- The location was really perfect. - Someone had been smoking in the first room we were given, so the receptionist gave us another room with no further questions. We are grateful for that! - We were extremely lucky to have the courtyard view. The streets around the hotel are a really noisy, vibrant area at night. - The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extra blankets. - Clean rooms.

- The rooms don't have a fridge. - Only one tiny trash bin in the bathroom. - We arrived at 7 am after a really long night by bus from Cádiz and it seemed the receptionist wanted to get rid of us. We didn't feel welcome. - No other place for the luggage except the wardrobe. Not very comfortable.

Property has very good location in the centre of Gijon! There are a lot of good restaurants and shops near, as well as the beach! You can reach everything! The staff was wonderful! they allowed us to check in early, and when we needed to check out early in the morning, they prepared for us breakfast, arranged the taxi for our next destination! Service was very good and staff was kind, friendly and helpful! Room was clean and for the price we paid - excellent! I would definitely recommend to stay there!

Have been here twice and going to visit again :) Very comfortable rooms, 100% clean and cozy. Good bed, good bathtub, nice place to have a rest. Reception is helpful and speaking English (its rare in Spain). The hotel is very close to the shore, so my trip was 100% cool and I advise this hotel.

Very noisy team of cleaning ladies, woke me up by yelling to each other from the big distance in corridor, turning the vacuum cleaners on etc. It was pretty early. In general, sound isolation is good between rooms, but not between room and the corridor.

Location is indeed superb. Located in Gijon city centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Staff was polite and the room we got was specious and really clean.

I wish that breakfast included "sunny side" eggs or scrambled eggs, but can not really complain considering the price of the same. The price of accommodation was maybe a bit too high considering it is off season period, but I guess that the cost of energy, maintenance and everything else 'jumped' up dramatically this year, so certain price increase was expected.

Central location right in the middle. Bars and restaurants closeby and best thing is u cannot hear any noise as the windows and balcony doors are double glazed. Room was big and immaculately clean. Great beds and breakfast. Great welcoming staff at all times. room 208 is big and had a balcony overlooking the bars

Staff was really nice at reception desk, as well as during breakfast. They also gave us good suggestions regarding places to visit and restaurants in which to get good Asturian food. Location was superb, right in the middle of the wine district, but no noise bothered us in the room given the very good isolation of windows.

Breakfast could have had more variety, perhaps scrambled eggs or sausages. Given our 5 days visit, it felt monotonous after the third day.

The bedroom door could be a bit better insulated. Noise from corridor can be disturbing sometimes

The room was clean, fairly quiet and big enough. The french balcony with a big window was nice. The location was very central and close to everything. The staff was very friendly. I got sick last night and I was treated like a queen by the receptionist.

The hotel was very clean throughout. The lady on the front desk was very helpful when I first arrived but later when I had a problem and had to leave next day due to the death of a friend and only stay the one night instead of my planned 5 she went beyond what I expected and sorted things quickly and efficiently.

This not s complaint as it is where it is but to get the car to the hotel and down in to the parking was difficult but sure it would get easier if I had managed to stay as planned.

Excellent location. Good double glazing on what was a noisy street - so room was quiet. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Secure parking was good but slightly expensive at €13 per night Shower was good but moved in wall fitting.
