I arrived earlier then my check in time. Maria was cleaning the room across from me and when she noticed my room code wasn't working, she unlocked the door for me and called Carla who came by right away and went over how everything worked with me to ensure my stay was amazing. Carla gave me a way to contact her if I needed anything which I really appreciated. The breckfast area on the roof is second to none. The choices, even for a gluten free/dairy free diet are awesome. The coffee is so delicious and choice of tea is abundant. There are two jugs of cold water, one with citrus, the other w berries. Delicious!!! The breakfast staff, all the staff here are absolutely outstanding! So helpful, so kind and very happy people which really made the stay at Boutique X the best for me. It's just a short stroll to the beach, the zoo, best vegan restaurant, so much choice for very delicious food and drinks. The bed was the most comfortable bed ive ever slept so well in. The water pressure in the shower was so great! Room service was right on, providing fresh towels and any other top ups in the bathroom. Boutique x is in a great location, Ive never slept so well, away from home. The sound proofing in the room really works and the a/c option, perfect! Its nice to sit on the balcony and people watch too as well as on the roof at breckfast time. I set my alarm one morning and watched the sunrise on a lovely quiet beach. There are also supermarkets very close by. As a first time solo traveler in europe, I had the most amazing stay at Boutique X. Will totally stay here again when I return to Fuengirola.

Not seeing the sunset, though I'm sure if I researched it a little, there is probable a good spot to go and check it out.

Modern and comfortable, shower better than ours at home and an absolutely massive bed! Complimentary drinks and crisps very nice touch. Very clean modern tiled flooring throughout. Classy breakfast layout, staff extremely helpful. contact is via WhatsApp and always received a helpful timely reply. Door entry works brilliantly no worries about forgetting or losing door key! Thoroughly recommended.

In our suite (301) lack of a full length mirror - I had to rely on husband for opinion from waist down - very worrying! 😂 A set of drawers each side of bed would also be useful rather than the (very nice) trendy small tables. Minor really but just pointing out my view and what to expect.

The room i thought was on the small size but the bed was comfortable and all in the room worked well, it was clean, warm and comfortable. The continental breakfast was lovely with pleasent staff. The location was great and just a dander from lots of bars and restuarants, with a park very close by.

The only problem i had was initially finding it, i was looking for Boutique X but didn't see any signs with that name on it, eventually found someone who told us we were actually outside it, walked around and put in the keypad number beside a glass door and it opened. But outside that i was happy with my stay there.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Located opposite a lovely little family park and couldn't be nearer to shops, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and sitting on the rooftop terrace in November was an added bonus.

Unfortunately there are no stickers on the glass outside doors in either our room and in the breakfast area identifying them as closed and I nearly walked into them several times. Unfortunately my husband did walk into the ones that divide the inside /outside of the breakfast area hurting his head and causing it to bruise. When we spoke to staff about it rhey were very apologetic. Apparently it has happened to guests before. This needs to be fixed.

The location is within the town centre opposite the main park. The beach is a two minute walk, and the shops, bars, restaurants are all surrounding the hotel so plenty to do. Train station and bus station are a 5 minute walk away. The property is basically self service check in which suited us perfectly. The hotel sends the room number and access code on the day before arrival, and this code is used for the front door and room door. There is a continental breakfast available for free as part of the booking, and is available on the 4th floor where there is a nice sunny roof terrace to relax and have breakfast.

Location was excellent. Close to shops,restaurants, supermarkets and beach. Straight forward and easy check-in. All automated. Someone always available by what's app if we had any questions. Good spacious room, with kitchenette was nice when we didn't want to go out to dinner, we could prepare some sandwiches etc. Nice sized shower and rainfall shower head. Building was quiet. Nice roof top patio overlooking the city. Great to spend some time in the evening.

The only complaint was the bathroom sink faucet was too long, and made it hard to brush teeth and wash face without getting water everywhere. Sink counter was small and leaked water on to floor. Shower could use a shelf or shower caddy to hold shampoos etc. Would like to have had some facial tissues available.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Good value although. Beds are really goos, only Spanish-style pillows are bit uncomfy. Location is nearly perfect, remote enough from beach and party center. Center is only short walk away. Staff is capable of managing in English, which is a huge bonus in Costa Del Sol. Visited there many times, and Boutique X is exceptional choice.

Mostly everything is very pleasurable. Shoul I like cleaning every day, propably yes. Coffee machine did not match the demand, but staff was really helpful with it as well.

Fantastic stay at The Boutique Hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location, close to bus and train station.. Only €2.60 euros each on the train from airport Clean and modern. Close to beach and restaurants. Staff went out of their way to please. Owner actually brought us a bottle opener within 20 minutes of contacting him, and he doesn't live on site. Beds were so comfy and lovely soft white towels Will definitely be back later in the year Janet Blunsden

Hard to find anything to complain about 🤔 Maybe a different mirror as it's tinted but that's only if I had to really find a fault. Everything was nigh on perfect, and far exceeded expectation

Location - I was studying Spanish at the Malaga University centre in El Palo and the apartment was a 10 minute walk from there. Good situation for market, supermarket and transport bus3 and 11 into Malaga centre to Paseo del Parque stops. Beach is literally 2 minutes away and has bars and delicious fish restaurantes which are well used by the locals. There was a problem with the water heater at 9pm on a Saturday night. The issue was sorted in less than 24 hours and repaired by Monday night - a new water heater was installed. Brilliant service.

It was next to a road which was quite busy but the noise did not stop me sleeping. There was a charity run along it one Sunday and the road was completely closed until mid-afternoon.

We have stayed twice before at Boutique X. We like the location, the clean rooms & comfortable bed. The access by 5-digit code worked perfectly. Nespresso machine, coffee capsules every day & also some tasty fruit were nice extras.

The best rooms were already booked so we got the basic one. Room 303 is quite small, even moreso because of the angle of the building (the corner is a little triangle). Next time I would book earlier and happily pay a little more for a more spacious room.
