I've given this a great review - now that doesn't mean it's a 4-star hotel and you definitely won't get your towels shaped into swans. It's definitely a 2-star hotel based on facilities, but for a 2-star it was really good. What impressed me most was how clean it was. I've stayed in some pretty nice hotels and I can't say they were any cleaner than this one was. The beds were comfy, the aircon worked, and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. The location was amazing. 3 minutes to the beach and the same to a vast number of bars and restaurants and yet the road this was on was very quiet. Managed to get into the car park 2 out of the 3 days, so not bad.

Walls were a bit thin, but this is common in hotels. No noise from up or down but when the man next door coughed (which he did a lot!) it sounded like he was sitting on the end of my bed. Breakfast service seemed a little manic, but by the second morning we'd got the hang of it.

Excellent traditional Spanish 2* hotel - says what it is on the tin. Everything you need, mod cons - and anything missing eg kettle - they gave us no problem. Breakfast buffet plentiful basic continental. Healthy fruit, juice & rustic/gluten free bread choice. Eggs 🥚 would have been better. A fraction of the price of UK hotels / air bNb being extortionate.

Nothing - parking nearer would have helped with cases etc., however it exceeded our expectations for two star basic hotel - but then Spanish hotels are usually better than expected it’s what they do so well - hence we trust our choice. Better service and experience overall than some of the 4**** hotels in the area. Thank you REYESOL we’ll be back!

The noise from the chairs being moved around at breakfast time went all through the hotel bedrooms.

Twin Room at the front of hotel with a juliet balcony. was big enough for our 4 night stay Ideal location for beach , restaurants, bars & shopping small bathroom but you dont stay in the bathroom. would definately go back. As long as you can put up with the little quirks its perfect for short stays

As mentioned in many reviews Breakfast bit of a pain. Cold options only & served to you not buffet style. coffee was good. No British TV Channels for news. TV very small.(but you are there for a holiday) Our room was noisey from the street as we were at the front more so people than cars, oh and the buiness shutters opening in the morning.

Everything was just so fine! I thought (with the two star accreditation) that I had to just shut my eyes a bit, but as I'd spent my holiday money with a pretty bad experience with Airb&b (they said they had already made a refund but it hasn't hit my account yet) but I was happily so wrong! The hotel is beautiful, the decor is extremely well kept Vintage Spanish and the staff are super polite, friendly, kind and helpful! I loved every bit of my little stay and I definitely recommend it! Enhorabuena Reyesol!

Would they replace o get rid of the broken dishes at breakfast and put out some items for self service would elevate it all to the top. Extra clean and thorough chambermaids should be made aware of the sewage smell coming up when the weather changes with cold wind, I was told by the kind and apologetic lady at reception today. What a pity in such a beautiful and sparkling clean place! May be drop some bleach or essential oil in the bathroom pipes after the cleaning before they leave would make such a difference! In fact, the last two night - and days, till today, the smell was quite unbearable in my bathroom and yesterday it extended to my room. Rectifying that I would give it (mine) 5 stars for sure! Nonetheless, overall a great experience

A traditional run hotel, near many facilities, value for money. Staff friendly.

Didn't have any hot water, not really even luke warm. No plug in the wash hand basin. Only one chair in the room. Difficulty in locking the patio door although managed in the end. There is a large patio outside the room but nothing to sit on. Breakfast was good for a continental although couldn't help ourselves and had to stand behind a line to be served (covid restrictions we think). Parking was good when we could find how to get to it as sat nav couldn't take us down the road to the hotel.

One of the cleanest hotels I have experienced in many years. Breakfast ok but a few boiled eggs would add a good touch. Decent pricing.

Small rooms. Biggest problem was finding directions to the garage via Google maps, kept getting redirected. Found it once but couldn't get to it on second night and finally parked underground by the church costing 21 Euros for 12 hours. Hotel walls are tight as are parking spaces. Beware if you have large car or SUV.

Perfect location in the middle of the town and easy walking distance to the beach. The free parking is a great facility as we found that most accommodations don’t offer this, especially in the town centre! The receptionist gave us a great recommendation where we could eat the best tapa’s.

Breakfast is not self service, so it felt a bit strange to ask for everything, but it is understandable to reduce waste.

The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant neigbourhood away from the tacky city centre and the concrete ghettoes on the beachfront, but within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations. The building itself is a classic hotel which has been completely, and tastefully, renovated, There are good dining opportunities at all price levels within five to ten minutes' walking distance, as well as an in-house restaurant. Room had a French balcony facing the street; very charming. Beds were comfy and warm (in November).

Room and bathroom were adequate in size, but not spacious. As in many classic hotels, sound insulation was not up to present-day standards, with audible noise from the street and from the other rooms. Breakfast staff did not speak much English.
