Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and surprise us almost daily with complimentary gifts due to our long stay (fresh fruit, marshmallows, wine, etc.). The location of the hotel is incredible, you step out right in the heart of the city and you have lovely views of Alhambra. The breakfast options are diverse and tasty. The room was impeccable, smelled of perfume and it was simply lovely. The price was more than affordable. What can I say? I'm already missing everything about it, we were thrilled with the service and it felt like our home away from home.

The location is very good and the hotel is in a converted Mudjehar building a few steps from the river with views of the Alhambra and within walking distance of the town. The rooms and bathrooms have traditional Spanish features and are very comfortable. The interior of the hotel is very interesting with original freezes and artwork. The breakfast room is large enough for the hotel and the range and quality of the food is excellent. The service from all the staff was always very helpful and pleasant. We stayed for a wedding and our time in Granada was made so much nicer because of the hotel. We will certainly return

- great location close to the centre of Granada, but in a quite residential area - the building it seems that is a former palace. Two inner patio and the entire ambience transport you in a different century - we had a triple room with two floors. We did not need the second bed, however for a family of 3-4 is a good option with a bedroom on the upper floor - excellent breakfast. Different types of food cold and hot and a very good coffee. - air conditioning working very well.

The location was excellent, in the Albaicin district, we could walk everywhere, including the Alhambra. It's up a steep hill so we got a bus down afterwards. Our room (number 6) was fabulous, plenty of room, a massive bathroom, very comfortable beds, and a small sitting area. Breakfast couldn't be better. the buffet had loads of choices - cooked and fresh, savoury and sweet, fruit, cereal, toast, pastries etc. Coffee was either filter or a fancy coffee machine. The filter coffee was superb. The staff were extremely friendly, spoke excellent English as well as Spanish, and let us practise speaking Spanish without a fuss.

I was here for a six-night stay and everything was just wonderful. The location in the Albaicin is ideal. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. My room was well laid out and furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a loft area above it. And it was nice and warm at night and very cozy. Such a great experience staying in an historical location, but still having all the amenities. I had breakfast there often and it was always well done. The price was very reasonable for such a great property in such a great location. I hope to come back again sometime.

Spiral staircase in initial room was narrow and difficult to navigate (the hotel cooperatively facilitated a room change). The room description did not mention the staircase (although there were some pictures if you looked closely). Generally the property interior was a little tired. We don’t recommend the breakfast. The quality of the ingredients (for example gray Serrano ham) wasn’t great and there are plenty of good, inexpensive options for breakfast nearby.

We stayed in the Hotel Palacio de Santa Inés for a week in October to explore Granada and the Alhambra. The hotel is located in the Albaicin area, very well placed to explore the older parts of the city, with many historic buildings, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The Alhambra is within walking distance – but quite a long climb to reach it! The staff were always helpful and friendly, and recommended an excellent flamenco concert, within easy walking distance. There was a good choice for breakfast, with fruit, cereals, meat, cheese, rolls, croissants and pastries which were replenished when needed. The room was spacious, with a modern ensuite bathroom, and efficient double glazed windows which kept the room very quiet overnight. The bed was comfy so we slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel.

Truly a delight to stay in this pretty hotel. Frescos adorn the walls in the lobby which has two beautifully furnished internal courtyards for relaxing. Breakfast was great and plentiful with much variety. And the team are absolutely wonderful, very responsive and they present the establishment very well. Love this place! We had a lovely view of Alhambra from our room. It was very quiet and we had plenty of space. Really a fabulous and unique hotel.

Wow, this place was so cool and looking right at La Alhambra! Great location, fun breakfast spread, super helpful staff. The room (room 9) was so cool! I’m sure they all are, but can only speak for this one. They even offer different types of pillows. No elevators, so if mobility is hard, may want to factor that in and see about staying on lower floor. We took a cab to it, which made it much easier to find, up some steps from cab drop off.

I loved the place and the staff was very helpful and resourceful. I arrived late at night the the receptionist was kind and show empathy to my needs. The following morning it was a different person at the front desk but she was also friendly and showed me the way around. The buffet during breakfast was superb and it's being filled at all times, everything was fresh and delicious. By the way, the lady in the dining room was so understading and would help any guest with a question. The hotel is quite close to Alhambra so you can a go walking and enjoy the scenery.

Unfortunately my room was by the stairs so it can be quite noisy at times. I stayed during the low season so I can't imagine how it'd be during the high one.
