Would recommend. Great location. One block from beach..loads of cafes, bars shops around. Clean..comfortable. Quirky. Great that had bikes free to use.

No plugs at side of bed Mattress v hard Limited tea and toiletries (but no probs when requested) from staff Toilet roll dispenser (like in public toilets) 😑 personal pet hate of mine!!!nstead toilet rolls pls I wouldn't let these things put off.just wanted to mention though. Don't know why it's only 2 star deserve more but maybe these little things is why

Few days before going they send you a form to quick check-in, which is quite useful. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Since I was travelling with a dog, there were bowls for him in the room, just in case I forgot mine. Nice detail. It was also very close to the beach and to anything in the center.

Since it´s centrally located, the parking is impossible. There are many garages you can go to, although all are quite pricey - ask the hotel for deal, which I didn´t. I´ve been informed once I already parked. Also, the walls are quite thin, I could hear my neighbour singing in the shower. I know it´s not the hotel´s fault, but be aware that it can happen :)

Good location for access to the San Lorenzo beach, as well as city centre shops and attractions. Friendly staff went out of their way to be helpfull. Thanks to Lara for helping to carry our luggage upto our room as the lift was out of service the day we arrived.

Nothing really, parking was a nightmare but that is the norm for a busy Spanish resort.

Very friendly and helpful staff here. Helpful in every respect. They have a few bikes for guest use and are one block from the beach and embarcadero, do location is tops. My room, in back, was very quiet. There's a lot of restaurants and bars -- services of all kinds -- around here. I thought this was a very good place that provides value. Has a breakfast at reasonable price and some items usually in a mini-bar are available here too.

Not much -- I am not a fan of one long pillow but it's very common in Spain.

2 minutes walk to the beach, 15 walk from the bus station. The staff is really helpful and kind. There are even bikes and skateboard for borrowing for free. The most important to me, as a solo traveler, the single room is very spacious. Especially it’s an extra big single bed, and the bed and sheets are so comfortable that I rested so WELL! Definitely would go back if I were ever back to Gijón!

The hotel is very well-located. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The reception is open 24 h which is very convenient. The room and bathroom were always clean. Also, you can leave your luggage after check-out.

Fantastic location and loved the welcoming decor!

One thing I would say is that there seems to be no way to control the temperature in the room and also the shower curtain could do with a change. Other than that I'm surprised it's only 2 stars 😊

Pet friendly -- Book friendly --- People friendly.. An atmosphere that can put a smile on your face. (clean, comfortable, quite) One of the best experiences I have had on the Camino Norte. Value for money. Beautiful city, excellent food. Definitely recommend.

The location was great. Just a short walk to the beach and there was a great cafe around the corner. We really appreciated the use of the free bikes and the staff were very friendly

The bed was a bit too firm for us

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect. The staff were, at all times, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty, served by a very cheerful and kind person.

More bed blankets needed!
