The room was very pleasant with views towards the mountains and the breakfast was sufficient with the availability of hot bacon and scrambled eggs in addition to the buffet style bread and cheeses. About 15 minuets walk to the main station with trains to the centre of Barcelona and the airport.

I would suggest the lighting in the bathroom be adjusted to a warmer tone as was very bright white lights and not particularly cosy. Also seems small problems with sewage smells which we pointed out two times. Seems a water lock is missing so the smell seeps through the pipe. Probably quite simple but needs to be fixed. Some small cleanliness issues such as under the bed but overall a very pleasant stay.

- The room was big and very clean. - The room had blackout drapes. - The room was cleaned well every time. - It felt safe. - The hotel had access to extra facilities like pool and gym. - The staff was friendly and helpful. - The hotel is not far away from the train station.

- The elevators are a bit small, even though they have a nice view (I prefer to use the stairs, but might be relevant for visitors). - The curtain of the bathtub required some fixing and was a bit hard to operate due to a problem on the rail.

Size of room - great for 3 adults Location - quiet and relaxing and only a short walk away (10/15mins) from busy high street, commercial centre, bars, restaurants etc....

Over priced breakfast - buffet breakfast, limited choice. BUT I asked for a well cooked fried egg and got a well cooked fried egg. ThankU

Great location, it's only 12 minutes from Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, comfy rooms, decent restaurant and wi-fi, good amount of parking space and they have a swimming pool too. Also staff was very kind to refund the last day of my booking as I had to leave 1 day early due to cancellation / re-scheduling of my flight by the airliner.

The area of the swimming pool is grass and under the trees, that means plenty of flies and mosquitoes, it's almost impossible to sun bath in peace (tried on different days twice) and I don't remember any time that I got bitten so often from so many places, think they need spray that area once in a while. Also if you are in a room end of hallway close to the lobby side, it may get noisy from time to time as the lobby area amplifies sounds due to it's shape/structure. They have doors on each floor to stop that, but every time I shut them, some one opened and left them wide open again. May be a "keep it quiet after hours X" sign in the lobby / on each floors would help :)?

Decent location as it is a pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre and easy parking (we have stayed here before but this time I came alone on the train). There are some decent running, cycling and walking areas around the hotel.

There should have been signs about the closing times of the pools and sports areas. I was unfortunate in that I had to queue to get a ticket for the inside piscine as there was a wedding party who arrived just before me. By the time, I got to the front of the queue, it was 7.40 (about 15 minutes waiting) and the pool closed at 8pm so there was no point in buying a ticket. I decided to use the outside pool and one of the employees came out at 7.55 and rudely ushered me to get out. More clarity, please.

Everything was good about the hotel, the only downside that while booking it gave me the impression that it is in Barcelona while it is in Granollers which is very far from the city center and as first time to visit Barcelona I didn't know it is this far, so I am not sure if it is my fault or booking fault. There is no Taxi at all around this are so make sure to be ready to use alot of public transportation which is fine from there

The location was the greatest downside and was very disappointing, in addition of the taxi service. So make sure to have change to use the public transportation.

reception staff were extremely helpful, in particular with Taxis. restaurant staff were generally very good and helpful.

restaurant staff under serious pressure : one night well staffed and service and food were excellent. the next night there were 2 staff looking after 14 tables of guests; this resulted in a 3 course meal taking over 2 hours, cold starter and main.

Our room was spacious and the breakfast vas varied and delicious. Staff at recepiton friendly

Pillows too thin and not very comfortable. it would be great if tv had some English/international channels if you don’t speak Spanish

Good value for money of you only look to the room

First I got the key from a room that was already occupied. The menu of the restaurant is a trap to sell complete menus. The snack menu is mostly not snacks. All expensive.

The room was quite spacious and relaxing. The hotel and room cleanliness were outstanding, good room service, also the staff were helpful and id like to visit this hotel again 👍

A little disappointed with the outdoor pool, and felt the indoor pool to be a little overcharged. Also to add up more variety on the restaurant lunch, dinner menu would be great too. Rest is great 👍
