Cars taller than 2 meters can be left in the outdoor parking. Beds are comfortable, room is clean and quiet. The hotel provided bottled water.

the bottled water provided by the hotel was open. The bottle contained water that tasted and smelled like a tap. Make sure the bottle is closed before drinking.

We liked the simplicity of things, comfortable bed, lots of space and nice spacious bathroom the heater worked fantastic when needed and also we enjoyed having the windows wide open to let the fresh air and sunshine in! It was convenient staying close to the main motorway. The staff were brilliant, thank you 😊

The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should've been, pubic hairs in shower, had to wash it down before using. Not a dislike but would've been nice to have the basic facilities like a kettle and tea bags etc...

Stayed on the 5th floor, air conditioning in the room seemed like a white noise generator, and wasn't effective. Bathroom was large, with overhead shower, ideal for tall guests. Room was fitted with a minifridge, and a 2l bottle of water was provided each day by housekeeping. Hotel was quiet, and windows able to be opened wide.

Staff barely speak any English, and with me speaking only a little Spanish, communicating with the staff in the reception / cafe was difficult. Parking is difficult at the property, especially for those that are not comfortable driving in a foreign country. Car park underneath the building does not have a turning area, and no indication if the car park is full, so if you enter the car park, and there are no spaces, getting out is extremely difficult.

Although the immediate and nearby surroundings are not good, the hotel is strategically positioned south of Madrid and 20 minutes west of the Warner Park. if you are planning to visit Madrid and the Warner Park, this location is useful. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms (bed is comfortable). I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. In the future, if we travel to Madrid again, I will try to stay in this hotel again.

Immediate surroundings are not great. But this will not be a problem if you have a car. You can drive to Getafe The Styles Outlets / Nassica, 10 minutes away (plenty of nice restaurants).

We stayed in this excellent quality/price hotel. The room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean. The room has a nice bathroom with a large and pleasant shower, a comfortable bed, a fridge with complimentary water. The breakfast buffet holds everything for a good price. The hotel has free parking. Thanks to the wonderful staff we had a good stay in Madrid. We will definitely be back next time

Great hotel when you are traveling as and want a night of rest. Great location next to the highway so your out really quick again without traffic that bothers you. Breakfast is awesome! Better than most!! Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable.

(A few ants were walking next to the window, of course it can happen with this heat but I would prefer they were not there. So I suggest some check ups on that matter)

Very clean hotel, good breakfast and confy beds. Free water as well.

Well location is not the best. You need to have a car or take a taxi. But it was near park warner so thats what we were looking for. Also alot of noise from cars, its next to the highway.

Room for 3, with enough space for everyone to move. Everything was very clean, and we had a frigo bar in the room with bottle of water for free. There are parking places in the hotel, that was very helpfull. The breakfast was a good surprise, with lots of possibilities, and they are always cleaning everything. The shower was also a good surprise, spacious and with good and plenty hot water. Hotel was easy to find.

There was nothing that I didn´t like.

Clean and comfortable hotel with an option for a simple continental breakfast as an extra. The location is next to some motorways, but for a business trip, it was only a 30 min drive to the IFEMA exhibit venue or over an hour by bus. Staff were friendly and the price was good value for money.

Location made it tricky to walk to with few/no clear paths.

I like you guys should be adding a little Restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Please the hotel room tv and I think you guys should add English language or more other languages.
