The location of this beautiful, attractive resort with its fabulous beaches, old town and marina and its cleanliness and overall welcoming atmosphere was, unfortunately, for us, tainted by the hotel car park experience! If you are not intending to park a car, this is an excellent choice of city to visit!

The hotel car park - whilst being secure and underground, if you drive anything more than a small/medium sized saloon car this is a nightmare! Would suggest that a much less stressful option would be to head straight for the underground car park near the marina (about 5 mins walk away) We had a sleepless night wondering just how we were going to get out of the car park!! Suggest that the hotel might like to reflect this on their website.

- The location was really perfect. - Someone had been smoking in the first room we were given, so the receptionist gave us another room with no further questions. We are grateful for that! - We were extremely lucky to have the courtyard view. The streets around the hotel are a really noisy, vibrant area at night. - The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extra blankets. - Clean rooms.

- The rooms don't have a fridge. - Only one tiny trash bin in the bathroom. - We arrived at 7 am after a really long night by bus from Cádiz and it seemed the receptionist wanted to get rid of us. We didn't feel welcome. - No other place for the luggage except the wardrobe. Not very comfortable.

Hotel staff very friendly. Vey clean and a good breakfast Being on a motorbike secure parking was essential and this was very secure being 2 floors underground via a vehicle lift

Town traffic was horrendous and made worse by a home football match and road works and road closure The property really is in the middle of town and ‘almost’ impossible to find In end had to weave through parole sat at bat seats Took almost and hour from arriving in Gijon to find hotel Has to be said now we know we have rebooked for return journey

The hotel is very centrally located, in easy reach of both beaches and the city centre with plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to. The car park is slightly difficult to find being in the basement, reached via a lift. You have to drive across the pavemnet to reach the lift. Wish I'd checked it out on streetview first!! Breakfast was very good value.

Was lucky to get a space in the car partk. Make sure you reserve one before your arrival.

Still difficult to find by road but we found it much better this time using Google Maps once in the city Air con wasn't great which doesn't help with my sleep

Property has very good location in the centre of Gijon! There are a lot of good restaurants and shops near, as well as the beach! You can reach everything! The staff was wonderful! they allowed us to check in early, and when we needed to check out early in the morning, they prepared for us breakfast, arranged the taxi for our next destination! Service was very good and staff was kind, friendly and helpful! Room was clean and for the price we paid - excellent! I would definitely recommend to stay there!

Awesome staff, friendly, and very helpful. The location is more than perfect, with awesome tapas bars, and restaurants. Garage!!! Garage!!! Carefully follow the instructions for finding the garage and getting in.

It is not easy to get into the garage and out, especially when you have a big car. Follow the instructions provided by hotel!

Have been here twice and going to visit again :) Very comfortable rooms, 100% clean and cozy. Good bed, good bathtub, nice place to have a rest. Reception is helpful and speaking English (its rare in Spain). The hotel is very close to the shore, so my trip was 100% cool and I advise this hotel.

Very noisy team of cleaning ladies, woke me up by yelling to each other from the big distance in corridor, turning the vacuum cleaners on etc. It was pretty early. In general, sound isolation is good between rooms, but not between room and the corridor.

Central location right in the middle. Bars and restaurants closeby and best thing is u cannot hear any noise as the windows and balcony doors are double glazed. Room was big and immaculately clean. Great beds and breakfast. Great welcoming staff at all times. room 208 is big and had a balcony overlooking the bars

Location is indeed superb. Located in Gijon city centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Staff was polite and the room we got was specious and really clean.

I wish that breakfast included "sunny side" eggs or scrambled eggs, but can not really complain considering the price of the same. The price of accommodation was maybe a bit too high considering it is off season period, but I guess that the cost of energy, maintenance and everything else 'jumped' up dramatically this year, so certain price increase was expected.
