The room was wonderful! Four-post bed, beautiful small balcony/bay window on the street but also quiet at night; fun bathroom with bath and shower. The common areas, corridors and stairs are also beautifully kept and decorated. We did not use the SPA or gym so we cannot say, but remember that the SPA is not included and this time was around 14 euros per person per use.

The staff at the reception were unhelpful if not plain rude. They did not provide us ANY info at arrival and were rude when we asked some questions. Only one person at reception was very kind. Breakfast was okay but not varied enough for what you pay and for a 4 stars hotel. As mentioned, room was awesome but we noticed they were not hoovering the carpets in the room. There is a fancy restaurant and bar in the garden of the hotel.. we did not try the restaurant but we tried to try the bar. Unfortunately it closes at 10 or 11 PM max depending on the days and it is a pity because the sitting area in the garden is very pretty and it does not feel very welcoming.

Beautiful building, great, central location, valet parking, good well appointed, room size room, nice decor, nice bath, superb water pressure, super comfy bed, mini bar, tea and coffee making, juliette balcony, four-posted bed, marble bathroom, great mood lighting, quick service.

Staff were not paying attention. We booked superior room and I requested a double bed. We got given a smaller room and a twin. The staff member instead of apologizing for the mistake tried to blame it on me not booking the right room type and bed, although I had a confirmation where they accepted my requests. He quickly gave us another room which was lovely. The valet parking was super convenient but on two occasions they brought somebody else's car from the garage which was worrying and delayed us departing on trips. The spa is quite dated and un-attended. We had to call the reception twice for someone to show us how to switch on the water jets, put out towels and give us robes. There is an extra charge for that as well.

Great Location. Handy to shops and restaurants. Loved the garden area very sweet. Nice to enjoy a relaxing drink at the bar or in the garden. Excellent service by all staff. As soon as I arrived my cases were taken to my room. Also staff arranged a tour to the Alhambra which was beautiful. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Lovely bathroom and plenty of toiletries provided plus robes and slippers Highly recommended

Everything was fine. Perhaps carpet in bedroom and curtains on patio doors may need a clean

The staff are so helpful and friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated for all the areas you would want to visit in Granada. A taxi ride is probably easiest to get to the Alhambra and Sacramento, but the walk down is recommended. The breakfast is just what you need and the staff are accommodating and helpful and so friendly. The coffee from the machine is awful! Our room was always clean, so comfortable and had everything you need to make it feel like home. The reception staff were helpful and had great suggestions for places to go. My daughter and I had probably one of the best facials I’ve ever had in the Spa. Highly recommended.

The fridge in the room could be at a cooler temperature and fresh milk would be nice.

Excellent central location, whilst the hotel remains remarkably quiet and tranquil. We had a double superior room (204) that was spacious, clean and well equipped. All staff were efficient and friendly. SPA was pleasant and a reasonable price (15 Euros) for hotel guests. Outside garden with water features was a nice bonus in the centre of the city and lovely for lunch.

Tiny TV in the room (but who goes to Granada to watch TV? :-)) and WiFi data rate rather variable (apparently fibre optic will reach the hotel soon, and should fix this)

The hotel was even nicer than I expected. Had everything we needed. I liked the decor.

The only little thing, if I were to be picky, is that it didn’t have any air conditioning in the communal areas. In the bedroom some of the furniture was dated and a little shabby and where we stayed in a double room, the eaves window blinds were broken. We stayed for 2 nights, but was only given water in the bedroom for 1 day.

A very beautiful villa, cosy and very well located! Staff is great and very helpful with all city activities and logistics questions. Feeling at home away from home.

The hotel would deserve a tiny push toward a more contemporary approach to hospitality - eg in the breakfast choices, in avoiding shampoo bottles/plastic, in changing it TV facilities (badly located in the room), in providing more reliable wifi, avoiding to overheat rooms.

We loved the customer service. Very friendly and accommodating! Good selection of food of quality for the breakfast.

Our room had two very small windows on the ceiling that we couldn’t really open (because of the sun and heat) so it made us feel a bit claustrophobic, but that might just be a question of season and our personal preferences. Also, like a lot of hotels in Spain, two single beds were put together to create our queen bed which makes it a bit uncomfortable for a couple that likes to snuggle. Again, a question of preference.

This is a beautiful hotel where all rooms are around a very nice garden which, together with the tasteful and elegant décor of the common areas, remind you the ambience of the old sultans' times. Room was very clean with a modern nice furniture, although with a little weird room configuration regarding the facilities. Staff was super kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Location was excellent; easy to get to main touristic attractions.

Issue with the A/C. Granada is hot so you need a properly working a/c. We left ours on when going out and by the time we came back a few hours later it had not cool down the room at all. Fortunately the staff showed up quickly to check it and immediately found us another room.

boutique style with lovely comfortable bedrooms and a separate sitting room off the bar for quiet time

our bedroom was located 1st floor front overlooking the street which was extremely noisy until the early hrs of the morning .. an hour or so after the remaining tourists/ residents had gone home the street cleaning started
