We were upgraded to a suite with a view of the Alhambra. I liked the modern compact furniture and the fantastic shower. We made use of the free water in fridge and of the tea and coffee station in the room. The beds were comfortable and sheets and toilets of a high quality. The location was ideal. We spent no money on taxis. Easy to walk everywhere.

Everything was perfect.

This smart little hotel is situated right on the pedestrianised route between the Alhambra and the Cathedral. The interior design is modern, bright and clean. Big comfy beds in stylish rooms with matching bathrooms. The coffee bar at street level and the roof terrace restaurant both have delicious food and good service. The dedicated breakfast room had an impressive selection of items to choose from and all beautifully displayed. There is a small library and lounge area for guests. There is a nice ambience throughout. They contact you well in advance to advise you on parking areas and to register your vehicle details with the Granada authorities to permit you to drive into restricted areas of the city.

You do have to walk either uphill or downhill with your luggage from parking to reach the hotel but there are plenty of taxis available to resolve this issue as they have permission to access the area.

Very friendly and multilingual staff was welcoming and provided details of the hotel's facilities. The room was beautiful, incredibly clean with sound and light proof balcony doors that opened to a small balcony facing a beautiful, quaint street that was a less than 10 minute walk to the Alhambra. The breakfast option is also a real plus as they provided a beautiful buffet in a large impecably clean and organized room. A well equipped gym and beautiful roof top deck are also available.

There are no negative aspects that I could report from my 6 night stay here.

Breakfast was very good,plenty of choice.food in the evening was good and reasonably inexpensive for a hotel.drinks were cheap.glassof wine just over 3euros.overall an excellent hotel.

The location was superb, very central and within easy reach of all the main areas you would wish to see in Granada. The feel of the hotel is boutique and everything is extremely clean. There is a great view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace/bar area. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The only real (minor) issue was that there is no parking nearby, the parking is located around 350 metres away so a short walk. But as the hotel is based in a historical area, you can't expect any parking to be close. Breakfast was a little pricey at 12 euros when there are lots of more reasonably priced alternatives nearby.

Surprisingly modern room and facilities for a hotel in this historic area, but not out of place. Comfortable bed and quiet room. The Japanese toilet was a revelation. The breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty to choose from . Certainly enough to set you up for a day’s sightseeing. The location was excellent and so easy to walk to wherever you wanted to be. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel has a marvellous rooftop terrace where you can dine or have a drink looking out over either the Alhambra or the cathedral. We did this one night and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the view. Would definitely stay again .

The room had a kettle with tea and comfy making facilities, however these were a bit mean on the amount provided. No more than 2 coffees and on one occasion replenished with just 1 milk for two of us. Not really a complaint as I am sure they would have been readily given had we asked.

I liked the updated rooms and bathroom, which were also nice and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable, probably the best sleep I had in my two weeks of travel. Location was great, walkable to everything. I had a small patio since I was on the ground floor that was lovely and a very nice surprise. The staff were all helpful and nice. I felt very safe there as a solo traveler.

Everything was great overall, just a couple minor things......The room is pretty small, but definitely works for a solo traveler. Also, the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise from neighbors. However, this wasn't that big of a deal for me.

Superb location for exploring Granada, 2mins from Plaza Nueva and on the road (bottom) of the route to the Alhambra. . Lovely rooftop lunch/afternoon drink spot with city and Alhambra views. Good sized room (108 - triple), very quiet (no view) no street noise. Very friendly checking staff and also the rooftop staff were wonderful. Comfy beds. Water at check in, tea/coffee in room.

Our booked room (double) was unavailable/not recommended with luggage - so if you're travelling with more that a carry on/backpack check with the hotel (we were offered a room switch for 36euro at check in so we took it). Showers have glass front and are not in a separate area ....so room sharing only with good friends!

Morning shift receptionist Carmen was fabulous, warm and friendly, very attentive and helpful, always answer our questions with a great smile. she also emphasize to us not to be late for Nazrid’s palace upon check in hotel has a decent gym and a nice rooftop / terrace restaurant attached to it, the view is great. we got a suite and hence ample space to rest and chill, look up to Alhambra from our room it’s on the way up to Alhambra so it’s convenient for us, location is great too as it’s 5 mins walk to shopping area, attractions like cathedral and Albaicin district.

it’s on a hilly area, road towards Alhambra so need to battle uphill road to the hotel if you’re walking. it’s modified from old building so the elevator a bit small. doesn’t bother us much just writing down for others to know

The location of the hotel is brilliant, everything is in walking distance like tapas bars, restaurants and the sights. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view over Granada and it's an lovely Chillout place! There is also a little courtyard garden which will provide a cool retreat in summer. The restaurant also looks very nice and comfortable but we only had drinks there. The staff (Rezeption, cleaners, restaurant staff) where all exceptional friendly!
