Hotel & Beach Resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a VIP from the start. The hotel's elegant design, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views of the Costa de Sol left me in awe. The exceptional service extended to the restaurant, where I indulged in delicious dishes and expertly paired wines. Plus, the hotel's prime location allowed me to explore Marbella easily. This hotel exceeded all expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming experience in Marbella. It's truly deserving of its 5-star rating.

very nice pool area, and beach club (which wasn’t ready when we were there last week) staff and management are really trying to make everything smooth even though hotel opened two weeks ago. food at breakfast was amazing hotel is quite intimate compared to some others

there were some problems with service due to recent launch of the hotel, but they are managing it very well some renovations still going, but doesn’t really affect your stay. a bit worried about space when the hotel will be fully up and running and fully booked, seems it might be crowded by the pool.

Where to begin? Well, the property is truly beautiful, but it was the staff that were exceptional. Our experiences with the METT’s ambassadors were outstanding. Paola, Natalie and Natalia were all exceedingly gracious and professional. The hostesses at the lovely Isola Italian restaurant on site (Ainara and Carole) made us feel welcome as did our waiter at the beach (Miguel) and our welcoming assistant (Adrian). Everyone was courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much. Everyone is connected through WhatsApp which makes any questions and requests so easy. Ok - so now the property. it’s hard to imagine a better pool in the world - larger than Olympic size with lovely blue tiles with easy access surrounded by ample upscale comfortable lounge chairs. It’s really magical - especially at sunset. The beach service was great with similar amenities and the food at the pool/beach was outstanding - mostly Asian sushi-inspired. The rooms were well appointed - the suites with semi-private and private pool are an absolute delight. We ate both nights at Isola and had excellent fresh Italian food

The hotel itself is gorgeous and is being finished to a really high standard. Stylish modern and fitting of a 5 star expectation. Good service from the majority of the staff who went over and above to look after us.

The rooms are not very soundproof - not an issue for us as we sleep well and hotel wasn’t at full capacity - but it might cause issues for some. The hotel is moving to adults only, which I think is a good thing as it wasn’t set up for young children and the pool is for relaxing rather than fun.

Staff were amazing they could not do enough. Food is extremely high quality - beautiful breakfast - excellent Italian and asian fusian menu. Spotlessly clean. Highly attentive to guest needs. Beach bar just opening which is a beautiful spot.

Works are ongoing. Not intrusive or noisy but some public bathrooms and showers being worked on. Painting throughout the hotel. Hopefully all will be complete soon. This is why we are giving 8.5 -9 as our overall rating . Staff are over- compensating to make everything perfect.

Our stay at the Mett Hotel was amazing, from the stunning location on the beach, our cosy rooms by the beautiful pool, all staff members went over and beyond to cater to our needs especially Yana, Isabella, Ainara and Victor. The food was delicious breakfast in the restaurant, lunch menu by the pool and dinner that we enjoyed on our last night. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again and i would highly recommend staying here.

Loved everything. The pool area was fab with a very long pool, service around pool was excellent (thank you Carolina!), gym was small but very well stocked. Room was big and clean. Shower was enormous and lovely.

The front row sunbeds had to be paid for even if you were staying there, €150. It was quite quiet one day so we were able to have a bed but the rest of the time they keep for non residents unless you pay.
