The staff were excellent from the moment of check-in to check-out. They were welcoming, efficient, informative and attentive. The room was large and bathroom spacious. The hotel had a pool with sun loungers on the roof-a welcome break after sight seeing in Granada. We also booked breakfast which had an extensive choice of both hot and cold dishes and was an excellent way to start our day The location was within walking distance of the centre of Granada and we arrived via the metro from the main bus station. The Recogidas station was only five minutes walk away from the hotel. Some shops and restaurants nearby but we chose other districts for our evening meal.

The location is quite central but still far enough from the core centre, if one wants more peace and quiet. The breakfast is also simple, but still has enough variety to be able to have different combinations for several days.

Everything was ok, a minor thing is that it can be mildly noisy when people are opening/closing room doors but if you wake up early enough this is not a problem at all

The room was extremely clean and a good size . The bathroom was also very clean and a good size. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. All in all a very nice value for money hotel in a good location.

My large car was to big for the hotel parking. The alternative offered was a public car park just across the road, but that was incredibly small and difficult to access and egress.

Good location, modern facilities, we have a quiet room, a safe deposit box, great and varied breakfast including hot and cold food, fruit and juices. Nice and friendly personnel, confy beds, good shower, in general good value for the money

Small room, bathroom with no privacy (important if you are not a couple), in a hot day we couldn't make the air conditioning work.. but in general we have a pleasant stay at this hotel and we will return

Lovely, friendly staff at the hotel. Nice welcome. Room was small but clean. Cold water in the fridge was a nice welcome especially as it was a hot day. Hotel kept our luggage in a safe room which was helpful when we went out for the day after checking out.

Bathroom was little out dated but clean. Could do with more lights in the room to make it feel brighter.

Self-service breakfasts are excellent; wide choice of cereals, continental-style cold meats and cheese, and English-style cooked breakfasts. Superb value.

Cleanliness of the hotel and room. Nice and helpful staff. Good quality food for breakfast. Nice rooftop with a small swimming pool to sunbathe and refresh from the sunny Granada. Great value for money. Good position close to the city center.

The bed was comfortable but made of two single beds.

Stayed at this place twice. Excellent location, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment. Small, clean pool, although some of the beds need changing. Would stay again.

Good location - 10 minute walk from the centre, 25 minutes to the Alhambra. Room was spotless and cleaned and tidied every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast - very well stocked.

It was very clean and the staff was lovely and attentive. Not too far too walk to the center, some 15 mins. Good free parking around the Parque de las Ciencias (takes you 15 mins to walk to the hotel from there).

You could not control the temperature in the room and as such it was too warm during the nights and very stuffy...Plus you could really hear the neighbours well, it seemed like very poor insulation. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, i.e. add yoghurts and fresh instead of bottled juices.
