Location is perfect. Has its own parking (if available), pretty nice reception and restaurant area. Breakfast was very good considering 13 eur, fully recommended. Staff friendly. Room was ok in terms of size and design. Bed was good size and mattress and very good quality of linen and blankets/pillows. Wifi also ok.

Room was dark and outdated in terms of design. Bathroom probably 30 years old. Really needs an upgrade. But the worst was that, it was absolutely non-soundproof. Door was basically like paper with no seals, so every step and movement in corridor was heard, but furthermore, the walls were also so bad, so I could hear in the next room people talking and the old man was snoring loud whole night, also I guess the hotel laundry room was near by as it was a loud centrifuge noise from time to time. Absolute nightmare and ruined the total stay. Room no was 421. As of parking, it is conveniently located, but very tight. Was cm play with BMW5, anything slightly bigger and forget it. I wouldn't even park there again, but go to Corte Ingles, which is same street and 50 m.

Staff was very attentive, and the restaurant food was very good. It's beautiful, has a great location with regard to the local tourist attractions, and is good value for the price. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We were in room 118, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to tell the staff before we left. Also, please be aware that when you visit any hotel that is in an old building, there will be noise. The walls are thin, and rude guests sometimes make lots of noise! Temper your expectations.

the hotel is located on a very good looking pedestrian area and the overall vibe of it is very stylish. the receptionist was very helpful, we parked our car at -1 and it was very convenient. nice matress and amenities. room was very clean. wonderful lobby.

value for money is probably 8 of 10. parking is limited and pretty expensive. towels are veeeery used, one of ours was ripped, not sure why they are still using them giving the prestige of the hotel. they all should be replaced. bathroom was also a bit oldish but clean.

This hotel must be in a price-range we normally don’t consider. But Albayzin was really affordable when we booked it and this four-star hotel was worth every star. Okay, a shower in the bath isn’t top luxury anymore nowadays, but it was an excellent shower as well as an excellent bath. And the room was classy, clean and cosy. Quiet and with a window giving us a view on the tower next doors which played a well sounding tune from time to time. The breakfast was just perfect — they serve everything you can imagine and in topquality — but the main asset of this place is the location. Not only is the hotel situated very central, it’s located in the most beautiful avenue of the city, the carrera de la virgen. Near a cosy bar and with a terrace in front where they serve tappas and you drink a good glass of wine for an affordable prize. The same goes for the excellent daily dish which is served in the restaurant situated in the spacious patio. Absolutely recommendable. As is this hotel.

The only negative I have is that the Wi-Fi was bad to nonexistent. The further you are away from the ground floor the worst the Wi-Fi signal is. I was on the fourth floor and the Internet was useless for me. Could barely pull down simple emails. When a hotel charges $100 a night, in 2023 you have to have fast Internet. That’s as much of a given in expectations as is clean water and fresh towels. Management hast to upgrade their Wi-Fi. It’s almost embarrassing how bad it is.

We were incredibly lucky to find this hotel for a great price in February. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was very comfortable with a huge bed. Breakfast buffet included a large variety of options. There's also a chef who can make you cooked breakfast (eggs) on demand. The location is fantastic if you want to explore the City. The staff were very nice. We absolutely loved our stay and think we'll never afford to stay in such a beautiful hotel again.

We thought the hotel parking was a bit too expensive but were able to find a cheaper option in the area. I wasn't sure if we could use the fitness/ sauna facilities so just a little info about their availability and opening times would be good.

Location excellent for everything. Breakfast was outstanding. Car parking underground and secure if available. Costs at the time 25 euros per day but worth it if you have an expensive car for peace of mind. Couldn’t fault anything

If staying half board an explanation of the evening menu would be good as it was confusing when booking as it wasn’t a buffet didn’t know what to expect. You get a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 deserts. Being a fussy eater it wasn’t for me

Very good first impression on arrival, feels like a 4star. Facilities and reception staff excellent. A big plus was that when we checked-out, reception scanned our notes and immediately said we had nothing more to pay. When reminded we had taken breakfast on one day, there was a smile and confirmation we had nothing to pay. Always great when good service is provided by front-line staff who seem to have been aware of the house keeping issues with our room. Excellent toiletries. Hotel is next to a beautiful church. There was an offering on the days we were there which made the stay exceptional (and noisy!)

Seemed like a lack of communication with Housekeeping. We arrived at the agreed time but were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. We were offered an alternative room that had been prepared and accepted - not sure what else would have been sensible. However on day 2 of our stay, room was not cleaned until late afternoon and then only at our request and even though we had put the 'Please clean' message on the door handle. Better black-out curtains would be a plus.

Very nice hotel at a great location, it's surrounded by nice cafes and restaurant and a nice long walking area. It's clean and comfy, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Daily cleaning, fresh towels and toiletries. I loved the bath sponge :) Bus stop to Alhambra and the bus station is within 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Thin walls, you could easily hear people in next room when they talk or even walk, I could hear it when the water runs in their bathroom, which wasn't really a great experience but I don't there is anything they can do about it. The staff moved me to a floor that was quieter so I can get some sleep

The hotel was really nicely decorated. The staff arranged for us to use the sauna which was nice. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. The location was also relatively good. The bathroom was nice.

There was a light in the room we couldn't figure out how to turn off, but we could have asked staff about this so I wouldn't say it would mark the hotel down. The room was also quite small and only tea was provided with the kettle, no coffee.
